I stopped crying after a bit, then I called him.
"Shane, why arn't you coming? Dee said you could'nt come this year."I said to him.
He replied."All the stunts I pulled last year made Brown say that I can't come back this year. Look,Mitch, I was sad when I got the news too. But I swear, I will keep in touch with you this summer. I'm sorry." He hung up.
I did'nt feel like singing at opening night jam. Not even with Tess. I was'nt expecting this. Now I just feel like going home. But I couldn't do that! I just cant abandon my friends and go back to Virgina like that! Plus, my mom has to work here this summer. I don't wanna spend my whole summer with my boring dad. But I don't care. Shane can drive 19 hours to get to my house from LA. I know he will. I just know he will. But I can't.
