[Oliver walks around the corner on the streets of Hong Kong. He places a hand to his ear.]

Oliver: He's stopped.

"What is he looking for?" Felicity asked.

"Tommy must be gone already. Another target maybe," Rene guessed.

"Well, Oliver's still Waller's guy. If she needs anything, it's him she's asking to do the work!" Dig added. "Never know, she might be planning to keep him for a while."

"So, he's like a slave?" Felicity muttered.

"One way to put it," Dinah said. Thea felt sick and Moira was inches from covering her ears to hear less talking.

Maseo: What's he doing? [A man is shown buying something from a stand through a crowd of people.]

Oliver: He's buying ice cream.

"That's ironic. Why is Oliver told to chase a guy buying ice cream?" Curtis questioned.

"Possibly a disguise," Quentin said. "But Waller might just be having Oliver hunt down innocent people. At least so far, Waller needs nothing from him."

"There has to be more to it," Lyla mentioned.

Oliver: He doesn't look like a terrorist.

"Good ones don't," Dig said.

Maseo: The best ones never do. [it shows the man from before, Maseo standing with a phone to his ear talking to Oliver in the streets also.]

Oliver: Why does Waller want me to take this guy out?

Maseo: You ask too many questions.

"He hasn't asked enough," Laurel added crossing her arms. She was a lawyer, and she would question him way more than Oliver already did.

Maseo: Follow orders and eliminate the target or is this one your best friend, too?

Oliver: Oh, so I'm just a gun that she can point at things she doesn't like?

Maseo: That's exactly what you are.

Thea shook her head angerly. No one should speak to her brother like that.

[Oliver sighed and watched the man as he walks further into the crowd.]

Oliver: He's moving.

Maseo: Best not to waste time, then.

"What is he going to do?" Roy asked.

"Hopefully find an excuse to not kill him," Rene told him.

"He wouldn't, right?" Moira asked. "I know he's the Green Arrow. I know he killed but it won't show, right?"

No one answered her and Thea swallowed a lump in her throat. She wasn't ready and neither was anyone else.

[Oliver followed the man through the market. He gets a knife ready in his hand.]

Thea looked away, afraid what will happen next.

[Oliver grabs the man and struck him with the knife. The man falls the ground, lifeless.]

Moira stares in shock, tears building up quickly. She cups her mouth with her hand, when the shock washed over. Thea starts to sob, and Dig looks down. Everyone looks on, with no words. Felicity and Laurel were covering their eyes and ears, unable to look back. This was Oliver now. And they couldn't change that.

[Oliver closes his eyes and sighs. He bends down to pick up keys next to the man. He walks away.]

Oliver: It's done.

Moira sniffled a sob.

"He killed him," Dinah said.

"He had to," Dig added. "Or he wouldn't have survived."

[Oliver walk into the house where Maseo is chopping food.]

Oliver: Where's your wife? Tatsu.

Maseo: She needed to be someplace else.

Oliver: Ah, she doesn't like me.

Maseo: You're wrong. She hates you.

"And why is that?" Felicity asked angerly.

"Well he is told to live in their home," Walter said.

"Yes, just think what they're going through. What they think Oliver might do to them since they are already threatened," Quinten added thinking of the other side.

"Guys, we should be worrying about Ollie here! You don't even seem to care!" Thea accused.

"We're just trying to figure everything out, Thea, that's all," Roy told her.

Oliver: She's not happy that I'm here.

"See?" Tommy said.

Maseo: Neither am I.

Oliver: I killed a man today.

Moira wanted to leave the room so bad at that point. But she had to stay strong for Thea.

Oliver: I don't even know the reason.

"That's awful. At least you should know why you did something. Now if someone asked, he wouldn't have anything to say," Curtis exclaimed.

Maseo: Sometimes it's better that way.

Oliver: What, blindly following orders is better?

Maseo: I'm not blind, Oliver. I'm focused on what's most important. [Maseo glances at Akio.] You should do the same.

"He is! He's trying to go home!" Laurel argued bitterly. Maseo has no idea how hard he tried.

Maseo: It's not our place or our burden to know why we carry out our missions.

Oliver: I didn't realize having a conscience was a burden.

"Ooooo," Curtis looked around at everyone who were clearly unamused.

[Maseo turned his back on him. Oliver glanced at Akio, who was playing on his computer. Oliver swings the keys around in his hand. He walks over to him.]

"Oh no, I know what he's going to try to do," Felicity chewed her lip.

Oliver: What are you playing?

"At least he sounds nice," Rene commented.

Akio: A reading game.

Oliver: Oh yeah, do you mind if I try? I won't to work on my cantonese.

"Sure..." Laurel muttered.

"He's going to try," Walter said.

Akio: My dad said I shouldn't let you use my computer.

Tommy held in a chuckle after the look Oliver gave.

Oliver: Ok.

"He really doesn't look like he wants to argue," Roy spoke out.

Oliver: Why don't we make a deal, then

Akio: You don't have anything. You're a bum.

That lightened the spirit in the room a tiny bit. Some chuckled.

[Oliver smiled, amused and found a chance.]

Oliver: Well, this bum has something that you don't have. Height.

"Where is he going with this?" Dig questioned.

"I may have an idea," Lyla grinned slightly.

Oliver: You know that stash of candy that your parents keep in the cupboard above the fridge?

"Here we go..." Dig groaned.

Oliver: I'll swipe you two pieces.

Akio: Five.

"Greedy one, huh?" Dinah asked amused.

Oliver: Three.

Akio: Five.

"Oliver looks so mad right now, it's almost funny," Laurel said shaking her head.

Oliver: Fine, five. Give me the computer. [Akio gave it to him. Oliver out a flash drive inside.]

"Why isn't he emailing us?" Thea asked.

"Probably nervous what happened to Tommy would happen again. He doesn't need more stress," Malcolm spoke up for the first time in a while.

Oliver: I need a meet with Waller. [Maseo walks in. He closes the computer and removes the flashdrive.]

Maseo: How did you- Akio! [He checks the cupboard.]

"Uh oh," Felicity muttered.

Oliver: It's not his fault. [Akio runs out.] I need a meet. Make it happen.

Maseo: Waller's going to want a reason.

Oliver: Ferris Air Flight 637. She'll know what I mean.

"What?" Moira asked, confused.

[The camera shows Amanda's heels walking.]

Amanda: I hate Hong Kong. And I hate transpacific flights. [it shows she's in a building with signs from a different language.] And do not even get me started on the topic of being summoned by one of my operatives.

"Have I told you how much I hate her?" Dinah seethed.

[Oliver walks up to her.]

Oliver: Ferris Air Flight 637.

"What does that mean?" Walter questioned.

Oliver: Paris to Hong Kong nonstop.

Amanda: You prevented that flight from being shot over Lian Yu.

"He did what?" Thea asked.

"Drama back on the island, keep watching. I'm sure Oliver will explain it to you eventually," Malcolm said.

Oliver: Were you watching me?!

Amanda: Via keyhole hexagon satellite. How else was I supposed to know you possess the capabilities I require? That business with the freighter last year... impressive. Are we done?

Thea shakes her head disapprovingly.

Oliver: Just getting started, actually. Adam Castwidth, the man you had me murder.

Moira flinched along with Thea.

Oliver: He was Edward Fyers' handler and he worked for you.

"Oh," Dig started.

"Of course, he did," Curtis said sarcastically.

"This is confusing," Laurel mentioned.

Amanda: You're out of your depth, Mr. Queen!

"He is?" Thea shouted.

Oliver: I don't think I am! I think Mr. Castwidth had a USB drive on him detailing everything. I think he knew that you told Fyers to shoot the plane down and I think that you wanted him silenced!

"It's quite impressive he figured that out," Walter added.

Amanda: And the world thinks you dead, Mr. Queen!

"What does that have to do with anything?" Roy asked.

Amanda: The convenient thing about dead men is that no one tends to believe them.

Oliver: Yeah, well, what about dead men who make arrangments to get the information on that USB drive in the hands of every blogger and journalist in this hemisphere. If anything happens to Maseo's family, then you're going to spend a long time testifying in front of the senate sub-committee.

Amanda: The world's a much more complicated place than you realize.

"Oh, I think he does by this point," Felicity said.

Amanda: Edward Fyers thought he was to shoot down that plane to destabilize the Chinese economy. In truth, I wanted to take out a single target.

"You did? Or one of your hench-man?" Felicity shook her head angerly.

Oliver: So, you blow up a plane full of innocent people to take out one man.

"That's pure evil, man," Rene commented.

Amanda: No. To take out one woman. Chein Na Wei.

"Why is she telling him this?" Thea asked.

Amanda: Two years ago, we had our only chance to her. And you saved her life.

"Is that why she wants him? He ruined her plan?" Roy questioned.

Moira couldn't help but be proud of Oliver, saving a life. He didn't deserve this.

Amanda: And now she's in Hong Kong. I need to know why.

"Now why didn't she tell him? He could be helping her find her by now but all she needs is for him to take down people less important!" Felicity said. "This is making no sense! This lady has lost her mind!"

"She has a plan," Dig explained. "There's no way she doesn't, she's more powerful than she seems. Right now, I think he was asked for another mission."
