Talltail sat in the barn with Jake, his paws under his chest. Jake smiled.
Talltail began to close his eyes to sleep. Jake prodded him awake. "What is it, Jake?" Talltail hissed. Jake grinned.

Jake didn't notice. He scampered outside the barn. Talltail followed him. "Kittypets," he meowed before walking off into the bushes.
