His body's lying at me feet
all the heat is gone
What happened, what went wrong
blood stained blade rests in my hand
I'm so confused, don't understand
did I do this, it can't be me
his lifeless body's all I see
I wish to help, he's beyond aid
I can't turn back the mistakes I've made
I killed him yet I did not know.
his lifeless eyes gaze at me so
did he blink, did he stir
the world's becoming one big blur
my sight grows dark shall i die to?
despite all this I wish I knew
what led me to this act of mine?
what led me to commit this crime
was it a spell or was it me
