The rain falls,
The tears I will not shed.
I walk,
Forlorn,
These empty streets,
Memories daggers in my soul.
They pierce more than flesh.
My heart,
Stone,
Is cold.
I walk the road of life,
Barely glancing at the others who walk with me.
My eyes are fixed on one goal.
I will defeat him.
