Silence made everything so beautiful. For example the mountains being so motionless is a work of art. Angelique Bouchard is just trying to trap me. I thought to myself over and over again, yet I still wasn't convinced. I always find myself unconvinced or unwilling to believe what I've heard is the truth. I felt helpless; what if Pitch has killed them already? What if this is a trap?

There were just too many doubts and no possible conclusions.

"So many questions, but no answers." I thought out loud. I hate this feeling, the feeling of doubt and worry together is a horrible combination. Maybe my emotional part of my brain is against me too. "Jack!" A voice screamed in my head. "Jack! Jack!" I recognized the voice; it was my sister. That day still haunts me. "Don't leave me!" she screamed louder, with tears freely falling down her face. She crying so hard she could barely stand. SHUT UP! I blocked my ears, but the voices didn't stop. If anything they only got louder. My mind must be trying to kill me!

"No! Don't go! You can't!" She continued to scream. My heart was racing and I couldn't keep my mind silent. I don't want to remember anything from that day anymore. It's too hard.

She stumbled back to the village, falling a few times, sobbing the whole way. Soon she ran into a woman who was in the middle of buying some bread. The woman had long, brown hair, brown eyes, and white skin. She had a slim figure that was hidden behind a long, pretty old dress. Why won't it stop? Maybe talking will help get rid of it. Yeah…I think I'll go to North… he'll help me! I quickly grabbed my staff, flew into the sky, and started making my way back to North's HQ (as I like to call it).

As I was in the air I noticed smoke coming from the direction I was heading. I flew straight into it by accident and started coughing, so I had to fly a little lower to avoid it. That was strange. The only place in that direction is the North Pole. Realization kicked in and I picked up my speed. Please let no one be hurt.

"Jack!" Someone screamed. It didn't sound like it was in my head. I picked up the speed (even though I was already going pretty fast) and soon found myself in front of the remains of North's HQ.

"Jack, oh thank god you're alive," said the Tooth Fairy. She seemed relieved and worried because she kept looking around and her wings were flying faster than usual.

"Who did this?" I asked. She just shrugged.

"Three people broke in while we were at my palace," she replied. Her face got paler. It was obvious that she was stressed. You could see it in her colourful feathers for they were all ruffled up. She better not be blaming herself for this. Poor thing.

I thought for a second. Recently we saw a projection of this girl, Angelique, and what seemed like her army. "Angelique and some friends?" I asked. She looked over her shoulder for a minute and then turned back to me. I decided she was probably just looking for the rest of the guardians.

"No, they looked like teenagers, two boys and a girl," she finally replied.

"Let's go, the others went this way. I doubt they caught them." We were both in the air now and it only took about 5 minutes to find the others, tangled in a net…seriously. I would've laughed if we weren't in such a serious situation. Tooth and I flew down to them.

"God created knives you know?" I said. They all looked at me. Bunny looked like he was willing to commit homicide.

"Obviously, we don't have any." Bunny hissed; his voice was duller than usual.

"Found them!" North shouted after he had been rummaging for something on his belt for a few minutes. He managed to pull one out of its case and cut the net wide open. Before any of the other guardians could attempt to move, they were flattened by North as he rolled over and stood up.

"We lost them, but we know their names so I can look them up on my lists." Some relief in that I guess, knowing their names mean we are one step closer to finding them.

We weren't even standing for a minute before a Baby Tooth flew right up to us, her face was pale and she was shaking so much.

"What's going on?" Asked Tooth, the little Baby Tooth flew to her ear. She stood emotionless for a second then managed to blurt out another sentence.

"How long ago was this?" Tooth instantly got anxious and pale again. Her wings were working again and she started to hover above the ground. She looked like she was going to fly off at any minute, probably because she wanted to.

"They're at my palace." All she had to say was 4 words and we were off again. Within seconds North threw one of his globes in front of us and pushed us into it.

Coming out the other end wasn't that fun, landing wasn't the best either, but at least we were here. The Baby Tooths were flying everywhere, in all directions. I looked around and saw a teenaged girl with brown hair stealing the children's teeth, along with all their memories. I flew up to her and hit her with a spell, to get here away from the teeth. She recovered and threw a dagger back at me, just missing my arm. She then threw the bag of teeth captors at me. Why though? Doesn't she need them? If not, then why was she trying to take them in the first damn place?

"Jack," A voice called. My sister's voice, I saw her laughing and then crying. The next moment I was lying on the ground. North was defending me but that didn't last long for he was thrown off the railing. He fell 25 meters down hitting platforms on the way. I closed my eyes for a second; when I tried to open my eyes again they felt like lead. That's when I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and something thick and liquid-y oozing down.

I quickly examined myself and saw I had a dagger in my stomach. The figure that threw it then approached me.

"Well look what do we have here, it's Jack Frost!" The figure said. I looked to my left and saw Tooth and the other guardians fighting 3 others enemies, except North who was injured.

"Jack!" The Tooth Fairy screamed flying straight towards the figure and kicked her in the jaw. The impact caused the figure to fly 12 meters away from me. Once she recovered she quickly withdrew one of her daggers and threw it at Tooth, which hit her perfectly in her chest. Tooth fell down from shock, but then started crawling back towards us. Within seconds the figure was next to her ripping the dagger out of her chest.

"Look what the trash brought in…Tooth, long time no see friend. Oh by the way next time maybe try, I don't know, aiming to hit me off the railing and not 15 feet away. Remember what I am?" the figure smiled venomously and walked over to me, my heart began to beat faster.

"Alright, lets burn this place down." The figure shouted to her companions. As she walked past me she ripped her dagger out of my stomach and crouched down to meet my eye level.

"What a shame, such a precious thing has to die." I got to examine her some more. I concluded that she had really dark brown hair, she was slim, and she seemed Human-like. Strange because humans can't hit that hard, so she can't be a Human. I glanced behind her and saw Tooth standing, holding one of her own daggers; she ran stabbed it in the figures back. (Which was surprising considering the injury she had gotten from before). Unfortunately, nothing happened. The figure just laughed and punched Tooth to the ground.

"Remember Tooth, I'm a vampire dash trickster." The figure lifted up her left hand and turned it to face tooth. I was able to catch a glimpse of some sort of tattoo or something.

"Let's see if you can cheat death this time." Black with a bit of dark blue fire appeared in her hand. Like that Tooth flew right through the railing and landed with the other guardians. I looked at her body, her now motionless and lifeless body. My heart sank. I looked at the others lifeless bodies. They better not be dead otherwise this girl is going to pay, big time. The figure turned back to me, the three others ran this way too.

"Enjoy death, Jack Frost." Fire appeared in her hand again and she shot it at one of the walls behind me, the others did the same. The fire spread quickly, surrounding us in its hot embrace. In the corner of my eyes, I saw the figures fleeing the scene. It must have been my imagination because I saw them turn into bats and fly off.

After they had left, I decided I needed to take action and fast. I tried to find my staff but I couldn't. Without my staff I couldn't fly, and with this injury I can barely move. I was basically a lifeless body too. I looked around but couldn't see a thing.

The smoke was dark, making it harder to see. The smoke in front of me was lighter, so I could just make out a figure approaching me.

I felt myself losing conciseness, whether it was from blood loss or the smoke I couldn't tell. I couldn't crawl anymore so I just dropped to the hot floor. The figure was closer now allowing me to make out an object in its hand. Could it be that vampire girl coming back to finish the job? I thought to myself; before I could even start examining and making mental notes to try identify the figure.

I lost conciseness.
