So. I have some really bad news.
DC2 and DC3 were saved on my old computer, Eduardo XIII. I am getting on a plane at ten o-clock tonight to move from Trinidad to Hartford, Connecticut with my mom, who has just been diagnosed with breast cancer.
But that isn't the point.
My mom raped my room the day I had my Chem finals (yeah, Chemisrty never brings about anything good) and she somehow really fucked with my uber-fragile, uber old computer. Now that I'm trying to get the information off it… well, it's not turning on
..
(Three years of poetry, fic plots, TIC chapters two and three, various multi-chaptered, original stories…. Ah yes. Wasted life. It feels so shitty)
DC2 and 3 were on my computer since LAST JULY. I did not have the confidence to post them (I'm really insecure with my writing) and I just realized that they weren't half bad and I wanted to put 'em up. Ah, yeah, too late much?
I have to leave Eduardo in Trinidad, and my aunt may throw him out. But I am a miracle worker. My cousin is t3h c0mpu7er smex god and I'm thinking he can dig out the storage drive from Eduardo (sounds like surgery, huh? TOO MUCH SURGERY IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW Dx). He can probably keep it safe for me until I return to T'dad in July. I mean, he thinks Eduardo is a waste of time- and he's kinda right, the thing has 4 gig storage space total. The CD drive doesn't open anymore. But I still love him. O.O
I'm thinking that if push comes to shove, I can just write some new chapters. I'm really in the mood to take up this fic again, so I can promise you all new chapter by the next week or so. Just hold out until my mom comes out of surgery. And until I find myself in a new school.
(So, basically, expect a chappie by next Friday? Or maybe the Wednesday after? :o )
So, my apologies everyone. The lesson to learn here is to have self-confidence. And to not do chemistry. I would also say to not let your mom clean (coughTRasHcough) your room, but I think that's an aspect of life that will never change.

Ryuujitsu: Please don't touch Crazed Sin. It scares me now. I haven't read Faust in forever. I think I stopped at about chapter eight. Haven't had the time.. Gomen? o.o. I've wanted to read Eden Rising forever too. Bleargh. MUST MAKE TIME. Hopefully American school is as good as I remember it where spare time is concerned (I was enrolled at a US school in fourth and fifth grade). I didn't like the concept of Seto in a band either, but then I had the image of him drumming and I just couldn't let go. And I mean Joey Jordison drumming (I'm not sure if you know what I mean by that reference) Mai is just made of win. Reading it over, I did quite like that segment.
theYAOIfangirl: I am bloody loving your penname xD. The intention of the name BlackNailPolish was to play on the mainstream-ness. I mean, c'mon now… BlackNailPolish… /sniggers/ (This coming from the girl that religiously wore black nail polish in forms two and three) Not saying that mainstream bands are bad, though. I just prefer the lesser known ones, for some odd reason. Probably because they're style wont ever get distorted depending on popular demand.

Darknessmiko: Thank you for the add to your community! Um, my chronology is always jumpy because I go for a kind of disorienting effect with my writing (methinks). As the story goes on, I make things come together and become more whole. So, until chapter five or six, expect things to be a bit jumpy to enhance the writing style (I'm not making any sense, am I?)
