Okay….so much for updating this in a few days. I apologize for that. I got busy and sort of forgot about my fanfics for a while….anyway, here is the second installment. I hope you all enjoy

Ed Edd n Eddy and the assassin AU don't belong to me.

Double D stomped down the hall, muttering to himself. It seemed that it was absolutely impossible to have one, clean-cut assignment. Something seemed to just always go wrong with their group and ended up blowing up in their faces. This time, literally.

His usually white attire was covered in black soot from their latest mishap. His face was also covered in the grimy substance. He wanted nothing more than to take a hot shower to get clean and curl up in bed for the next few days until they got their next assignment. There was a migraine just creeping up on him since the blast had gone off a few hours ago.

And, of course with his luck, his plans for a quiet night seemed to not be an option once he opened the door to his room and found it already occupied by another red clad assassin. Kevin was sitting on his bed with his boots, hat and mask tossed to the floor next to it, fiddling with his gun. He looked up when he heard the door open and frowned.

"Woah, what happened?" he asked, setting his gun aside and moving to get up.

"I do not wish to talk about it," Double D replied simply, shutting his door firmly. He walked across the room towards the bathroom. Shower first. Everything else can wait.

"H-Hey, wait a sec," Kevin said. He met the other at the bathroom door. "Are you hurt? You know you should wash and dress the wounds before showering."

"I am fine," Double D said with a weary side. "I am merely utterly filthy and wish to be clean again." He gave his boyfriend a look. "Move, please?"

Kevin gave him a look to try and see if he was telling the truth about being uninjured. He nodded and moved out of the way to let the other into the bathroom. Double D walked passed him and closed the door behind him again. Kevin sighed and went back to the bed. "Wonder what happened," he muttered to himself. He lay out Double D's pajamas and stripped down to his boxers before he sat on the bed again.

It took a while for the other to finish his shower. He needed to be sure that he got all the soot and dirt off of his skin and felt completely clean again before he turned the water off. He did feel a little better now. He sighed as he pulled on a robe and started toweling his hair dry. He walked back into his room, giving his boyfriend a tired look. It wasn't that he wasn't happy to see Kevin, since it had been weeks since they managed to get any time off at the same time, but he was tired and really just wanted to sleep.

Kevin smiled at the look. "Come to bed," he told him, handing him his pajamas. Double D didn't argue and changed before lying under the covers. Kevin moved behind him and wrapped his arms around him. He kissed his neck softly and settled himself.

Double D fell asleep immediately.

Double D slowly started to wake up the next morning. He was warm and comfortable in his position. He could feel Kevin's arms around his waist and the red head's head against his back as the other held him close. He could tell from the steady breathing that the other was still asleep. He smiled a little to himself.

He felt a lot better now that he had gotten some sleep. Today was an off day for them, so there was nothing that needed their immediate attention. He carefully turned in the other's arms to face him. Kevin shifted a little at the movement and leaned his head on Double D's chest. Edd smiled and ran his hand through the red hair. He kissed his head softly.

Kevin hummed a little as he started to wake up a bit from the medic's movements. He nuzzled against his chest as he felt the petting to his hair. He slowly blinked his eyes open and tilted his head up towards him. He smiled at him. "Hey, babe," he greeted, his voice rough from sleep.

Edd smiled back at him. "Good morning, Kevin," he greeted in return.

"Feeling better?" he asked as he scooted himself up to have his head on the pillow again and be eye level with his boyfriend.

"A lot better," he nodded in response.

"Good." Kevin leaned towards him to kiss him. He felt like it had been forever since he had gotten to kiss the smart Ed. It had been a while since they had gotten together, but it felt like forever since they got to touch, kiss and hug him.

Edd hummed softly and softly returned the kiss. He tangled his fingers into his hair as Kevin tightened his arms around his waist to pull him closer. He wouldn't deny that it had been a while since they had gotten any time alone with each other. They sometimes got to work on assignments together, but the other Eds were usually there as well.

Kevin moved to nuzzle his neck. "I've missed you, Double D," he said softly. Edd smiled and hugged him closer.

"I've missed you too," he said.

He jumped and let out a small surprised sound when Kevin nipped down his neck. The red head continued down the pale column of skin until he got to the collar of the other's sleep shirt. His hand slipped under the fabric to caress his stomach and side, gaining a shiver from the medic. Edd gasped softly when the other assassin's rough hands reached a nipple and flicked it.

"K-Kevin…" He tilted his head as his boyfriend continued his mini attack on his neck. The red head smiled a little as he kissed and nipped. He knew the other didn't like it when he left obvious marks where people could see them. Eddy always through a fit and Kevin knew his lover had more than enough headaches as it was without him adding to it. He pushed his shirt up to kiss and lick the nipple he had been teasing. He felt the hands in his hair tighten and the smaller male let out a small moan.

Kevin moved so Double D's back was against the bed and he was lying on top of his lover. He rubbed their hips together as he moved to kiss him again. He pressed his tongue into his mouth, exploring the familiar cavern again and coaxing Edd to play along with his tongue. They moaned into each other's mouths as their lengths rubbed together through the fabric of their pants.

Kevin moved a hand down to tug Edd's pajama pants down as he broke the kiss for them to breathe. Edd copied the movement and tugged the other's boxers down. The red head pressed them together and wrapped his hand around both of their lengths. Edd gasped and moaned.

"Kevin~" he looked up at the other through lust hazed blue eyes. Kevin smiled at the flush on the other's cheeks. He loved it when the other just let go and enjoyed himself.

He groaned as well as he moved his hand quickly over the both of them, gripping them together firmly. It had been a while so he doubted they'd last very long the first time around. He peppered kisses over his little lover's face as they panted together, moaning every so often.

"Ke….Kevin," Edd moaned, his back arching towards him as he felt the heat building quickly. He wanted to hold out longer but he didn't know if he could.

"It's okay, babe," he purred. "We have all day~" He smirked at him.

Edd gasped and moaned deeply when his release hit him and he came across his stomach and chest, some of it getting onto his shirt. Kevin groaned at the sight and followed not long after. He watched his blushing boyfriend pant and shake a little, moving to lay over him.

Edd smiled at him, relaxing easily. "It appears that I won't be getting any reading done today either."

Kevin laughed a little. "Who needs that kind of day off? We're gonna have some fun." He finished his sentence by giving his lover a solid kiss.

"I think I can appreciate some fun," Double D said when the kiss broke.

At least he didn't have to leave his bed today.

I decided part way through writing this that I wanted to keep it fluffier so I didn't write a complete sex scene. Sorry to those of you who were looking forward to that, I hope you still liked it!
