Explanation
Alice, Chris, and Jill who had just joined them exited the small lab and got in a helicopter. Alice looked outside as they took off. She vaguely knew where she was, but she felt no connection to the lab, nor the location. She was then hit with a memory. Chris saw her look distant.
"Alice, are you okay?" Alice looked to him and nodded. "I am fine. I remembered a part of my past, and my brain is struggling to comprehend how long I have been, 'dead'. I can only think that Will somehow brought me here". Jill then looked at her. "Will? You mean William Birkin?" Alice's emerald eyes flashed and it unnerved the younger woman. "Yes. What happened to him?" Jill shook her head and looked somber. "He, well. In 1998, an incident occurred called the Raccoon City Incident. Umbrella were behind it, and Spencer, Wesker and William were part of the company". Alice's mouth quirked slightly into a grimace at the mention of Spencer.
"Spencer, the man who ordered and carried out my death. I disturbed you giving me an answer. I do apologise". Jill and Chris looked at each other. A Wesker just apologised? Albert would never have done that. Jill continued. "The virus that was unleashed was the G-Virus, transmitted via rats in the sewer system. William had a small lab there. He created the G-Virus, but his lab was attacked. He defended it, and ended up injecting himself. The men who had taken the briefcase, with the other samples were killed by the newly created creature that was William. He now was his own breed of tyrant. The samples were smashed by him, and rats ate the virus. They ran up to the surface and bit people. Over the course of just under 5 months, over 100,000 people died. I escaped the city, along with Claire, Chris' sister, Leon S Kennedy, Carlos Oliveira, and Sherry Birkin, William's daughter".
Alice's eyes flashed again. "Daughter? I am happy for him, though, I am saddened at his decision to turn himself into a tyrant". Chris continued, as Jill looked like she was going to cry. He put his hand on her shoulder and she managed a smile. "He's dead. My sister and Leon had to kill him. Please know that they had too, they could not reverse the virus. They rescued Sherry, who is still alive. She is who we are going to see now. Her, Leon and someone else who we will talk about later". He still looked shocked at the fact that Jake existed, but he would tell her later that she was an auntie.
"Thank you for telling me this. I understand that it must be hard for you". Jill had composed herself and wanted to tell Alice what heinous atrocities her brother had committed. "Wesker, he has done a lot, to us, to almost the entire world, if Chris and Sheva hadn't have stopped him. Sorry, we are bombarding you with all of this. Maybe we should tell you this later on too". Alice shook her head. "I am able to process this and listen to more, without feeling overcome with information. Please tell me what my brother has done". The younger woman nodded. "Okay. Chris and I worked in the Raccoon City Police Department, in the S.T.A.R.S division. The Special Tactics And Rescue Service, in 1996. Little did we know that he was a double agent for Umbrella. Reports of cannibal homicides in the Arklay mountain area prompted our Bravo team to be sent out to investigate. Last we heard of them, they had fled into a mansion. We, Chris, Barry Burton and myself were sent after to find out what happened to them, along with Wesker.
We found Rebecca Chambers alive, but all the other Bravo members were dead or too badly injured and died from those. The whole mission had been a trap, and a hell of a lot of zombies, dogs, hunters, and even a giant snake were sent after us, to kill us before we found out anything more. I eventually found Wesker, and found out what had happened. He let a T-Virus tyrant out of it's stasis chamber, but instead of it listening to him, it killed him. I managed to kill it, before rendezvousing with Chris and Rebecca, as the self destruct mechanism was activated. We got to the roof and ended up fighting the tyrant again before we escaped in our helicopter. Wesker...look, what he has done, to everyone was horrific. He is sick, has a God complex and is evil, pure evil. He did a hell of a lot more, but I don't feel like talking about it any more. Sorry".
Jill shrunk back in her seat and Alice processed what she had said. Her brother, did all of that, and more? She knew that he was a confident man, strong and defiant. But insane? He had gone too far, and what Jill had said made her yearn to here the rest, but she knew that Jill was close to tears, and Chris had gone quiet so she did not push the issue.
One thing was clear though, she needed to see Albert and see what the hell he was playing at.
