It was a usual day, Hollyleaf had left her Clan more than a moon ago, because she couldn't take the fact that her real mother was Leafpool, the former medicine cat. Sol had met up with her the other day, and she was going to meet him. Then, she would tell him her secret. She likes him.
"Today, I shall see her," he said to himself. "Her beautiful smile, eyes, and pelt. We will walk together. Every day, I will see her. She is more beautiful than Speckle, that cat who lived in that house, near the dogs. She(Hollyleaf) is wonderful and beautiful and sweet and-" He stopped talking. "There is just so much about her that I love." He finished speaking. He stood up, and starting off toward their meeting place.
She arrived and waited, soon, he was their.
He walked up to her.
"Hello, Sol," Hollyleaf said.
"Hello. Lovely day, isn't it?"
"Yes, I suppose."
"Come, let's walk."
They walked to horse place, then stopped.
"We will stay here tonight, then travel to my home first thing in the morning," he said. They headed inside.
They looked around for empty nests, that were side-by-side. They pushed the nests closer to one-another, then lay down together.
When Hollyleaf woke, Sol had already caught a plump rabbit. "Do you want to share with me?"
"Sure, why not," she said.
After they ate their rabbit, they left. Sol led the way, and after a day of walking, they arrived at an abandoned twoleg nest, no - Sol's nest. They entered the nest.
"What did you wanted to talk about, Sol?" asked the she-cat curiously.
"Hollyleaf, I want you to say what you have to say 1st, as you are my guest."
"Sol, I- i," she stammered, embarrassed. Sol tilted his head the most adorable way, staring at her pelt. She soon realized he was admiring it. "Sol, I like you."
That brought him right back to the present. He was silent, staring into her leaf-green eyes. "Wait, what?" he asked excitedly. "I love you, Hollyleaf."
"Really?"
"Yeah, but what about Fallenleaves?"
"He thinks I'm dead. The whole Clan does. I ran through the tunnels to get away from the Clan for awhile, but then they collapsed."
"Not going to go back, eh?"
"No."
