(Hello again, Cages21 here. So it has been a while since i last updated and im so sorry i have been having a break from writing and i have been tired alot. But welcome to Deep Waters. If you haven't already been reading My first story -Deep waters intro- go read it now! And the updated version is already out too. I am going to be putting a few points down.

1. So first i need to say that i do not own subnatica only my ocs, so dont go getting ideas.

2. Also i will be making this longer than -Deep waters Intro- and hope to please the readers with my _Special_ humor

Chapter 3. Almost geared up.

Hello *cough* its Daniel here and i'm back on duty. So now i have to tell the story but its worth the pain for the lifetime supply of pineapples.

Any way i have been finding stuff to build a repair tool and if your wondering yes i already made a flashlight after finding some copper. Yea turns out those limestone outcrops are really handy to have around and there's alot of them.

But now i'm swimming around a cave because i need cave sulfer to build a repair tool so that my life pod isn't full of smoke.

As i swim around i spot a plant and this plant looks kind of like a...ummm brain. So i swim over to it and it spits out bubbles of oxygen.

"So now i won't drown" i said as my suit absorbed the bubbles of oxygen but then I turn around to find that there was a fish speeding towards me making a weird growling sound.

It was red with 1 eye and had lots of tiny fins.

"I'm outta here" but unfortunately saying your fast doesn't make you fast.

"OOWW!" When the fish hits me it blows up (somehow) and now my chest hurts really badly.

The shockwave of the explosion pushed my chest backward and I hit the wall of the cave.

My helmet cracks a bit on the right side and starts to leak water.

I put my hand on my helmet to stop it from leaking and look around a bit more for cave sulfur.

"Looks like its my lucky day" i say as i spot some. Yea turns out they are in those boom...fish pods so i take some and swim back to the life pod.

After i enter i duck tape my leak closed and fling my self into the fabricator to build a repair tool. But then i am stopped.

"And now i need silver...Why me".

And now i'm swimming around again so i'll just skip this and tell you that i found some in the creepvine biome and swam a bit too far from the life pod and spot a new biome. My mind gets the better of me and i start swiming toward the new biome.

I start to worry as i leave the safeness of the safeshallows and enter a new area with red grass EVERYWHERE!

"Ok now where was i oh yea the new area".

i swam high above the grass to get a good view but then i heard that thing.

*Whale noise* and it scared me so bad that i dont need to go to the toilet anymore.

"Ok thats it im going home" And i swam back to the life pod but did not realise the thing behind me until it was to late.

It had 6 eyes 3 on one side and 3 on the other side of its head. It had a mouth bigger than the bottom half of my body and it looked hungry.

It bit down hard and with the sharp teeth it had esaily went through my suit.

"NOOO, GET OFFFFF" i screamed and started stabbing it with my knife. Blood filled the water as i stabbed my hardest.

"I got a idea!" i said as i raised my arm upwards. The moment it got a smell of my arm pit it was outa there.

"Works every time" Now i have to get back to the life pod.

I swam and swam my hardest but my bleeding arm made it very hard to swim in 90 meters of crushing water.

But then when all hope seemed lost i whiped out my fire extinguisher and blasted through the water at speeds so fast you didn't even know that im already at the life pod.

But then it struck me. I left my knife in the creature that attacked me...

"...AAAHHH-".

(Ok while i calm Daniel down you can go do something else).

"Ok therepy does not work i might have to use the wee-"

(Daniel NO there are kids here).

"Fine, Umm i should progress the story."

I walked to the fabricator and it started to fabricate a repair tool. When it finished i grabbed it and pulled the trigger and put my finger on top.

"Oww, why did i do that" (I dont know you tell me).

"Yes now i dont have to breath smoke" I say as i walk to the lifepod control panel that hit me when i landed 'I really hate this panel'.

I put it back in place after repairing the wires, dont ask me how long that took you be dead after i finished. And yelled "YEESSS" and flopped onto the floor.

I layed there for a while and waited for the chapter to end...It didn't happen and i wondered why.

"Come on its been long enough end already!".

(Nope, i don't have enough content and the other chapters are too short).

"Uuhhh fine i dont have a scanner yet so i guess i will do that".

(Yea you do that).

"Whatever i'll just go make it" i said and started walking to the fabricator. "Ok thats not too hard i can make that easy...

--7 hours later--

My...Goodness...Never again.

Slowly i flopped myself to the fabricator and pressed the hologram for the scanner.

"Yes now i wont be clueless to what everything is" I said then with a burst of energy i climbed up the ladder then flipped off of the life pod and started scanning things.

"Well i think i scanned every thing now what" but then it hit me and i looked at my scanner couriosly and pointed it at myself and pushed the trigger down.

My body became bathed in blue light as it scanned and all the fish ran away in fear. Dont ask me how they just ran. When it finished i looked at the panel and it said warning on it in a yellow color as my PDA lit up and spoke.

\WARNING, Traces of an unkown bacterial infection. Continuing to monitor/.

"Well thats not good, Nevermind its probably nothing to worry about.

(That was the biggest lie of his life).

"Hey no spoilors thats for lat- Umm actually nevermind you didn't hear any thing.

And then a radio shaped icon appered on my hud. *Bling* "Huh i wonder what message that could be...OTHER PEOPLE ARE ALIVE".

I sped back to my pod and smashed myself into the hatch so i would open. And it did so i leaped onto the radio and it began replaying a message.

This is lifepod 3. We are plugging some holes in our emergency seaglide so if we are late to the site dont worry and please dont leave without us... seriously 3 out.

"Yes some people are alive...But what site, how am i supposed to get there if i dont know where it is".

Well screw it my radio gave me a disposable chip so i plugged it in.

"Now i can see the lifepod it came from so i better get going".

And so i sped off into the sunset again.

(And as you read this you wonder "What could this all mean, will the mistery ever be solved, and will Jimmy ever bring me my NOODLES THAT HE PROMISED TO GET ME BECAUSE HE SPILLED THEM WHILE I WAS PLAYING GGGOOOOLLLLFFFF)

(Well i guess i wont find out until later because i need to take a break...Jeez that golfing is not good for my back) *Door closes*.
