Thank you so much for reading. Please leave a review, even if it just says 'great chapter' it really helps me keep writing. Anyway, enjoy!

Makarov was telling the two young adults about them being wizards when his lacrima started going off, and he answered it immediately. "Yes?"

"Master Makarov, I seem to have a problem here." Master Sting hesitated and was constantly looking off screen.

"What is that matter, young Master?" Makarov asked while adjusting his position in his chair.

"Um, I have 3 people here that say they are from Earth, and they just appear to have my Guild mark. I have no idea who they are, but they are real marks and they have magic. Do you know what's going on?" Master Sting was scratching his head at the oddest thing he had to explain.

Master Makarov chuckled at the blonde Master, "I have the same problem, but I have 2 as of right now. No, I have no idea what is going on. I was going to suggest these two learn their magics and we just have to find out how they got here." Makarov rubbed his chin at the thought.

"You actually believe them?" Sting screamed but you could here a small, 'Hey' in the background. Sting waved him off, "Makarov, they don't even know what magic they have. How are we supposed help them?" The light dragon slayer threw up his hands in frustration.

Makarov sighed, "I do believe them, I have very shy people here." He looked between the two in his office, Violet looked to the ground. Gavin gazed at Gildarts who smiled at the small boy. "They wouldn't lie like that; you, as a Master of your Guild need to help these people. I believe they really want to be apart of our Guilds, even if this wasn't how they pictured it. They need us and you have to be there for them."

Sting sighed and ran his fingers through his hair and ruffled it a bit. "Yeah, okay. I get it. How do I help? What do I do to help them?" The young Master had no idea what to do.

"They will have to show their magic, then they will have to learn from someone. I will have to contact the council to see what is happening and why they are here." Sting nodded and left the conversation.

Makarov looked that the two that were very confused as to what was happening. "I have a question." Violet quietly said, raising her hand slightly. Makarov nodded to her to continue, "Where are we going to stay?" She tilted her head.

The old Master paused and opened his mouth, but nothing came out. He had no idea, he had no room at Fairy Hills and Gavin looked like he was uncomfortable with the other boys. "Where do you guys want to stay?"

Gavin looked to Gildarts with raised eyebrows, in question. "Oh, I don't know. I don't really stay home for a long time. I don't know if this would be a good idea." Gildarts shut down that suggestion.

"Come on, I won't bother you. You can stay until I learn what I need to, or I have to," Gavin paused and then sighed, "go back home." Gildarts looked hesitant to agree, "I just really look up to you, I don't really trust anyone. You would teach me so well."

"Alright, alright. I get it, okay I'll stay for a month and see how it goes." Gildarts caved in, this kid was adorable. He reminded him much of Natsu and this might be a little fun.

Makarov smiled at the two, they would be a great pair, unless he went back home. His gaze turned to Violet who was staring at a wall and rubbing her arm. She was a tough one to crack, she was very shy and quiet. "Violet?" he quietly. She looked up at him, "Where would you like to stay?"

"Oh, um." She looked up at the ceiling "I don't want to intrude on anyone."

"Well, you have to stay somewhere" Right after he said that the door burst open and Violet had to move out of the way so she wouldn't get hit. She actually had good reflexes, Makarov noted.

"Master! Happy and Natsu are trying to glue all the books in the library together." Levy came running in very frantic and almost to tears.

"Levy calm down. I'll handle this." Makarov jumped off from his chair but looked at the brunette standing by the door, "We will find out where your going to stay. Gildarts come help with this brat you created." The tall red-head sighed and stood up and Gavin followed after both of them. Violet was left in the room by herself. Levy had run to the library before Makarov left his chair.

Violet sighed and walked out of the office after the group of people, but she had no idea where the library was. She was wondering around the second floor looking for someone to ask when she saw Bickslow sitting at the lounge table in the back. "Hi, can I ask you where the library is?"

"You can ask me anything, baby." Bickslow stuck out his tongue at her. She smiled at him and giggled, which is not what he expected from this quiet girl. His visor was shut but she could see that his green eyes widened.

"Your funny. I didn't know much about you, but you are very funny." She commented while having a small smile on her face.

"Umm, who are you again?" He stood up now, very interested in this girl standing before him.

She held out her hand to Bickslow, "My name is Violet, it's a long story but I'm not really from here. Earthland per say." They shook hands and he showed a genuine smile to her.

"My name is Bi-"

Violet interrupted him, "I know who you are, Bickslow. I told you it's a long story." She felt very nervous, everything she said sounded so weird. Bickslow had a shocked look on his face, frowned her eyebrows.

"What does that mean?" The Seith mage was very interested in her.

Right when Violet was going to answer him, Natsu was thrown from the library doors and onto the floor in front of the two mages. "Natsu! You don't do that!" screamed Gajeel from the library doors. Natsu stood up quickly and threw up his fists. "No, Natsu. Just because you're mad doesn't give you that right to ruin books like that!"

"You just don't understand!" Natsu tried to explain but he didn't say anymore. Happy flew over to the fire dragon slayer, "She will take Natsu's word." Happy pointed to Violet who was standing beside Bickslow, looking wide eyed. The new member of Fairy Tail shook her head at him and shifted her feet, slightly behind the tall, blue-haired mage beside her. The man just looked down at her but didn't move.

"Come on, you know I just had to do it!" Natsu held out his hands to her, almost pleading.

"Natsu, I have no idea what's going on, but you really shouldn't ruin books. I don't even dog-ear a book." Violet disagreed with the energetic mage.

Levy jumped in the conversation, literally between the two, "I agree so much with you," She paused because she didn't know the new girls name.

"Violet"

"Right, Violet, she is perfect. She understands the importance of books. I like her." The script mage smiled at Violet, who in turn smiled back and her eyes got brighter.

Violet felt like she was fitting in somewhere, finally. She was connecting with Bickslow and she may have a friend with Levy who was her favorite character.

Makarov looked at his children interact with the new members, they might be fitting in better than he thought they would. Then he had an idea, "Levy my dear." Levy looked over at the Master, "Do you have room for a guest?" he asked.

"Yes I do." She pandered for a bit, "I would have to move a couple books, but I totally have another bed." Then you could hear Gajeel grumble in the background about not having time for his girlfriend. Levy just smacked him on the chest, although it didn't bother him.

"No, I couldn't bother you, I can find some hotel or something." Violet tried to explain to Levy, she really didn't want to intrude on anyone. At this she stepped in front of Bickslow and holding up her hands.

Levy really admired this girl, she would rather sleep at a hotel then bother any member of Fairy Tail, she was very cute. Violet kind of acted like her when she first came to the guild. There was to many confident people in this guild, it was nice to have a shy face around here.

"Guys look what I found!" Gavin ran up to the group holding two books that Natsu glued together, "It's a book on how to live with magic glued with a book on how to function without magic. That's too funny!" he was flapping the two books in the air. Gildarts took them from him and smacked him upside the head with the combined books. Gildarts threw the combined books on the side table near the library and ruffled Gavin's hair.

"Violet," Levy walked up to the new girl and touched her arm, but the girl stepped slightly back and gave a small smile, "I would love to have you stay at my place." Levy broke out in a full smile.

Gajeel walked up behind the smaller girl, "You might have to leave for a couple hours if I'm there." He grinned and chuckled while crossing his arms. Levy just smacked him on his arms.

"Thank you so much, I don't mean to be a bother." Violet didn't really want to rely on people but if she absolutely had to, she would. She didn't know what was going on and how she got here. She really didn't want to go back, she had nothing to go back to but she didn't really have anything here either.

"It's no bother, it would be nice to have a girl with me, instead of this brute." The small script mage pointed to the iron dragon slayer who was about to knock Natsu out again.

"But don't you have Lucy to keep you company?" Violet tilted her head in question.

Levy laughed, "Well yeah, but its always nice to have more friends."

"Right." Violet said but was not convinced one bit.

Gavin showed up at a small hut with the legend himself, Gildarts. The hut was pretty small to begin with, only one room and a small bed. The kitchen only had a fridge and little counter space. How did he live like this? Gildarts threw his bag on the bed and sat on the chair that was in the corner, he was taking his cloak off and Gavin saw the fake arm and leg he sported. Gavin looked around the room for a place for him to sit or even a place to sleep.

"I'll get you some blankets and a pillow for you to sleep. Don't worry, it will be comfortable." Gildarts commented without looking at the kid. "How old are you anyway?" he questioned.

"I'm 22 years old." the crush mage's head shot up at that. He thought that he was older, he looked older than that. This kid had a full beard, he looked like he was at least 25.

"Well you aren't really a kid aren't you, then?" he commented, the tall man went to the closet and pulled out 3 blankets and a pillow. He threw them at Gavin who caught the pillow and one blanket; we would have to work on his reflexes.

Gavin placed the 2 blankets on the ground to make it good to sleep on, he set the pillow down. "Can we eat something?" he asked while throwing down the last blanket on the floor.

Gildarts laughed and held his stomach, "Go out and get something. I have nothing here." He jumped up on his bed with his arm behind his head. He shut his eyes leaving Gavin confused as to what to do. He was hungry, but he had no money; he was good at stealing things.

"I'll be back." The new comer walked out of the hut as Gildarts waved his hand at the boy.

Gavin walked to the market a few blocks from the hut. There was a lot of people out today, Gavin noted but kept moving forward. He walked until he got to a shop that sold single sandwiches. He could easily stuff that in his pocket, he walked around the shop; making it seem that he was just browsing around but he was just buying his time. He saw a ham sandwich that looked real good, he picked it up but held off on putting it in his pocket. He walked around more and then moved it into his pocket; then walked out of the shop.

"That was easy." He was on his way to Gildarts hut but then he thought he might want something to drink. He strolled past more shops that sold clothes, then he found another shop that had drinks and meats. He immediately found a drink that he wanted and picked it up, but the shop owner looked at him skeptically before helping the next customer. He looked around and just walked out of the shop with the drink in hand. Although, when we rounded the corner he stopped in his tracks. There watching him was Master and Erza, he was about to turn around and just walk back to Gildarts' place.

"Gavin." Master forced out without moving. Gavin turned around to face his new master and he did not like that face he was making.

"Yes, Master." Gavin answered while looking down at the ground.

"You did not buy that did you?" Gavin shook his head and still did not look up, he saw enough disappointment in his life, he didn't need more from this place. Wherever this place was, a dream, a coma, or he died, he still didn't want to see it.

"Son look at me." He hesitated but looked up at both of them and of course they looked very disappointed in him. he wanted to look down again, it was like he was back at being a teenager and screwing up. "You don't have to be ashamed to ask for help. You have no money, right?" The master asked, walking up to the boy.

"I know, Gildarts didn't have any food and I didn't know what to do. It just came naturally." Gavin was wringing his hands together in discomfort. He didn't like this at all, were they going to kick him out when he just became part of the guild.

"Next time, you will come to the guild and you will ask for food. We can put it on a tab for you to pay once you take jobs." Master gave him a chance to apologize at this point.

Gavin sighed and his shoulders fell, "I'm sorry Master. I'll do that next time."

Violet entered small apartment with Levy walking round a couple stacks of books. She looked at the top book of one stack, she picked it up and smiled. "This is one of my favorite books." She commented.

Levy looked over at her and squealed, "I just finished that and I loved it!" She walked past the stack to be in front of Violet, who in turn stepped back. "I really liked the chemistry between Rachel and Patrick at the end. They really got through the tough paths the author threw at them." Levy was looking at the book now, Violet saw the spark in her eyes and smiled softly.

"Yeah, it was quite a roller coaster through the whole book. I couldn't put it down, but I almost wanted to close my eyes at some points." Violet turned the book over in her hand and opened the book; she flipped through the pages. She loved the feel of books in her hands, it made her forget about the world.

"Here I have a bed in the couch when you want to sleep, I have food in the fridge if you get hungry. I'll be reading mostly. Maybe Gajeel will come by." She saw the brunette flinch and raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything. "We won't keep you awake. I promise."

Violet put the book back down and looked around to the couch. "I won't bother you two, its okay. I can leave if you want me to." Levy shook her head at that.

"No way. I like you. I want to be your friend." Levy smiled at her, "I'll tell Gajeel to not come over. And don't say no. I want to get to know you."

"Okay" Violet smiled at her, "How will I figure out my magic?" she seemed curious, she genuinely wanted to find out.

"We will find out tomorrow. Right now, I think we need to sleep." Levy laughed and grabbed her a blanket and a pillow.

Violet built her bed while Levy went to her room. She was looking up at the ceiling and started thinking. How did she get here and why was she here? Was it someone who brought her and Gavin here? She was thinking this was a dream, but she thought it over. This felt to real, she even felt the magic inside of her. She really wanted to know what kind of magic she had, did it coincide with her personality? This was going to be a challenge for sure.

Thank you for reading! I really enjoy writing this story and I hope you guys enjoy it as well. Till next time!
