Chapter Two: Galaxy City

"What are your co-ordinates?" Stampy asked.

It didn't take long for Stampy to find Squid after the co-ordinates were told.

"I'm here," Stampy said as he walked out the cave and into the small forest clearing. "What is it you wanted me to see?"

"Look." Squid said pointing to the giant city on the horizon.

It was big. It was very big. The buildings were built higher than the cloud limit.

"Wow," Stampy said with awe. "Let's go check it out!" he began sprinting towards the massive city.

"Stamps wait up!" Squid called out as his friend ran through the trees.

It was too late. Stampy was already half way there. Squid sighed and followed.

"Welcome to Galaxy City!" a cheerful lady welcomed the moment Stampy set foot in the city.

"Hello there." Stampy replied.

"My name is Elaine, and I own this city. If you need any help just call me."

"Er- thanks." Stampy said.

"Here is some starting money." the lady said handing Stampy some cocoa beans.

Stampy looked at the beans then looked back up. "Um, thank yo-"

"Any time," the lady interrupted. "Here's a free shop you can have so you can earn some money." she said pointing to a small shop. "Now what's your name?"

"Er, Stampy." Stampy replied awkwardly.

"Okay Stampy," Elaine said bringing Stampy to the tiny building. "Here is Stampy's Hot Buns."

Stampy was very confused now. "Uh, thank yo-"

"Any time!" she interrupted before walking away as strange as she came.

Now Stampy was alone next to a bun shop in a giant city.

"Stamps!" Squid panted as he ran over.

"Squid please help me! I don't know what's going on!" Stampy pleaded grabbing Squid's shoulders and shaking him. "Someone just came over to me, gave me a handful of cocoa beans, said I could hav- hey is that a cake?" he asked getting distracted and looking into the window of his new shop at an iced cake with cherries on top.

"Er," Squid stammered. "Wha?"

Stampy had already run into the shop.

"I never had a cake before…" he said twiddling his fingers. He turned to look at a fairy confused squid at the door. "Should I try it?"

Squid sighed. "Dunno Stamps, in ya want it, then eat it. No one's stoppin ya."

Stampy squeezed his eyes shut and stuck his finger out. He was sweating.

"Really Stamps," Squid sighed. "You don't have to be so intense!"

Stampy took a dab of icing off the top and licked it. His eyes widened.

"This is incredible!" he said shooting his arms into the air.

He began digging into the cake, splashing icing everywhere.

"Whoa Stamps!" Squid said as the dodged incoming cherries. "Watch out!"

In seconds, the cake was gone.

"More!" Stampy yelled as he ran into the kitchen.

Squid sighed and ran after him.
