"How was your day?" Sara asked as her husband Walt finally sat on his recliner after a short shower.
"Good the guy got fifteen to life, you?" Walt said casually, flicking through channels before settling on Law and Order.
"I had to go to another crime scene, that's about it." Sara said shrugging
"Can't wait till the girls get back from school"
"Yeah they miss you, a lot." Sara said dryly
"Could you give me some credit Sara, god damnit. I am trying" Walt said standing making Sara wince a bit. "What the hell else do you want? I moved into the guest room, I'm spending time with the girls. I'm trying to make our marriage work and you're pushing me away."
"Your right Walt, is that what you want to hear? Well your right, I'm wrong and that's how it will always be." Sara said getting up and going to the kitchen.
"God-" Walt started but was interrupted by the door swinging open.
"Daddy" Two girls screeched before jumping into Walt's arms.
"Katie, Mary Ann. Have fun at school."
"Yup" The blond, younger Katie said as Walt settled her down on the kitchen floor. Mary Ann, a Sara look alike, just nodded with a mile wide smile.
"Well how about my two beautiful girls go put there bags up and we can go outside and play with Ish and Freckles." Walt purposed bending down to the girls' level.
Mary looked up at her mother obviously using her little gift to find out if it was alright to do something different then routine.
"For a little while, I guess." Sara said giving in to her oldest daughter's silent plea.
Before she even finished Mary Ann and Katie were gone, Walt in tow.
