The Reaper Chronicles, or The Tragedy of Karite Ikatsue, are a story of good and evil, of law and chaos, of love and hatred, and of life and death. From these black and white differences come the value of the story: the de-humanization of a human being, and what ultimately becomes of caring too little and knowing too much.
