What? Donna?! he thought. "But, it can't be!" Still, Donna was the only person who called him Spaceman.
He walked along the aisle until he reached her.
"Donna?" he asked carefully.
The women turned around and took sunglasses of her face and lifted her wig off.
"Hello Sweetie" she said.
"River? BUT HOW?" he shrieked.
"Oh, that's a long story my dear."
"But..but.. you're trapped in CAL! I-I saved you there"
"Yes you did my love, and I'm thankful. But you didn't think that I'd stay there, did you? Too boring for me. But my love, this isn't about us. Or well, it is. But not really."
"What is?!" he asked.
"Oh erhm, it's about Donna."
"Donna. Why does it involve Donna? What involves Donna? How can something involve Donna? Donna doesn't KNOW ANYTHING. She forgot it all!. Right?" His voice was full of emotions. Of course he hated that Donna didn't remember a thing about their friendship, but he didn't want her to die.
"I was tripping around in the future, like two weeks from here or so. I passed a church and it was a funeral, and yeah.. I got curious. The funeral was the funeral of Donna Noble. 87 years she turned."
"Oh, Donna" he whispered. He felt tears in his eyes but he didn't let them pass. He never cried.
