Prologue
I was standing in the middle of the soccer field with six people around me.
My so-called friends were trying to protect me from someone more dangerous then them, my father.
"Why are following me? I don't need your help." My long black hair blew to one side as the wind swept in.
"We care for you. Yes your father has done many many evil things to our kinds but, your also in danger as well as all of us." The tall young man who in front of me said as he held out his hand to me as he walked over to me
"Come back with us. The six of us can protect you." He said as he reached me.
"Caleb, why do you care for me so much? Why does all of you care for me? " I asked myself this as my vampire friend brought me into his arms.
The other five came over to me as Caleb's long white hair blew in the wind.
"Please believe us." A thin, red haired girl said as she hug me as well.
I looked at my friends, who I care for like family and who I love as well.
"Ok I believe you. All of you." I start to get tears in my eyes.
"But, why do you guys care about a measly human? When it's my kind who is killing your kinds thinking that they may be able to make medicine that could make humans like you?" I look at the six none humans around me.
Caleb smiles as well as the others and as he does all six of them transform to their none human forms.
"Cause you were the one who made us like you, care of you, treat you as one of us and we will never turn our backs on you." A tall, light brown haired boy smiled as his ears twitch as the wind blew.
I smiled and whiped my eyes. "Thank you all. Your the best none-human friends that a human can have!"
I hugged each one of my friends as a form of a tall man reached the edge of the field.
"I see that I have found you seven." The man said as I let out a gasp as I saw him.
"Father!"
