Chapter 1-Dungeon Masters Should Give General Layout to New Players
Cara, Yuke and Jed were at a tavern in the undead city. At the current moment, they were resting and trying to figure out what to do next. Cara is downstairs, simply sitting there while Yuke and Jed are getting themselves drunk silly. Aliuvial enters the tavern and looks around.
"I need some directions to get back north." She tells one of the undead. Of course, this sparks an argument and Cara walks over.
"What brings a girl like you here?"
"I'm on my way back home, but I seem to have missed a turn."
"Never knew an elf to get lost."
"Ha…ha…"
"Where you from?"
"The north, I was sent south to get some medicines."
"Well if you keep heading south, you'll end up at the ocean."
Aliuvial looks confused for a moment.
"Damn it, I should have brought a map. I am not a ranger."
A loud crash brings the conversation to a halt.
"Jed… follow me, I'll introduce you."
Jed and Yuke are drunk silly and acting like complete fools. Aliuvial shakes her head. Once introduced, a conversation begins.
"So now we need to get to that island."
"Well, the Gnome city is south of here, we can take a ship out." Jed said.
"But we are bordering on broke. Unless our new friend can help us."
"How much coin do you have?"
"Together about 100 gold."
Aliuvial laughs.
"You are a noble."
"Just think of it this way, you have your passage, but I want in."
