"Well?" Slade demanded. "You can't tell me the dog ate your shirts."
"Um...the cat ate them...?" Rose tried.
"You don't have a cat!"
"The dryer did it," Jason drawled. "Then again...Dick does love ladies clothing..."
"You're a liar, Todd. Five seconds. Get dressed," Slade growled.
"The aliens stole them," Jason says.
They hear a gun cock.
"Ok...I threw them in the incinerator to get some action," Jason said. "Gonna tell Bats on me?"
"No, I'll just shoot you in the dead..."
"Oh, it's not like we never did it before."
Rose had been covering her breasts with her arms. She couldn't help the little smirk that came to her lips.
"What's so funny?" Slade demanded.
"Nothing," she said. "It's just too late to stop us."
Jason twitched an eyebrow. What was she talking about?
"Grandpa," Rose added with a laugh.
Slade growled while Jason's eyes went wide. Well, that changed things...
Suddenly, Slade was yanking on Jason's hair and Rose had a knife to Slade's neck.
"Don't even try it!" she snarled at her father. "I'm the only one who can kill the father of my child!"
Slade and Rose maintained eye contact for several minutes. Finally, Slade gave up and left with a growl. "Get dressed."
Jason continued to look at Rose with wide eyes as she started to smile.
Rose slapped Jason a little. "Stop it."
"You were lying?"
"Of course I was!"
Jason suddenly flipped Rose onto her back.
"Hey!" she shouted, smacking his shoulder.
"I want a baby," Jason told her in a low growl.
