"Jesus! Watch where you're going!" An angry, Scottish voice exclaimed from beneath Jemma. She looked up to find herself lying awkwardly on the chest of a young man. He had light brown, curly hair and a fierce look on his face.
"Oh gosh I'm so sorry! Are you okay? Oh crap I'm so sorry!" She hurriedly apologised before clambering to her feet and helping him up.
"I'm so sorry!" Jemma exclaimed and brushed some mud off the angry Scot's jumper.
"You should've looked where you were going." He frowned.
"I know. I'm sorry I'm so clumsy."
"Pff you're not kidding!"
"Dude lay off her. She apologised okay?" Kurt interrupted.
"Just be more careful next time." The man sighed and hurried off.
"Lovely guy." Joked Kurt.
"He was just in a hurry." Jemma shrugged.
"He was just an asshole. C'mon before you trip someone else up." He laughed.
Jemma's dorm room was nice. It had a small wardrobe and chest of draws. A single bed sat in the corner opposite a large window that overlooked a huge courtyard area in the academy. She had almost completely unpacked when she heard a confident knock on the door. She opened it to find Kurt stood there with a group of people chatting behind him.
"Hey." He smiled coyly.
"Hi." Jemma could feel her cheeks heat up as she spoke.
"These guys and I were gonna go down to the bar for a few drinks. You fancy coming along?"
"Yeah that sounds great. Let me just get my jacket." She smiled.
