Four particular smurfs were enjoying the new day without a care in the world. Before they began to run away from a bird who thought clumsy was its baby.

"I didn't do anything this time!" Clumsy yelled out as he ducked his head from the bird's claws

"Brainy what do we do!" Smurfette yelled as they all ran under a tree root

"Well I think it's after us because we are wearing white clothing," Brainy said as he caught his breath

"But we always wear white" Hefty remarked as he crossed his arms

"Then I have no clue," Brainy said before screaming in fear

The four Smurfs began to run through the woods not knowing that they ran out the border of their home and into the unknown. After an hour of running, they stopped and rested on a mushroom patch. Clumsy was the first to notice their new surroundings.

"Guys I don't think we're in smurf Forest any more" Clumsy said as he nervously looked around

The other three smurfs all took a look at their surroundings and paled a bit when seeing they were in the forbidden woods.

"Okay now is a good time to panic," Smurfette said as Clumsy began to scream in a panic causing the other three to join in as well

When they stopped they were all trying to figure out how to get back but no one noticed which path they took or where they came.

"This is bad" Hefty said as he held his head in worry

"Papa smurf is going to get so mad," Smurfette said as she hugged herself

"What are we going to eat!" Clumsy said realizing that none of them brought their backpacks

"Oh boy," Brainy said as he began to realize the situation they were in "we need to find shelter first. It's beginning to get dark" Clumsy said as he saw the darkening sky

They made a silent agreement to collect materials to make camp. Hefty collected firewood while Clumsy and Smurfette searched for some berries to eat. While Brainy began to make a shelter out of leaves and branches hefty brought back with him. When they finished it was just in time as they made a fire to light their surroundings and keep away the cold.

"I hope papa smurf finds us," Smurfette said as the others agreed

"Papa Smurf didn't even know we went out today" Clumsy realized as he began to panic once more

"Not to worry I left a note for him in my house," Brainy said

"Well did you say that a bird was going to chase into the forbidden forest" Hefty said sarcastically while Brainy glared at him

"How was I supposed to know we were going to get chased by a bird!" Brainy snapped as he and Hefty began to argue

Smurfette rubbed her temple before she yelled at the two boys to stop. "Fighting isn't going to solve this. We need to work together and figure out a way back to Smurf village" Smurfette said with determination

They nodded and turned to hear Clumsy snoring in the shelter. They followed his idea and they drifted off to sleep. Not knowing they were being watched.

Things were going fine in troll village, Poppy and Branch were currently enjoying their picnic date. Branch still felt the strange jolts of magic but he brushed it off so he wouldn't worry poppy.

"Isn't this a nice day to enjoy a nice lunch?" Poppy asked as she ate her sandwich

"Sure is...Just you, me, and nice calming sounds of nature" Branch said making poppy smile

"Yeah and also no one yelling-" Poppy began before hearing faints screams of her name

"POPPY!" a familiar voice said making the couple groan

"And there we go," Branch said as he stood and helped poppy stand on her feet

The two watched Suki run toward them and she rambled on about something but she spoke so fast that Branch and poppy couldn't make out what she was saying.

"DJ! Slow down, now tell me exactly what's going on" Poppy said as Dj nodded

"Some weird portal just appeared in the middle of troll village, it pulled Guy, Cooper, Satin, and Chenille in!" Suki said as she began to panic

Poppy looked at Branch who had a dark scowl, he and the other two trolls ran back to the village. When seeing the portal Branch sighed angrily as he felt the familiar magic.

"Branch?" Poppy asked as she touched his shoulder in worry

"It's the same portal we used to get the Smurf's back to their world but I'm not sure if it leads directly to them or we get sent to another part of their world" Branch said making poppy look at the blue swirling portal a few feet before her

"I'm sure we can find a way to get our friends back," Poppy said with a smile

Branch was about to respond before he felt the powerful tug of the portal pulling him in. Poppy quickly grabbed on to his hand while Dj grabbed her feet. Biggie grabbed her feet as he held in his right arm. Smidge has her hair to grab onto biggie but it was no use they were all pulled in and the portal closed behind them.

The trolls looked stood there in shock before running around in panic as their queen and friends weren't in the village anymore. Meanwhile Poppy and the others were screaming as they fell out the portal and in a dark forest. They groaned and began to stand, Branch was already looking at his surroundings and noticed the strange wildlife.

"Is everyone okay?" Branch asked as he looked at everyone

"Define okay," Dj said as she rubbed her head

"How will we get back home?" Biggie asked as he held close to him

"I'm sure we can find the Smurf's here. But for now, let's find somewhere to sleep before it gets too dark" Branch said as he pulled on his hair causing it to glow blue

Poppy followed his example and did the same to her hair but hers glowed pink, Dj's orange, Biggie's white, and Smidge's were turquoise. They stuck together as they walked around the forest and after hours of searching they managed to find a tree with an underground entrance where they can be safe.

"Okay here's where we'll be staying until morning" Branch said as everyone went in without a word as they agreed

Branch was the last to go inside and when he entered everyone was asleep except for poppy who was lost in thought. He walked over to her and sat down next to her.

"We will find a way back I promise," Branch said making poppy smile

"I know. You and Papa Smurf are the magic experts" Poppy said making Branch chuckle

"Let's get some sleep" Branch said

Poppy nodded and eventually fell asleep Branch stayed up a few more seconds as he muttered a protection spell before falling asleep peacefully.
