"Are you ready yet, Ryan?" yelled Lena Tylers from the kitchen. She and her best friend of ten years, Ryan Strevell, were going to Virginia due to an "alien" abduction that had occurred earlier that morning. "Yeah, I'll be done in a minute. I just need to get the equipment to test the EMF readings in the corn field." he replied.
Personally, Lena did not believe that the man had been abducted regardless of his being an FBI agent. Ryan on the other hand was, well, he was the one who planned the expedition in the first place. Ryan and Lena ran Supernatural Encounters, a video blog documenting the validity of such occurrences. Ryan believed that one day this "job" would prove useful and actually solve the mysteries of the unknown. The proof of aliens, of bigfoot, of ghosts would be found. At least that is what he hoped, but Lena always wondered: Do people ever find what their looking for?

"I thought I made myself very clear that you were not to investigate this case, Agent Fisk." lectured A.D. Johnson. Special Agent Fisk was back on his feet and that included taking the blame for his unauthorized investigation concerning crop circles in Virginia. "I'm sorry, Sir, but this case was something I could not turn down. It gave me the evidence I have been searching for and that is more than I can say for any other X-Files case." he replied. "Well, Agent Fisk, your actions over the last week and definitely the last year have been sporadic and throughly unnecessary. You are stripped of your duties." Agent Fisk could say nothing. He knew this was coming, but he still could not believe it. Agent Fisk started to leave the office. "Oh, and one more thing, Mr. Fisk, the X-Files have been shut down. Permanently."

A cluttered, messy room is where Agent Fisk called home, but really is was only his office - the X-Files office. Agent Fisk looked around the room. He was upset because he could no longer investigate the unexplained events and mysteries of the X-Files, but there was something else more urgent that burned at the back of his mind: the conspiracy. Agent Fisk walked over to his oaken desk and picked up the phone. "Hey, Ryan, it is too dangerous for me to meet you in person. There is one thing I can tell you: find the conspiracy, unmask it, stop the real bad guys," and with that Agent Fisk was gone - never to be seen again.
