Red

Tonight, she decides. Tonight is the night she will kiss that boy at the nightclub, the one with ivory eyes, ebony hair and alabaster skin.

Her days and nights are now filled with dreams of black and white, a yearning and want for him. And it will end tonight, she says.

She's heard his favorite color is white; she's asked him and he's merely given her a "hn" but that's more than he's given anyone else so she's satisfied.

But her dreams are filled with black and white and she's so sick of it, she needs something bright, something surprising, something that will completely, totally blow his mind.

She shows up at the club tonight in a bright red dress and sees his eyebrows raised so good he's shocked.

And later tonight she will find herself in a corner kissing him- and he will be dazzled seeing her in her red dress and her lips bruised and oh so red.

He'll dream of red tonight.
