"Agreed." Private said. Then Marty, the zebra walked in. "Hello penguins." He said. "Hello Marty. What's up?" Kowalski asked. "I was wondering what Alex is up to." Marty said. "He's crying and having panic attacks." Kowalski said. "How come? When he was young, he used to be a fearless lion. Now things changed ever since we moved back to the Central Park Zoo." Marty said. Kowalski nodded. "Yep." Kowalski said. "He's been getting on Kowalski's nerves." Skipper said. "Really?" Marty asked. "Yes! Marty! I'm so glad you're here. You get to help me!" Kowalski yelled.
"Marty? What are you doing here?" Alex asked. "I'm here to help you. Melmen and Gloria are on a date and ew! Giraffes and hippos should not be together." Marty said. "So now what?" Rico asked. "We can do something fun." Marty said. Kowalski nodded. "Come on Kowalski." Marty said. "No! I need Kowalski!" Alex yelled. "We'll just be gone for five minutes." Marty said. "That's too long!" Alex yelled. "Alright. Rico and Private, follow me. Sorry Kowalski." Marty said. Kowalski sighed. Marty took Rico and Private out of the HQ.
Kowalski walked to his lab. Then there was an explosion. Red gas came out of Kowalski's lab. "Oh no." Kowalski said. Skipper gasped. "Oh no." Skipper said. "Everyone take cover!" Skipper, Alex, and Zuba left Kowalski's lab. "Oh boy. Things are not going to look good." Skipper said.
Rico, Private, and Marty were walking around and eating snow cones. "Mmm. Great snow cones Marty." Private said. "Yeah!" Rico yelled. "Aw. Thanks guys. You two rock!" Marty yelled. "Yahoo!" Rico yelled. Then Private saw something. "Crikey." He said. "What?" Rico asked. "Oh no." Marty said. They went to the Penguin Habitat.
"Is everyone alright?" Skipper asked. "Yes Skipper." Zuba said. Alex nodded then screamed. "Where's Kowalski!?" Alex asked. "Oh no." Skipper said. He ran back to the Penguin HQ. "Kowalski? Kowalski?" Skipper asked. "Where are you!?" Kowalski heard Skipper screaming. "Skipper? Is that you?" Kowalski asked. "Yes. Where are you?" Skipper asked. "Down here." Kowalski said. "Oh my god. What happened?" Skipper asked. "I was trying to cure Alex with his medical conditions, but unfortunately, that didn't work." Kowalski said. Skipper helped Kowalski up, but Kowalski held onto his stomach. "No. I can't get up. I feel nauseous." Kowalski said.
Private, Rico, and Marty walked back to the Penguin HQ. "What happened?" Marty asked. "Kowalski's experiment exploded." Skipper said. "Kowalski?" Private asked. "Are you okay?" Skipper asked. Kowalski shook his head. "Crikey, what do we do!?" Private asked. "Ooh! I got it!" Rico yelled. He ran to Kowalski's lab and put on a doctor outfit. "Dr. Rico!" Rico yelled. "Seriously?" Skipper asked. "What? Kowalski does this to us when we're sick, so we should do it to him." Rico said. "I like it." Private said. "Well that sounds cool. I'll be back in my habitat if you need anything. Bye." Marty said and he left.
"Bye Marty." Private said. Alex walked over to Kowalski. "Kowalski? I feel sad." Alex said. "Why?" Private asked. "I need you." Alex said. Kowalski did not move. "Come on team. We've got to get Kowalski to his bunk." Skipper said. "Poor Kowalski. Is there anything we can do?" Private asked. "Hmm. I'm not sure, but until Kowalski recovers, I'm going to need a new options guy." Skipper said. Rico raised his wing. "Me!" Rico yelled. "But I want to." Alex said. "Okay. Alex can." Skipper said.
"Aw." Rico said. "Don't worry Rico. You can be the next one." Skipper said. "Yay! I'm the options guy." Alex said. Zuba smiled. "Alright team. We've got stuff to do." Skipper said. Kowalski groaned. "So how did this happen?" Private asked. "Well Kowalski was trying to cure Alex with his medical problems, but instead, he made himself sick with an experiment that went horribly wrong." Skipper said. Rico regurgitated a ice pack. He put it on Kowalski's head. "Huh?" Rico asked. "Nice job Rico." Skipper said. Alex walked over to Skipper.
"May I help you?" Skipper asked. "Yes Skipper. I need help making ideas." Alex said. "Alright, but I'm not Kowalski." Skipper said. Then Julien walked in. "Hello silly penguins." He said. "Oh great. Here we go again. Ringtail." Skipper said. "What happened to the tall penguin?" Julien asked. "Leave him alone Ringtail, he does not feel well." Skipper said. "I know how to help him." Julien said. Before he walked over to Kowalski, Rico attacked him.
"Stay awake from Kowalski!" Rico yelled. Skipper smiled. "Perfect." Skipper said. "Fine. Then I guess I'll dance on Skipper's head." Julien said. "No! Get out!" Skipper yelled. Julien left. Rico regurgitated a thermometer and put it in Kowalski's mouth. "Private, when that thing beeps, you are in charge of reading it. Understand?" Skipper asked. "Yes Skipper." Private said. Alex walked over to Kowalski. "Hey Kowalski." Alex said. Kowalski opened his eyes. "Hello." He said and then closed his eyes. Alex gasped. "Don't leave!" Alex yelled. "He's not leaving." Skipper said.
"He needs his rest." Rico said. "I'll start making some tea for him." Skipper said and he walked away. "Good idea Skipper. I'll get the soup." Private said. While Skipper and Private were getting things for Kowalski, Alex sighed. "Can I go to Kowalski's lab?" Alex asked. "I don't think so." Rico said. "Please?" Alex asked. "Uh...Kowalski? What do you think?" Skipper asked. Kowalski opened his eyes. "Huh? What?" Kowalski asked. "Should Alex go in your lab?" Skipper asked. Kowalski shook his head. "Well there's the answer. Now I have the tea Kowalski." Skipper said.
Kowalski moaned. "Thanks Skipper." Kowalski said and he started drinking the tea. "At least none of us are sick." Private said. "Private, Kowalski is sick." Skipper said. "No. I mean me, you, Rico, Alex, and Zuba." Private said. "That's right Private." Skipper said. "Let's hope nothing bad happens. Well it's getting late. We should all get to bed." The penguins, Alex, and Zuba fell asleep.
