Hello again and I can't believe I'm saying this in the space of three days it's unbelievable how fast I can write if I want to anyway...

I got some good reviews for my last chapter so I carried on writing to produce this

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

P.S This chapter's been edited so will be slightly different to what you last read. But nothing drastic, I promise. 03/06/17

Founder's Phoenix

1st November 1981 8:00am

Everyone landed in front of St Mungo's Hospital for magical maladies and injuries immediately shocker by the massive crowd of people that had gathered around the entrance behind barriers that had previously been set up, scrabbling as far forward as possible to get to see this topsy-turvy family and the headlines they would produce.

"What the hell is happening!" Shouted Sirius who arrived last, to the scene of everyone being hustled inside by some of the security. Harry in the middle of the protective circle that the family had made around him rushing themselves but mainly him inside away from the shouts to see the boy who lived.

"Mr. Potter, come give an interview to the prophet."

"Mrs. Granger, can you comment about the events of last night."

"Is it true, did young Mr. Potter banish Lord Voldemort?" At this the crowd silenced at the person who was brave enough to say his out loud. It was the only comment that caught the attention of the crowd making them all turn to see where it had come from.

"Lily, should we make a statement, about everything that's happened?" James asked, looking around the group for reassurance as well.

"It's probably for the best, then they won't keep bothering us." Lily thought, Harry tugging at her trousers.

"Mama, Dada, do I have to?" Questioned Harry, not wanting to go out again to the big crowd that scared him. Hermione caught onto the sadness in his voice and couldn't help but walk up behind him and hug him tightly giving Harry some of her sureness.

"Only once. Then you don't have to talk to anyone outside the family until you go to Hogwarts, okay?" reassured James, leaning down to his level and Harry nodded with a half-smile but not looking happy about it, gripping Hermione's hand tightly.

"Come on, Harry, let's show them what you and Hermione can do." Dori smiled, widely. Harry's meek smile grew slowly into his notorious mischievous grin he got from his father, glancing at his best friend beside him. Harry took Dori's hand while Hermione took Charlie's with Luna latched onto his arm and they disappeared in a flash of blue and red, some purple mixed in for good measure.

The adults watched on with confused expressions at what the children were talking about before they went to answer some questions and make a statement. Three of them had a small idea of what they thought was going to happen.

"Not again." moaned Remus, rubbing his face but neglecting to react.

"Remus, did you just imply something has happened that we don't know about when we've been awake for over an hour." said Emma closing in on him with Lily close behind,

"To our children." Lily continued, getting angrier. But they didn't have the chance to throttle him before a raucous commotion began outside that interrupted the impending death of a friend.

"The Kids." said Dan, standing in shock at their disappearance so a second before they all rushed out of the front doors and stood behind the five children who were taking the photographers in their stride, waving happily, a change from the first overwhelmed expressions when they first arrived. The press spotted the other members of the group standing behind them and immediately questions were being thrown around instead of just cooing at the small children. Even the press could be nice to small children.

"We need to get this lot quiet if you want to say anything." whispered Sirius, leaning over to James. He cleared his throat before getting his wand out pointing it at his throat.

"Sonorus!" He chanted, calling for the group to quieten down. "Listen up, this is the only statement you are going to get from us about what's happened so listen carefully." He paused for a second as the whole area went eerily silent, waiting for the young man to speak. Those who remembered his father recognised the man in his son. "It was a normal evening for us, all the children were asleep in bed and we were outside on the porch enjoying our friends company. We then heard crashes from inside the cottage. Like any parent, we rushed inside to check on our children and found nothing but destruction going up to their rooms. We found Lord Voldemort entering our son's bedroom. Me and my wife fought furiously to protect our son, but were dispatched quickly. On any other day, we would be dead right now, not standing before you, re-laying the nightmare that we just lived. My wife sacrificed herself for Harry, and Tom Riddle performed the killing curse on my youngest child standing before you. Instead of killing a young child it killed him. We don't know how he is here with us but we don't want to question it too much, we're just happy he is here and Voldemort is not. We all want that terrible creature to be dead but that is uncertain because of the nature of his death but I do know that we are at least safe for a little while from the evil that has tortured our country for too long."

The silence that followed James speech was deafening. Everyone watching the group in shock at how much had gone on that evening, more than any of them had thought when told of the latest goings on. Press, public, healers and aurors all stood, mouths agape until a cheer came from the back of the pack.

It was like all the information had overwhelmed them and then they realised that he was gone. The family could see the shocked looks change to faces of glee for the first time since the war started. The noise rose exponentially as the joy spread to the masses and smiles couldn't stay of the groups face at the happiness they had caused.

"Three cheers for the-boy-who-lived!" Someone from the back cheered, unknowingly creating a name that would stick and be used many times in the future when talking about the child with the world on his shoulders.

News spread across the country as the speech was transmitted across the radio with the celebrations beginning early on that November morning to not end for over a week as a new sense of freedom was unleashed among witches and wizards in Britain once again all created by a young boy called Harry Potter whose family would be in the spotlight even after his death.

"Time to get you checked out inside, Harrikins" said Lily, quietly picking up Harry and putting him on her hip while James toke Dori and Charlie's hands and led them inside with the rest of the family following.

As they left unnoticed, the noise became slowly quieter as they ventured back to the front desk. They all had smiles on their faces as they made small talk about what they would do when they got home and had a sense of normality back.

"Excuse me, milord." A young trainee healer came up to James and stumbled forwards in a small bow before she smiled nervously at him. "Sorry, milord. Your suite is ready and the healers are waiting with Princess Diana, would you like to follow me."

"We'll be right behind you and there's no need to bow." chuckled James, turning around to look at Sirius, Dan and Remus with a confuse and amused expression. The healer bowed her head in embarrassment and shuffled down the corridor to the carpet station, while Lily elbowed James in the side for his mean comment. They all clambered aboard the illegal transportation that lifted as soon as all were aboard and flew them around the hospital seemingly go up about five floors all together.

"Excuse me, miss, but I under the impression that flying carpets were illegal, care to expand?" Asked Lily.

"Milady, only hospitals like St Mungo's are allowed to use these carpets." she said, showing her timidity though her quiet voice after the confidence on show around. She remembered them from Hogwarts and the reputation they had and that couldn't not be intimidating. "We need them to get to different floors of the building for patients that can't walk the stairs."

"And which floor are we going to today, may I ask?" questioned Emma knowing the layout of her work place. "General wards were a few floors ago."

"You are having the top two floors, nineteen and twenty. They are the most private and comfortable accommodations we have for a large group that are having an extended stay, I mean you are like royalty now...oh merlin!" She quickly covered her mouth at her eyes went wide, looking between the adults who were now glaring at her suspiciously. She turned away and whispered what seemed to be 'speed up' to the carpet that was at, at least, level fourteen by now.

"What do you mean by 'an extended stay'?" Remus asked. "We're all leaving as soon as Healer Thistlewood has cleared us and Evie."

"I must have the wrong information, sir, I'm sorry, I'm only a trainee." she apologised. The group glanced at each other with telling looks as the journey tension meter grew exponentially as they travelled to the top floor of the building.

"Here is your apartment, there is 10 bedrooms with en suites, a common room and a dining room, Head Healer Thistlewood will be...oh it seems he has already arrived." She'd opened the door before the group and stepped in before turning and blushing violently, scurrying out of the room quickly and away from them.

"I wonder what that was about?" Sirius said, striding into the big common room, then stopping, covering Sammy's eyes in his arms and turning, motioning his head around the corner. The rest of the family walked around the corner to see Diana and Louis snogging their hearts out against a sofa.

"Diana Spencer!" Shouted Lily, both their heads looking up at the group that had just entered. "You're married, pregnant and there are children in the room. Stop this at once!" She cried, glaring at the two of them.

"Let me introduce to you my wizarding boyfriend, Louis Thistlewood, and before you ask, he knows what he's getting himself in for. " She giggled, smiling wider than any had seen her in years. "He wants to be the future step-father/father of my children."

"And how is Charles going to take this or are you still going along with your 'plan'?" said Emma sarcastically, not understanding how all of this could be decided between them in half an hour.

"Yes, I'm still going along with the plan, can't you just me happy for me?" She asked, frowning at the judgement she could see among them.

"Of course, Di come here, ignore them two." Lunette said hugging her, also glaring at her other two best friends over Diana's shoulder.

"Excuse me ladies, but what's going on?" asked James. "What's this 'plan' about?"

"That's not for us to tell." stated Lily, turning away to avoid her husband's questions. "Shall we allocate rooms? There's just enough for all of us, come along children." she said, rushing the children out of the room before they got to engrossed by the box of toys they'd found.

"We'll go help. Leave you five to bond." Said Diana smiling, kissing Louis on the cheek, getting way to into introducing him to the family straight away. "Good luck. You'll need it." She whispered into his ear, leaving the room dragging Emma and Lunette along with her, stressing about what they'd talk about. "If he doesn't get along with them, this is not going to work and I really want it to."

"Oh, it will be alright, you know Dan gets on with everyone. I bet when were done here we'll find them having some fun, being themselves." stated Emma, rubbing her shoulder, affectionately.

They climbed the grand staircase leading to the bedrooms to see children running around between rooms, making them smile, and Lily at the side just watching contentedly.

"Harry, Harry, Harry, this has got to be your room, it's next to mine." shouted Hermione from the other end of the long hall. Harry then peeked his head out from a room nearer to the three of them and shouted back.

"I'm coming!" He ran out of the room almost immediately tripping up as he went, banging his head quite hard in the process, but instead of wailing, he jumped up with a small red glow. "I'm good!" he called, going slightly slower once he ran towards her.

Lily had jumped up ready to hold her crying child but just looked on, opened mouthed as said child zoomed by. She looked up at her friends who were just as confused.

"What!" She shouted, going into the nearest room to sit down in shock. "He's supposed to be crying in my arms right now, not that that's a good thing but how?" Stated Lily. Emma and Diana moved forward, sat on the bed next to Lily, comforting her, while Lunette stood before them, thinking about the events that had surrounded Harry during the last eighteen hours. To anyone else it would probably make no sense; not worth thinking about, it seemed that improbable.

Thinking back over the events she'd witnessed, she scanned every image she could remember surrounding the toddler and one occurrence stood out as odd to her. Harry would glow red for a few seconds, during and after something that should have hurt him. The fact that Hermione was almost always with him and a similar thing would happen with her, just with a sapphire blue glow around her instead.

She knew she had to tell her friends, just in case it was something serious even if she subconsciously knew it wouldn't do them any harm; the glow actually seemed to be protecting them so she couldn't see that as a bad thing. If she told them now, when she could do nothing about it and it was just a theory, Emma and Lily especially, would go stir crazy stuck here when they should at least recover for a few days from being dead.

She returned to the room from her thinking space to three women watching her with interest, waiting for her to divulge what she'd discovered in the depths of her mind. She just stared at them in return.

"Are you going to tell us what's got you pondering your existence?" said Diana, bluntly.

"Because it looked like you were having another epiphany." said Emma, just as bluntly.

"It doesn't matter, I'll tell you later." Lunette tried to divert, sounding as innocent as she possibly could. "Anyway, we still need to select the last few rooms for us." She finished, beginning to turn to exit the room.

"Come on Lune, we've been friends for over a decade; you should know you can't hide anything from us. So, spill." stated Lily. With the both of them being in Ravenclaw along with Emma, they'd shared a dorm, studied together for every exam and fought this war side-by-side since the beginning. Lily knew when Lunette had thought of an idea or an explanation for something, mainly because she was terrible at keeping secrets and would fidget all the time until she got it out.

"I just want to wait until everyone's better so it doesn't cause any unnecessary strain if you have an adverse reaction to my theory." Lunette tried to reason but it just made Lily panic more, eyes wide, at what could be so bad that she couldn't divulge it immediately. Lunette looked at her feet and then back at them with Diana and Emma and Lily's side glaring at her for worrying their friend even more, making her stutter. "Why don't we go and organise the kids and our rooms?"

"You can't expect me just to drop it?" Lily argued.

"Please, just until the kids are fully occupied and we've heard of Evie's progress." Lunette bargained. She really didn't want to cause any harm to her friends but she could see they weren't going to drop it.

"Fine. Definitely today though, Lunette." Lily finished, getting up off the bed and walking out the room, past Lunette, calling to the children, "Kids, have you all decided which rooms your having?" They all left James and Lily's room, Lunette trailing slightly behind, going to find their children to get them ready for bed.

They found an almost silent corridor which was never a good sign when there were children about but at the far end of the hallway they heard murmurs.

"I wonder what they're up to now!" Laughed Emma awkwardly, walking to the room, swiftly, secretly worried that they might be causing more havoc they'd have to sort out after they day they'd had.

"Probably, making mischief!" Said Diana following behind her skipping like her school days to catch up, not knowing the chaos children could cause when left alone.

They entered the bright room, which had paisley crimson wallpaper and mahogany skirting and a ginormous bed in the centre with crimson and gold linens draped over the canopy and on the bed. However, the main focus of the room wasn't on the surrounding, though beautiful, something far more interesting was happening on top of the huge bed.

All the five children were sitting in a circle, cross-legged, comfortably watching Dori intently and Charlie looking to be her second in command.

"Story!" Giggled Luna.

"Hermione, you can choose. Harry did last time." Dori led, channeling her mother's attribute of being able to handle all the children at once.

Hermione nodded and seemed to be frowning but she held out her hand in mid-air, randomly and suddenly a thick colorful book appeared to drop from the sky into her hand with a shimmering of blue dust.

The four adults in the room gasped loudly and took a step back from the scene, while the kids just looked at them, just noticing and eyeing them four of them suspiciously.

"What's the matter, Mummy?" asked Charlie, jumping off the bed to hug her leg tightly. Lily was still shocked so couldn't answer for a few seconds after so Lunette answered for her.

"It's ok, Charlie, carry on reading your story, we'll go see your Daddy" Lunette said, pushing him back to children, shuffling the girls out of the room in a daze.

"Now I think we, especially I, deserve an explanation as to what's happening to our children!" Commented Emma, struggling not to raise her voice to loudly as she stood next to Lily, staring at Lunette, expectantly.

"I agree, I do, Em and we'll talk about it now, I promise. I just wanted to wait until emotions weren't as high." She tried to portray her concern but knew she wouldn't get anyway with the most strong-willed group of women out there demanding the information. The fact that she was now almost certain that her theory was correct, didn't help her resolve.

Diana suggested they go and find their partners so it didn't have to be repeated if it was credible and they agreed, following her back to the main living area of the apartment they'd been given. With the serious discussion they'd been having, they never expected to find five men acting like boys while playing the muggle game, Twister. It didn't seem like any of them were doing well when they were all in a heap on the wooden floorboards.

"Well, at least they're getting along." Diana shrugged, standing in a line with the girls at the door, still just watching, surprised at how quickly some people could become friends.

"This is very surprising. Our boys can be a bit...intimidating when they want to be." Lunette nodded, "What're they doing anyway?"

"Playing a muggle game called Twister." answered Lily, smiling to herself at the memories of playing it with her cousins when they visited before Hogwarts. "We should play it some time, it's a lot of fun, I haven't played it since I was ten. "

Finally noticing the girls standing watching them, the boys stood up to address their partners, looking slightly embarrassed by their actions.

"Sorry 'bout that ladies just playing a game old Blackstar told us about." explained Prongs, quickly going to check on his new born son, in a bassinet off to the side. The girls looked at them with disbelief, especially Diana who seemed to be communicating with Louis while he just shrugged like he didn't understand it either.

The beautiful room around them was just too delicate to even resemble a hospital more like a stately home in its layout. With old dark mahogany furniture and light paisley cushions and curtains, bringing light into the room. Though not massive in size, it was still bigger than your average living room with the theme carrying through to the bedrooms with different colours; the only sign that it was the twenty first century was the pristine bathrooms attached to all bedrooms and a bigger one downstairs.

Lunette had just found enough courage to start telling them about her theory about Harry and Hermione, with Lily and Emma's glares into the side of her face persuading her when there was a knock on the large door.

No one moved to open it, they all just turned their heads in unison towards the door and stared, unsure as to whether to trust it after all they'd been through. Louis, understanding the exclusive groups hesitation, went to open the door to find a healer with a position just below him, standing there alone.

"May I help you, Healer Simpson?" He asked.

"Head Healer Thistlewood, are the patients ready for their checkups?" Now cured of their uncertainty, the group of eight listened in on the conversation, standing intimidatingly behind Louis.

"I assume so, but we only n..." Before Louis could finish his sentence, he nearly got ran over by a stream of at least 30 healers entering the room. "Wow, Healer Simpson, I don't think we need this many people."

"Head Healer Thistlewood, let me tell you what we're dealing with here. Interactions with the dark arts, unknown spellmanship, six young children, including a newborn baby, a pregnant woman and Animagi, all with different needs. Believe me, we need all these people just to be finished before dawn tomorrow!" Healer Simpson pushed past Louis, as politely as he could and ushered the adults in the room towards a door on the opposite side which turned out to be like a hospital ward with ten beds lined up next to each other.

Ten kind-looking healers, possibly those involved in the pediatrics department, had ventured upstairs to find the children. Suddenly, realizing he was the only one in the room, Louis rushed across to the healing room, where multiple charts were pushed into his eyeline. He shoved them out of the way to see the utter chaos that had consumed the room in its entirety.

"Stop!" Louis shouted, loudly, making the healers below him stop whatever they were doing and look towards him for further instructions. "This is chaos. Has anyone here ever worked to the best of their ability in an environment like this? No, Simpson what resources have we got at our fingertips?"

"15 healers, 15 nurses and 10 runners, sir."

"Healers, nurses pair up, Simpson assign a bed to each patient, I will take Harry Potter. Do that now. Runners gather. You will stand in the centre of the room and wait to be called over to any bed that needs assistance. Got it?" He asked and they all nodded, "Right then back to work!"

All the 'patients' were watching in awe at leadership that was on show in a room that was in chaos a few minutes ago, and was sorted in under two minutes following. Now all the staff were organised and working at their best to get the job done quickly.

"Well, I guess that's how Louis got to be Head Healer so young." commented James quietly to his wife. The healers descended upon them, wands flying above them, diagnostic spells being cast and potions being prescribed in the minority.

But all of a sudden, a flash of red appeared on James and Lily's beds, and Harry, Dori and Charlie were sitting across them.

"Mama, Daddy" shouted all three of them, hugging their parents.

"Harry, I thought Auntie Lunette told you to stop doing that; it will get us into trouble!" Lily told Harry while he looked guilty but Dori and Charlie wouldn't let their little brother get all the blame for them.

"But, Mummy, there was strange people in blue trying to take us away!" Cried Dori.

"Yeah, they were scary!" said Charlie.

"Don't be scared Prongslet, they were just bringing you to us" reassured James bringing Charlie to him and cuddling him.

While this little scene was playing out, in a puff of blue Hermione appeared for a milli-second in front of Lunette with Luna and then disappeared again to appear in front of her own parents.

"Hermione, how did you get here?" Dan asked, shocked at his daughter's appearance.

"Magic, Daddy!" answered Hermione, giggling slightly and hugged him. The healers gave them a second for the reunion as they were paralyzed out of surprise of the young children's apparation abilities.

Louis watched on and smiled sadly to himself, "I wish my Gabby could be a part of this..." Diana came up behind him and softly put her arms around his waist, kissing his neck lightly.

"And when do I get to meet Gabrielle?" asked Diana, quietly.

"She's staying with me tonight while I'm on call. I'll bring her up here when we're done here." He turned around to hug his new partner, appreciating how understanding she was of everything, but he supposed she had to be with the situation both of them found themselves in with pregnant and him a widower. He leaned down to kiss her soundly but a junior healer ruined the moment, shoving another clipboard between them.

"Everyone seems to be in good working order, sir. Even Lillian Potter" said the healer, standing to attention beside them.

"Let's see what happened to her then..." Louis said, moving away from Diana to take the board and read through what happened to her that was so bad she got a special mention. "She died for seven hours! By the killing curse! More tests, there must be something were missing, something hidden. Do the same on James, Daniel and Emma as well." He said, reading a similar thing from their charts as well.

After a very long day everyone had had a checkup by at least five different healers, filtering in and out as they pleased with none of them finding any inkling of a serious problem below the surface, just some cuts and bruises.

When looking at this diverse family, you would not think that they had had a run in with the darkest wizard of their time less than twenty-four hours ago. They were laughing, having as much fun as they possibly could with healers always around them, prodding where they weren't wanted, but generally just trying to live their life with some normality even if that included so many different personalities.

Earlier on, when he'd been cleared fully, Sirius had gone down to see Evie and get an update on her progress and he brought back good news for them all.

"They're waking her up tomorrow! She'll be able to meet little Sammy. But she will still be quite weak and will have to stay in for a few more days after for recover from everything that's happened." The cheering that followed could be heard throughout the hospital, lifting the spirits considerably, making the staff sure that all their saviors were okay and they could celebrate tonight with no losses except of those on the wrong side of the battle.

"So, when can we get out of here and back home. I have missed my bed too much really over the last ten months." James sighed, looking at Louis expectantly.

"I'm afraid all of you have to stay here one more night then you can go back. It's out major incident policy." He replied, looking around at all their downcast faces, realising they were waiting to get home so they could release all the pressure that was inside them, instead of bursting there and then. "But I have got someone for you to meet." Louis could see the curiosity come into them once again instead of the dull sadness. "I'll go get her." He said, leaving them all sitting in the awkward sitting room with straight back chairs as he went to get his world.

"Let me introduce you to, Gabrielle Adriana, daughter" by this time all the girls had forgotten why they had been so forlorn and were crowded around Diana who had Gabby on her hip, tickling her belly as the baby girl giggled quietly before noticing the new people.

Gabby was looking around at all the strange faces and was clearly thinking whether to scream or smile and it was a good job she smiled.

"Papa." she said and Diana passed her to her father as they all sat down on a sofa across from everyone.

"Now all the introductions have been made, I think Lunette has something she wants our thoughts on." Diana started, looking at Lunette who was now glaring at her for bringing it up when they all just seemed fed up, dying to be under their own roofs.

"I'll introduce Gabby to Luna, then yes, I do." She said frowning at the group before changing her expressions to a happy one to pick up Gabby from Louis, taking her to the bedroom the children were in, playing contentedly.

"What's this about?" Dan asked Emma, seriously, leaning into his wife, knowing the subject was important if Diana had interrupted the introductions of her new step-daughter to discuss it while they were all there.

"Lune won't tell us details but we know it's about Hermione and Harry and it's important. She had that look on her face." Emma replied, making Dan just as worried, while each couple discussed the same thing amongst themselves.

Lunette had just reached where the kids were playing and Luna came scurrying up to her, smiling widely at her mummy and the new little girl.

"Mama, who?" asked Luna pulling at her hand, smiling at her hopefully new friend.

"Luna, this is Gabby." she said pointing at each child as she went, "and this is Harry, Hermione, Dori and Charlie. I hope you'll make her feel welcome and play with her." She said, placing Gabby down next to Luna, watching them sit with the group and play together, each in their little pairs, taking that as her cue to go back to the adults; she couldn't put it off any longer.

"Now, are you going to tell us what this is all about because to me it all seems over dramatic, all this waiting." started Emma as Lunette stepped into the room, "It can't be that bad if it's not harming our children, can it?"

"It's not that I think my theory will harm them but it will definitely change the path any of us thought Harry and Hermione would take in their lives." explained Lunette, "Any Ravenclaw could work out the similarities that Harry and Hermione seem to share with this famous witch and wizard of history. It could be nothing but it's also obvious if you think about all the things we've seen them do today and yesterday and maybe for the last few years, we've just not seen it."

Then there was a gasp from every Ravenclaw in the room, Lily, Emma and Daniel.

"It can't be! There has never been an..." started Lily before Lunette interrupted her.

"I'm getting to that part, just wait, let the others get it before we blurt it out, we've read the book they haven't." continued Lunette, "In this book, that all Ravenclaws read as part of their introduction into the house, part of it is about four people and their lives and the mystery surrounding them. The only definite details about them we know was on purpose, put in books by themselves, the rest was hidden, waiting for four particular people to find in a time of great evil in Great Britain. The original four people knew a time would come where their help was needed again, and they would help, but how, is not known. Apparently, the only people who know are the goblins, these four-people made them promise not to tell anyone. But there was only one circumstance where they could divulge what they know and once again that is not known either."

After her explanation of riddles was over which she thought would be harder to get out than it actually. She assumed there would be interruptions for clarification. But she had underestimated her friend's intelligence and after the first sentence everybody knew who she was talking about.

"So, who are we talking about?" joked Sirius but not getting a good reaction from anyone and getting hit around the back of the head from Lily.

"Sirius, this is serious...don't laugh James...this affects the lives of both me and Emma's children, don't you think it's a bit past the time for the jokes. Come on, grow up!" Shouted Lily in Sirius's face clearly upset about the information she'd been given, intelligent enough to now see the signs that could very possible link them to a legend thought to mean nothing but could also lead to international destruction.

"I've not finished yet." restarted Lunette, "One of the few details that was left about them was the amount of power they had. Godric Gryffindor had the most but only by a small margin and was the leader of the four in that time, Rowena Ravenclaw was the wife of Gryffindor, and her knowledge won them many a battle. Salazar Slytherin was ambitious, cunning and misunderstood, nothing like the Slytherins we encountered at school, well except Evie. Last but by no means least, Helga Hufflepuff the kindest who cared a lot for other and the only one who saw Slytherin for who he really was, so they were also husband and wife. Another hidden fact about these four were their rare powers that each had that was different to the other but that is all I know about that specific area."

Now she had finally finished her theory, no one knew what to say about it and they just looked over at their children who were sitting playing, oblivious to the life-changing conversation that was taking place less than ten metres away from them.

They were looking at, in particularly, Harry and Hermione who had slightly separated from the little group after playing with Gabby for a bit and were now looking into each other's eyes, intensely, but smiling and giggling, having fun like children should do, even if it wasn't in the traditional way. Then, in a flash of purple, they disappeared.

"Harry, Hermione, come back we saw you." James called, into what appeared to be, thin air.

He then felt a small hand on his leg and looked down and saw nothing. He heard a gasp from Emma who could obviously feel the same thing on her knee.

"What is it Honey?" Dan asked Emma, concerned at her small outburst.

"Hermione." she whispered smiling slightly at her daughter, "Feel my knee here." She said, placing his hand on her knee with him gasping as well.

Finally, realizing what was going on, James went to pick up the invisible Harry and put him on his lap, starting to tickle him with the laughter coming from know where, it seemed to the others.

When Harry lost his control, in a flash of red, a laughing little boy appeared on James' lap.

"Harry, say you're sorry then I'll stop and tell Hermione to come out and see us as well." James ordered.

"S..so...sorry." said Harry still laughing until his stomach hurt. While he was laughing, Hermione appeared in front of her parents on the sofa they were sitting on but facing towards Harry, with her arms crossed, a frown across her face.

"Stop laughing so hard, Harry. Hurt my head." Hermione told Harry and stomped her foot making the whole building shake gently, surprising the group.

"Star, calm down, no need to rock the building!" Dan said trying to calm down his daughter, laughing nervously at the magical outburst.

Harry immediately sobered and skipped onto his Mum's lap and hugged her.

Lunette, Remus, Sirius, Diana and Louis, who felt very privileged to be allowed to listen to the previous conversation, looked on the scene of supposed normality, in a new light and saw all the things that normal witches and wizards at Harry and Hermione's age could never do and realised that Lunette's theory was most probably true with all they knew the children could do.

"Harry, it's okay, don't be sorry, my fault I shouted" said Hermione out of nowhere and went over to Lily and Harry and hugged them both.

"Why don't you two go back and play with the other four?" asked Lily and they both nodded and Harry got off her knee and they both wobbled over to where Dori, Charlie, Luna and Gabby were playing with some bubbles that had been charmed continue entertaining them until their parents wished.

"As soon as we're settled at Mae Manor, we need to go to Gringotts to get this confirmed before we let it take over everything." Remus reasoned seriously.

Mae Manor is short for Maeandri Manerium which is Latin for Marauder Manor which was named by the Marauders obviously. It is made up of five different houses all in different styles, designed by each couple for their likings and placed in different areas of the thirty acres of land brought by Prongs but close enough as not to feel too far away. It is all covered in trees except a common area in the middle fondly called Silva which means forest in Latin. Overall, this had been home for them all for over four years now and they had grown very attached, too attached to leave for nearly ten months like they had.

"Mae Manor?" Asked Louis, wondering where they were talking about.

"Yes, our home. I've not been there for months, I have to say I have missed it and now I have someone to share my house with!" exclaimed Diana rambling, squeezing Louis's arm in excitement. She'd decided to leave the estate when the others had gone into hiding to as not to give away the location, also not liking the quiet without the others popping around as she lived in a big house on her own.

"Diana, stop rambling what if someone walks in. The location is top secret." warned Sirius, rocking Sammy in his arms, not able to let him go for a second.

"Yes, yes I know I'm just excited" She smiled.

With that the serious discussions ended swapped with family time, they all descended on their own children and swooped them up and played as separate families for a while. The Potter's played some twister, the Grangers played some kids scrabble, the Lupin-Lovegoods played Chinese whispers and the new Thistlewoods played doctors and nurses ironically. But Sirius was content on the side with Sam rocking him backwards and forwards to sleep, watching on at what he hoped his life with Evie would be like when she got better.

This happy scene carried on for hours until it was bed time for all the children. They were just packing up and shooing the kids up the stairs to get ready for bed when there was a knock on the door once again.

"Wonder who that could be at this time?" asked Dan, frowning, walking to the door leaving Hermione and Emma to go up to her bedroom.

As he opened the door he felt something inside him warn him not to look into the person behind the doors eyes and for some peculiar reason he did what his instincts told him to.

"Dan, thank goodness your alive." started Albus Dumbledore, "I'm sorry to turn up like this, but I had to be sure all of you were okay and I have some things to discuss with you" Avoiding Albus's eyes, he replied to him, opening the door wider, trying to be as nonchalant as possible with his old headmaster.

"Why don't you come in Albus, were just putting the kids to bed, you can wait for us in the living room, we won't be long." Dan said leading Albus through it the large room gesturing to one of the chairs as he carried on walking to the grand staircase.

"James, James!" whispered Dan urgently as he looked into the different rooms along the corridor, "Where are you?"

"I'm here!" shouted James, "What are you..." But before he could finish Dan had his hand over his mouth, shaking his head violently.

"Dumbledore's downstairs." He warned.

"Okay, I'll go see him then." James said, walking past him but not far enough for before Dan stopped him again.

"Do you not think it's weird that he shows up now after what Hagrid said this morning?" At this, James stopped and turned towards his friend.

"He was going to take Harry." whispered James, angrily, connecting the dots in his mind. "He was going to take Harry rather than giving him to Sirius and Evie, his godparents."

"James, I didn't remind you, to make you react like this. I told him to wait until the kids are in bed." Trying to calm him down before seeing the powerful wizard or maybe just not to wake to dozing children.

"Lily!" James shouted, probably waking up the sleepy children, strode into Dori's bedroom where Lily was walking towards the door from just reading Dori a bedtime story.

"What are you doing shouting, the kids are nearly asleep!" said Lily, annoyed.

"Dumbledore's here!" Lily froze obviously realising what that meant before James did.

"We need to answer all his questions carefully never mentioning our theory, but we need to make it clear our views on him now and hopefully the others will follow our lead..."as Lily kept rambling on Lunette, Remus, Sirius, Diana and Louis, who decided to let Gabby stay in Luna's room that night, gathered around to listen to Lily's rambling.

"Is it worth just going down there and getting on with it?" asked Emma curious as to why they hadn't already gone and got it over and done with.

"Right...yeah...let's do that." finished Lily leading them all back into the living room for the evening.

"And remember don't look into his eyes!" Dan whispered at the top of the stairs.

When they arrived Albus Dumbledore was sitting on an armchair with his back to the group not moving at all but sitting up straight.

"Ah, now we have a lot to discuss come sit." he started out of nowhere, "Would anyone like a lemon drop?" putting his hand in his pocket, pulling out a handful of the yellow sweets.

They all sat down warily on a sofa in pairs or in an armchair that Dumbledore had presumably placed so they all faced him.

"Now, let's begin. You are probably wondering why I'm here." he said looking back at all the faces that were glaring at him but not realising the hostility in any of their eyes, "and I will explain. You are very lucky all to be here today. Not many people survive to meet Voldemort in a situation like that. The danger that surrounds young Harry is getting more and more by the day and I have a proposition for you. After the events of last night, one option above all was clear to me and it was the only one that was going to work. We need to hide Harry."

"Albus, that is what we have been doing for the last ten months..."started James, before being interrupted.

"Hear me out, I suggest a different option, I take Harry on his own now and hide him in a place no one will ever find him not even yourselves. Somewhere he is protected and will be safe until he gets his Hogwart's letter." Without waiting for a response, he got up out of his chair and walked to the stairs, "Which room is he in, I'll fetch him now and then get out of your hair."

"Wait a minute, Albus Dumbledore, do you mean to suggest that my son leaves my side during the most dangerous time in his life?" said Lily, clearly getting angry. Ignoring this, Albus carried on.

"Yes, now Lilian, tell me which room he's in and we'll go. It is not your decision now." These were always going to be the wrong words to say to a mother about any decision made for her child.

Lily stomped up the few steps Albus had made and spat in his face, "No one makes decision about my children's safety without my permission. And you, Albus Dumbledore, do not have my permission!" spat Lily but still ignoring Lily's threats he carried on.

"Lilian, don't make me have to take Harry be force, you know it's for his own safety. For the greater good." But by this time the eight other witches and wizards in the room had their wands pointing straight at Albus Dumbledore. But he just kept up towards the landing.

"Albus?"

"Yes, Daniel." he carried on up the stairs.

"Turn around." Dan said bluntly. Dumbledore looked over his shoulder eyes wide at the now nine people with their wands pointing straight at him.

"Now, Albus, I would like you to leave my hospital, which I'm sure you have no permission to be in, before we have no choice but to, how do the youngsters say it, throw a few spells at you." warned Louis, now fully initiated into the marauder's pack after standing up to Albus Dumbledore himself.

"Oh, and if you ever come near my family again until my children go to Hogwarts, your little plan will be front page of the prophet before you can say your full name." finished James, smirking cunningly.

"James, it's for your own safety but if you really feel that way then I'd better be off then, shouldn't I?" And he walked back down the stairs and to the door opening it himself, then standing there waiting for an apology and to be let back in.

"James, you know it's for the..."but before he could finish the door was in his face and they all repeated the famous saying of Albus Dumbledore in unison,

"Greater Good!"
