This is his life story, forget that he is graduating in 08, he is graduating in 2011
DJ was just 3 years old when he held his first basketball. Played his first basketball game when he was 5 playing in a 7 and under AAU team. He only played 10 of 28 minutes, but he had 7 points, 3 assist and 3 steals.
When he was 10 his AAU team won Nationals in a 12 and under league. He averaged 21.3 points, 10.7 assist and 3.0 steals per game.
When he was in 8th grade he played for the St. Frazier's JV team. Starting his first 5 games, he averaged 29.3 ppg(A/N: points per game for those who don't know). He started playing Varsity for the next 25 games, then he averaged 21.0 ppg.
Once he started high school he received letters from major colleges like UNC, Duke, Florida, Gonzaga, Texas and UCLA. He led St. Frazier's to their first state championship as a freshman averaging 27 ppg. He went to various basketball camps. The most notable was the ABCD camp where he became the Underclassman All-Star game MVP, while scoring 23 points in 18 minutes. Also dishing out 4 assist along with 4 steals. 2 years and 2 state championships later, DJ averaged 32.2 ppg as a sophomore and 35.7 ppg as a junior. He repeats as the ABCD Underclassman All Star game MVP as a sophomore, but not a junior. DJ now is a senior playing his last year in high school, so he is going to give all he's got.
