2031: Planet earth is completely destroyed by Bill Cipher; the various monster species are able to escape. They put aside their differences and form the Magistrate. A governing body dedicated to the peoples well-being and revenge on Bill Cipher!
2032-2050: The Magistrate begins exploration and colonization of all nearby systems...they find alien ruins on mars. Belonging to race called Protheans; among many things...their is a warning to Beware the Citadel, beware the Mass-relays, Beware those who use these things to enslave the destiny of the galaxy, Beware Indoctrination,Beware...Bill Cipher!
...5 days before the Mars exploration team showed up...
Bill Cipher whistles a merry tune as he erases all mention of 'Reapers' from the Prothean archives, and replaces them with warnings pointed at him...

2051-2100: Exploration and colonizing efforts continue. All Mass-Relays are zealously destroyed. All 'mass-effect technology is studied only for a means to counter and destroy it. Alternative forms of science are encouraged(like magitek).
2101: a derelict ship is discovered drifting onto Magistrate territory. Inside are discovered a barely surviving Batarian slave master and his dead slaves...
It is here that the Magistrate learns of the Citadel races. After learning not only of the Councils over-reliance on Mass-effect technology, allowing the Batarians to practice slavery and worship of Bill Cipher. The Magistrate have the Batarian executed and declare war on the Council.
...Shortly after the execution...
The newly resurrected Batarian counts his newly acquired wealth. "Pleasure doing business with you!" Laughs Bill.

2102-2156: Using the information from the Batarian's various Codex's. The Magistrate conducts a Shadow Warfare campaign.
They resurrect the Rachni and set them lose in council space. They cure the Krogan of the Genophage and pump them full of Beserker juice and then setting them loose. They hack the Geth, upgrade them and have them run rampant. They infect hundreds of world by exposing them to Thorian spores. Fund Terminus terrorist groups. They also blow up every mass-effect relay(thus destroying the settlements surrounding them with their explosion as well) they can get away with...
2157: A Turrian fleet stumbles upon Magistrate colony Shanxi destroying a relay. The Turrians attack in retaliation...The Magistrate/Council war has finally, 'officially' begun.
2158-2182: Between their resources already stretched thin by their numerous problems and facing an enemy with unfamiliar technology/abilities that were designed specifically to counter/destroy their personal Technology...The Council was losing badly
Numerous messages of surrender and calls for peace were sent to the Magistrate.
But the Magistrate; fearing the possibility of 'Indoctrination'. Continue their scorched earth policy. Committing acts of total war and genocide.
At their most desperate; the Council finds themselves visited by the most peculiar creature-

The strange creature tells the Council of Gravity Falls. How it was not destroyed, but rather thrown through time and space. And that it would return on the 13thhour of the 13thday of the 13thmonth of the 13thgalactic cycle.
When it did, it was imperative they find it and search it! For hidden in it was the 'Corona Aurora' A crown containing stones of great power...that would end the war in their favor!
And he'd tell them where Gravity Falls would touch down...for a price...

Dipper Pines didn't know what happened...one minute the town is being sucked up into a gateway...the next it's spit out again...under very unfamiliar stars and constellations... Dippers eyes widen in realization. No way...
