Reid stared at the animal with wide eyes. It was black and had wings. But the man noticed a saddle and a red left tail fin which was red and had a Viking Jolly Roger on it. The beast growled a little as he approached Spencer. Morgan saw this and drew his weapon, but the dragon snarled and got ready to pounce. "Derek, please put it down!", Spencer exclaimed. Derek trusted his friend and lowered his gun. The dragon suddenly dropped his temper and sat down, eyes dilated. Hotch was astonished at this. "Reid," the chief spoke up, "we know this...dragon did not kill these people. But since there is a saddle, we cannot rule out the rider." Reid nodded, and as he did, a loud crash and some yelling were heard out side.
The team stepped out to find two young men fighting each other. One of them was covered in blood. "Where is she?!", the none-bloodied one yelled. "I'll never tell you!", the bloodied man spat. Morgan and Rossi dashed in and broke up the fight. The bloody man was cuffed while the other man wasn't, since he was being restrained by Hotch. The uncuffed man was wearing a leather suit with the same Viking Jolly Roger on his shoulder. He had spiky yet long hair with two braids on his head. His green eyes certainly complimented that. The bloodied man was wearing a horned helmet and had a scar on his face. "What are your names?", Rossi asked them. "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III.", the man in leather stated. "Dagur the Deranged.", the bloodied man stated as well. Emily asked Dagur, "Did you kill all those innocent people?" "Indeed I did!", Dagur replied, having no guilt. "Where's Astrid?!", Hiccup yelled. Dagur answered, "She'll die before you find her!" Hiccup had enough it.
He lunged forward and punched Dagur in the face. Hotch pulled him away as the dragon ran over towards them. "Toothless!", Hiccup called to the dragon. Toothless pounced on Dagur, but Hiccup stopped him. "Who's Astrid?", Derek asked Hiccup. "My girlfriend!", Hiccup replied. Emily then yelled from the house, "I found her!" She brought out a young woman who was wearing shoulder plates and a spiky skirt. Her hair was blonde with a bang over her left eye and braided behind her head down to her back. Hiccup ran over to her and hugged her tightly. "What happened, Astrid?", he asked with worry. She shook as she answered with a stutter, "He tried to..." She didn't finish, but Hiccup notice her skirt was damaged. His eyes went as he hugged her even tighter. "Dagur tried to take advantage of her.", whispered Prentiss to Rossi.
A few hours later, Toothless was romping around the grounds of the Quantico headquarters. Hiccup was watching his every move to make sure he didn't hurt someone by accident. He turned around in response to a tap on his shoulder. It was Morgan. He told Hiccup, "Dagur's dead. He snapped his own neck in the interrogation room." Hiccup was surprised to hear this, but then again Dagur was a homicidal maniac. He just nodded, acknowledging it. The door at the building entrance opened to reveal four people pushing a bed on wheels. There was a black bag, with the outline of a body that Hiccup could see. Then Astrid came out and ran over to Hiccup. She pulled him into a kiss that pulled him into a trance. Derek just smiled and proceeded to walk off, leaving the two alone.
Toothless decided to run over to Morgan just to be sure he was friendly. The man looked at the dragon and asked Hiccup, "How'd he lose his tail fin?" Hiccup pulled back a little and answered in guilt, "When we were at war with the dragons, I shot him down. After he fell, the force of his impact with the ground tore it off. The war was because of one large dragon that controlled the others. She forced them to bring back food to her, otherwise she'd kill them. They got the food by raiding us. Toothless and I defeated her, but that came at a price." He pointed to his prosthetic leg. Hotch came out to tell them important news. "The leader of our military would like to speak with you.", he said, "He wants you to demonstrate the supposed firepower of your friend." Hiccup was speechless.
