"Man, I'm kinda gettin' nervous 'bout this new school" Manic whispered to Sonia. "It was a great idea to come to Shadow's school. I can't wait to see the look on Sonic's face when he sees him!". "Ahem". The headmistress, Mrs C. Bandicoot, interrupted them, "We've arrived. When you get inside, I'll introduce you to your partners. They'll show you around and help you settle in." Manic was introduced to his partner first. His name was Tails, and he was a young twin tailed fox. Sonia's partner was Knuckles, a red echidna. Sonic was last. His partner walked up to him whilst wearing a hood. He pulled down the hood, revealing... "SHADOW!" Sonic screamed, tears of joy coming from his eyes. "S-Sonic? I-is it really y-you?" Shadow stuttered, on the brink of crying. The twins stood staring at each other for a whole minute. Suddenly, Shadow couldn't take it anymore. He sprinted up to Sonic and threw his arms around him, sobbing into his shoulder. Only when he felt something wet fall onto his head did he realise that Sonic was crying too. Nothing prepared Sonic for the next thing that happened, though. Tails had heard Sonic's voice and instantly burst into tears. He came running into the room and flung himself at the cobalt hedgehog. Sonic instantly let go of Shadow and started crying even harder. "T-tails..." he managed to stutter through the tears. "I-i m-missed y-you s-so m-much..." "Do you kno da wae?" Suddenly, Sonic burst out laughing. "Hey, Knuckles! Still not found da wae? Or who toucha your SPAGHETT?" Knuckles was the 'meme' person of the group. Sonic's words made everyone giggle. "Students! It is time to look around the school!" Mrs Bandicoot said sharply, but deep down inside she missed her brother, Crash.
