Wow, the amount of people following my story shocked me, thank you for doing this, as i promised here is the second chapter, also some of you may question of what category the biju would fit so here is what it would be like.

Shukaku would be RC 1

Matabi would be RC 1

Isobu would be RC 2

Son Goku Would be RC 2

Kokuo would be RC 3

Saiken would be RC 3

Chomei would be RC 4

Gyuki Would be RC 4

Kurama would be RC 5

Juubi would be borderline RC 6 in other words near god level.

I dunno if i would bring in the Juubi but if i did there would be a climatic battle of gods with Erebus using either the 6 Heroes or a god to tackle the Juubi.

Anyway enough talk, let's see Naruto's side, also if the prophecy i make up doesn't sound good DONT COMPLAIN! To me prophecy's are riddles to which i suck at.

Konoha

Neglect…...A powerful and hurtful word that no-one should ever both hear and witness, the consequences of Neglect are variable, it can lead to Betrayal, Murder, Theft, No Trust and many other things, unfortunately a single Six year old Blonde Boy is one that has been the target of the vile word and his name is: Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze the son of Both Minato Namizake the Yondaime Hokage of Konoha and Kushina Uzimaki-Namikaze aka The Red Death, both famous legend's among The Elemental Nation's.

Why you ask of why Naruto has been neglected? There is a very simple reason for that: The Kyuubi. You see Six year's ago The Kyuubi was released from Naruto's mother when she was giving birth to triplets, the one who released the Kyuubi was a man with a orange spiral mask claiming to be "Madara Uchiha", a man that is feared throughout the nation's. Naruto's father Minato confronted the man in a small battle before he retreated after Minato slammed a Rasengan straight into his back. After he retreated the Kyuubi who was once controlled by the Uchiha broke free from the Genjutsu and was running amock.

Fortunately Minato and his toad Summons Gamabunta arrived in time and battle the Kyuubi while Minato was preparing the ultimate Sacrifice: To seal away the Kyuubi into his children. In his arms he has his Children: Menma, Mito and Naruto, his plan was to seal the Chakra of the beast into Menma and Mito with the soul going to Naruto. As he finishes the sealing of the Kyuubi and was awaiting the Shinigami a deity of death to take his soul it merely looked up as if in thought before it recited something to the Hokage.

Trained by Heroes is the Child,

With the power of a beast,

The Child of Prophecy Shall lead the world

To Either Destruction or Peace

To defeat a great sleeping evil.

After that is said the Shinigami merely left a dumbfounded Hokage with three crying children. After that he returned to his village with his three sleeping children to assess the damage and report as to what happened. Needless to say as soon as he reported of what happened to the Kyuubi to the council many calls were shouted out for the death of Naruto from the Civilians thinking that the Soul had taken over the boy. After that was shouted out Minato had to make it a S-Class law to not speak of Naruto holding the soul of the Kyuubi. Once he and his Children returned to their house he relayed the Prophecy the Shinigami spoke of to Kushina, Jiraiya and Tsunade who all agreed to train Menma and Mito believing them to be the one spoken of in the Prophecy.

After that was said young Naruto was neglected from many things including Training, Social outings, Three birthday and had no friends except two people: Hinata Hyuuga and Itachi Uchiha. How he met these 2? Well that's a simple story, He met Hinata Hyuuga 2 Years ago when she was being bullied because of her clan by 3 boy's a bit older than them both who were picking on her, needless to say when Naruto saw this he charged in and using the small training he witnessed his Cherished sibling's do he fought them back, though he did get a bit bruised to which they ran off crying. After that confrontation he became friend's with Hinata and learned that she was the heir of the Hyuuga clan and unaware that Hinata started to like Naruto after him saving her.

Now then, he met Itachi Uchiha the one who was leading to be the clan heir of the Uchiha clan one year after he helped Hinata, they both met when Itachi was saving Naruto from some drunken stupid villager's beating up Naruto thinking he was the Kyuubi incarnate. After knocking all 3 unconscious Itachi had asked Naruto of why he was all the way out here, however after Naruto said that he was locked out when his Siblings who have been bullying him pushed him out before going to bed. The answer made Itachi sigh in anger at this, and deciding to be kind he took him to the Uchiha District and placed him in one of the guest rooms they had and after telling his mother Mikoto Uchiha about this who was fuming in anger and was about to march over to the manor to give them a piece of their mind if it wasn't for Itachi stopping her and saying.

"Every Action has a consequence, let this be theirs." He said.

After he said this Mikoto let it go but held a hate towards the two for this and decided to let Naruto stay in the room from time to time, though she has tried to get her youngest Sasuke Uchiha to befriend Naruto but he had already taken to his Father's stuck up personality which sunk that plan down the toilet.

Now we are the present where Naruto is currently sitting on the head of his "Father" on the Hokage Monument. "Father…." That name bring's a sour taste to Naruto whenever he hear's or thinks on it, to him he is nothing more than either "Minato-Sama" or "Hokage-Sama" while his "Mother" would be referred to as "Kushina-Sama" whenever he encounters them, to him Mikoto is more of a Mother than her. The next problem is his so called "Sibling's" or as the Civilian's call them "The Saviour's", both of them have gotten big head's from all the praise and training they have been receiving from everyone.

Menma his so called "Brother" has what is called a "God-Complex" thinking that he is unbeatable and can practically beat anyone if he wishes too, his cockyness though is a large flaw that Naruto understand since with the right words he can lose all sense of direction though from time to time he makes fun of Naruto saying that he should go die somewhere.

Mito, she is the worst one yet with the mocking as well as saying their parent's love both her and Menma more than him and says that she should be the clan heir instead of him who was fortunate enough to be born before Mito and Menma making him the clan heir of the Uzumaki and the Namikaze.

Right now Naruto is currently looking up at the star's after being locked out again by his sibling's, that's what he seems to like a lot of the sky, it seems to be both beautiful and free, every night he sits at the Hokage Monument and stare up at the sky wishing to be taken away from this "Hell-Hole."

"I wonder what would happen if i went missing or died, would they Grieve for me? Send ninja's out to find me? Or just ignore me as if i was a useless piece of space?" He mutter's his blue eye's looking up at the night sky.

"Naruto-Kun….Locked out again i'm guessing?" A Familiar voice say's.

"Yea Itachi-Nee-San, they pushed me out the window this time…." He says without looking behind him.

"That explains the cast on your right arm." He says looking at the makeshift cast.

"Why are you here?" Naruto asks.

"I detected your Chakra Signature and decided to come see what was wrong." Itachi says as he sits next to Naruto.

"I'm just pondering if my parent's would Grieve for me or Throw me away…." He said his emotion's not showing.

"Don't be like that Naruto-kun." Itachi say's ruffling the blonde's hair.

"It just hurt's so much, i never have any love from my parent's, the villagers treat me as their own stress relief dummy while my sibling's just bully me as much as they want." Naruto says.

"Well let's head for the Uchiha District so you can sleep in the spare bedroom." Itachi say's getting up.

"That place is more of a home than a room to me." Naruto says as he gets up before he looks back up at the sky.

"Oh look Naruto-kun, a shooting star." Itachi says as a star shoots across the sky.

"You know i don't believe in Miracles Itachi." He says watching said shooting star.

"Never hurts to try." Itachi says wanting him to atleast try.

"I guess….." He says as he thinks on his wish

Several minutes later he turns around.

"Made up your wish?" Itachi asks.

"Yea….." He say's with a ghost of a smile.

"What did you wish for?" Itachi asks.

"I wished for someone to help me train and most likely take me away from here….." Naruto says looking down.

Itachi merely smirks and ruffles Naruto's head.

"It may come true, come on Kaa-san is most likely making dinner." Itachi say's as he places his hand on Naruto's shoulder and they both disappear in a Shushin.

As they both disappear none notice a bright light in the distance before it fades away, how right Itachi is when Wishes do come true.

AAAAAAAND! Cliff! Haha i'm cruel! So there's chapter Two guy's! Next Chapter will be the Summoner's first step in the Elemental Nation's and a possible fight with bandits! Tune in next time! PEACE!
