There was never a battle on Mustafar between Anakin and Obi-Won.
Once Obi-Won told Padme about Anakin turning to the Dark Side, she fled to Bespin where Anakin could not sense her. She gave birth to Luke and Leia and this is their story.
The Life
Padme Skywalker left Coruscant once she found out about what her husband hand become. Obi-Won told her to go the Bespin System because Anakin would not be able to sense her there. When Anakin found out that Padme had left and no one knew where she was, he became raged with anger. Even though to Anakin this wasn't good, The Emperor knew that with her out of the picture, everything is going as planned.
Ten years later
"Luke Amidala, hurry up your going to be late for your lessons." Padme yelled from the living room as she was getting Leia ready.
"I'm coming mom." Luke had to quickly put away the lightsaber that Obi-Won had given him so his mom wouldn't think he wanted to become a Jedi, since she told both Luke and Leia that they could never be Jedi's.
