Watching random TV shows and movies, Taylor sighs incredibly bored out of her mind.

"I'm bored." Taylor whines to her older sisters, whom are staring at the now black TV.

"This show is so good. The guy has been trapped in the basement for a while. When will the killer come?" Dani mocks in an excited voice.

"I don't know. It should be soon." Mitchie teases. Seeing Taylor's nervous eyes constantly looking at the TV then back to her siblings. Watching Dani silently slip off of the couch and behind Taylor, Mitchie bites her lip to keep from laughing.

"He's behind you." Dani comments in a creepy voice, behind pouncing on her sister. Hearing Taylor scream, the twins burst out laughing.

Seeing tears in Taylor's eyes, Dani sighs picking her up.

"I'm sorry, Taylor. I didn't mean to really scare you." Dani apologizes hugging her. Hearing Taylor sniffle while wrapping her arms around Dani's neck and her legs around Dani's waist, Taylor buries her face into her sister's shoulder. Taylor knows that Dani and Mitchie were just teasing, but last Halloween, Taylor came home from trick or treating with her friend and friend's mom to find Dani and Mitchie lying on the ground bleeding like crazy.

Sitting down on the couch, Dani rests her chin on top of Taylor's head, looking at Mitchie.

Staring at each other to figure out what might be running through their sister's mind, it suddenly dawns on them.

"Taylor, is this about what happened to Dani and I on Halloween last year?" Mitchie asks rubbing her hand up and down Taylor's back. Hearing Taylor sob before nodding, the twins sigh. Joining the hug, Mitchie lies on her side wrapping her left arm around Taylor and lays her head on Dani's other shoulder.

Lifting her legs onto the couch, Dani shifts so she is leaning back against the armrest and Mitchie is trapped against the back. Unwrapping her sister's legs, Dani whispers in Taylor's ear to stretch her legs out. Doing what she is told, Taylor turns her head so she is facing Mitchie and Dani is looking down at her.

"I was so scared." Taylor whispers as Mitchie wipes away her fallen tears, "Mom and dad refused to call for help, or even help either of you. I grabbed the phone to only have dad throw it across the room before grabbing my hair and banging my face into the wall."

Dani tightens her arms pulling Taylor closer shielding her from the world around them.

"Dad dropped me on the floor and kicked me in the side before walking out of the room. I took mom's phone from her purse and called for help. I guess mom and dad heard me because they came in. Mom slammed me into the wall and dad smashed the phone. Dad put his hand on my neck and lifted me off of the ground as mom punched me. I was losing air. I was crying and begging them to stop. I know they were yelling at me, but I don't remember what they were saying."

Hearing their little sister replay her most terrifying fear, Mitchie tightens her own arm before kissing Taylor's nose.

"Honey, it's over now. Mom and dad left us outside this town to die. We are warm, healthy, and have food, water and shelter. Besides, you and I both know Dani will fight everyone and anyone who lays a hand on us." Mitchie whispers.

"Damn right I will. Which is why, you Mitchie, are never, ever, ever allowed to have a boyfriend." Dani grins stroking Taylor's hair soothingly.

"Well, in that case, you are never, ever, ever allowed to have a girlfriend."

"I still don't feel bad for pushing that guy in the lake when he started hitting on," Dani stops trying to remember the name "isn't her name Rachel? The girl we all became friends with at camp?"

"Yes." Taylor giggles at the face Dani is making.

"Ahh, Rachel. Rachel. Rachel. What's Rachel's last name again?"

"Berry." Taylor rolls her eyes.

"Strawberry. Blueberry. Raspberry." Dani continues pretending she never heard Taylor, "Cranberry."

"No." Taylor laughs, "It's Berry!"

Dani looks at Taylor in fake shock.

"Are you sure its 'Berry'? I thought its Cranberry."

"Yeah, Taylor. I thought its Blueberry." Mitchie jumps in.

Having playful arguments until lunchtime, they hear a lock click before the door opening. Crawling over her siblings, Mitchie gets off of the couch before going over to the door where Will is standing with three pepperoni pizzas.

"Would you like some help?" Mitchie offers watching Will struggle taking off of his boots with one hand.

"Sure. Mind taking these to the kitchen?" Will asks passing Mitchie the pizzas.

"Not at all." Taking the food from Will, Mitchie places them on the counter as Will walks in a few seconds later.

Getting the food on plates, Will places them on the table before putting the remaining pizza in a single box for lunch the next day. Closing the fridge where the pizza now sits, Will joins Mitchie, Dani and Taylor at the table.

"What are you girls going to be doing this afternoon?" Will asks.

"Nothing." Taylor sighs, "There is nothing good on TV and we watched all the movies we all agreed on."

"I still say Boogyman." Dani comments.

"No!" Taylor and Mitchie argue as one.

"Well, I spoke to the principal and he wants you girls to come in tomorrow morning. I informed him that Taylor is only ten and isn't ready to go to school alone just yet. When he accepted you two girls, I asked him if Taylor could come in and be in my classroom, which he agreed to." Will tells them. Smiling as the three girls smile together, Will chuckles as they all tackle him. He knows they are still scared around him, but he knows they will slowly warm up to him. Only time will tell.

After a lot of arguing and repeating questions, Will convinced the three girls to come to school with him for the rest of the afternoon. Pulling up to his parking stall, Will parks the car before climbing out with the three girls right behind him. Feeling Mitchie grip the sleeve of his coat with her right hand, and holding Taylor's hand in her left, Will stops turning to face them.

"I will not let anything happen to any of you. You girls will only be in my classroom. On our way in, we will stop in the office so the principal could take a fast look at you for tomorrow, then we will go to my classroom." Will informs them gently. Seeing Dani stiffen up, Will turns to find his enemy, but friend at the same time, "Afternoon, Sue."

"Will." Sue Sylvester nods in greeting, "Who are these girls? You never told me you have three daughters."

"I've taken them in when they desperately needed someone too. Once they are more comfortable and we all get to know each other better, we will have better relationships. Either way they are my family and I will protect them." Will states honestly.

"Well said. Sign them in at the office." Walking away, Will wraps his left arm around Mitchie's shoulders. Taylor steps in closer to Will so she is in front of Mitchie, grabbing onto his coat's pocket. Giving Will a smile and nod, Dani continues to hold Taylor's hand relaxing her body.

Walking into the school, Will signs them in as the principal steps out of his office with one of Will's students, Kurt Hummel. Seeing Kurt's nose bleeding, Will looks at Kurt's face, and by the expression, knows that he doesn't want to talk.

"Are these the girls you were telling me about?" The principal questions looking at them.

"Yes." Will nods taking a step to the right. Surprised at the girls' reaction, Will watches them step closer to him, but in-behind him, making him become the shield, "I'm sorry, they are shy."

"By how they are acting, they are abuse victims." The principal argues, "I took psychology."

"You don't know anything about them, sir. What if they are just terrified of people?"

"Anyway, they can be in your classroom for today and tomorrow. Tomorrow morning we will get the classes picked out, and the next day is their official first day."

Watching him walk away and back into his office, Will leads the girls to his classroom before closing the door. After letting them get comfortable, Will opens the door as the bell rings for everyone to head to their classes.
