She looked at him, shock filling her eyes as he knelt down. Sakura watched as his hand came up, carrying a jade glass slipper. "Your shoe…you dropped it." His voice was slightly husky and mysterious but it was also enchanting. His black gloved hand took a loving and delicate hold on her leg and lightly raised it up. With the jade glass slipper, his hand slid the lonely shoe on her foot…just the right and perfect size…like it was made for her. Who am I? Her thoughts raced and her cheeks felt heat. "A kiss for the fair lady," his mouth moved and she understood without hearing the sound of his voice.

Sakura watched as the man leaned in, one hand held onto the top of the couch and the other rested on her shoulder, both for support as he leaned forward. Like everything went in slow motion, she watched as his lips parted and then instant warmth filled her body. His peach lips touched her rosy lips, somehow making sparks fly. He leaned back and gave a smile from what she could see," What is your name?" Her cheeks were bright red and all memory was lost accept for her name," Sakura."

Chapter 1: Waking Up to Remember What?

The light breeze of wind whispered into the room making the curtains dance playfully as the sun smiled upon them. The room was large and had many breath taking features. The walls were painted lemonade pink with mint green trimmings. In the middle of the room rest a king sized bed with a canopy, the bed was made from the finest cherry wood and the mattress of silk like feathers.

A small nose wiggled unconsciously as a small framed girl of only fifteen slept. Her hair sprawled out around her, resting comfortably on top of the pillows. Slowly a feather moved from the top of her forehead to her smooth lush lips. The feather repeated its kindly trail, caressing her skin as it went. A small wiggle of the nose gave way to a husky giggle. On the bed a man sat next to the girl's sleeping figure. This jubilant man rested his chin on his head, his elbow propped on his knee while the other hand held a pearl white feather that kissed the girl gently over and over.

Slowly her eyes opened, wonder sparkling within. Her arms rose up and stretched only to rest above her head. A smile braced her face and the then a hand came to her chin. Her eyes wandered up the hand and arm to a half shown face. She infectiously smiled her morning smile and the lips of the man's did the same. "Good morning my dear, do you remember who you are today?" All at once the smile was replaced with a confused look. She shook her head, looking about the room, trying to remember but found nothing.

"It's alright my dear…your name is Sakura…you've been sick for quite a long while now and the sickness has suppressed your memories, you came here about a summer ago with a small party of guests, since you were sick I offered my help." The girl sat up, the man's hand on the small of her back for support. "My name is…well you can just call me Tobi, that's the name you have given me." Sakura slowly looked to him and smiled," Thank you for your help, I'm sorry for my loss of memory." A smile braced his lips as a hand push back a stray strand of hair," It's no problem my dear." A smile crept back onto her lips and her eyes sparkled. "I've left you some new clean clothing in the washroom for you and I've drawn a bath for you. It should be nice and warm. I'll be out here when and if you need me."

Sakura smiled and pulled the covers off her long slender legs. Soon her small feet touched the white carpeted floor and she made way to the bathroom. Once in she peeled off the night gown which was placed on the marble counter.

A few seconds passed and Sakura found herself in a lovingly warm bath. She smiled as she sunk in, every fiber of her body relaxing instantly. Some time passed and she came out from the bathroom fully clothed in a white dress with lacy straps, her hair flowing down to her waist and jade green slippers resting on her feet. The man named Tobi looked up, his lips coming to a smile while an unnoticeable pink danced on his lone visible cheek. "Do I look alright," her voice a meek and unsure but none the less she smiled when she saw him.

"Perfect my dear, just perfect." Tobi got up off the bed where he was comfortably sitting, came to face her and held out a hand," May I escort you?" Sakura felt her heart skip once and she bowed and happily took the hand. The door to the room shut lightly and now they found themselves in a vast hallway that was decorated in dark furnishings, wall colored a depressing crimson while the trimmings a lonely black. The chandelier hung solely on by its lonesome in the middle of the room and they began their walk to the dining room.

As she walked, hand in his, her eyes ran about, looking at what she could. The hall soon became an open room that was the dining room, her mouth opened in aw even as she sat down. Tobi only laughed with amusement written across his face. As she sat there looking about, two people with a silver cart walked in with their food. The two men walked to opposite sides and placed a silver platter in front of them and then disappeared from site. Tobi looked to her once more and urged her to eat. She nodded happily and took the lid from the platter off and set it aside. She took her napkin and placed in on her lap. Sakura looked over her food that she was about to eat and then pause to find a small note to the side of her plate. She looked up and found that Tobi was too preoccupied with something that he was given from one of the men.

She looked back down, took a breath and took hold of the note. Soon the note open and all traces of her smile from before faded and became confusion and fright. The note read," Remember!"
