Disclaimer: Okay. I couldn't wait to write. The answer to my question is: Boji is the name of the healer dog from "Dogs of the Drowned City." I will read any story from an animal's (especially a canines!) POV. I love canines and had to write canine OCs. Don't worry, they won't invade the plots of my future stories. My future stories will be about Oliver, and/or Kaz, Skylar, and Skoliver. (I mean, they will be in the story, but it will be centered around Oliver, Kaz, and Skylar.) All of the REBMESIAN heroes are made up, except Foxface is a joke off the Hunger Games (I've never read the books, but my sister loves them. Personally, I think Foxface should be a fox) and Underdog is from the movie/TV show, Underdog. (I don't watch the show, but I loved the movie.)
Kaz's POV:
I couldn't believe the discovery we had just made. It was all falling into place. The reason we had never heard of them was, Oliver had never read a story about animals and had talked me out of them, too. Oliver had a sheepish look on his face, and I felt sorry for him. He must have felt guilty, but Oliver had always been a control freak, and if he was determined to get Kaz to drop the comic books, he could.
They searched the shelves, and found (in the dustiest, oldest looking back-corner) one comic book (the first one) about Boji and Fang.
"Wow, this comic book was really hidden well." said Oliver, "I wonder what happened to all the others?"
I quickly grabbed the comic book, placed a wad of cash on the counter, and ran out the door behind Oliver and Skylar. We were too far already to hear Allen cry, "Where did everyone go!"
Oliver's POV:
Take that Horace! We solved your puzzle! But there were so many canine heroes, why did these two want to be kept secret? Maybe we didn't answer the puzzle after all.
We dashed into Mighty Med like our lives depended on it. "Horace!" I screamed.
Horace ran in. "What's wrong?!" he asked.
"How do you explain this!" I shouted, accusingly. Kaz held up the comic book. All that was on the cover was: Wolf Warriors: The Adventures of Boji and Fang. And a image of a set of blue eyes and a set of hazel eyes glowing from behind a treeline. Seriously, what was it with these guys and eyeballs.
"I have to confiscate this!" shouted Horace.
"But we haven't even read it!" shouted Kaz.
"Yeah, that's kind of the point." said Horace while snatching the comic book.
"Well, I guess we're back to square one," groaned Skylar.
I guess we are.
That night at Mighty Med
Skylar's POV:
Oliver and Kaz had went home for the night. Horace and Allen had went back to wherever the heck they lived, all the hospital staff had retreated to their home(planets.) All that was in Mighty Med were a bunch of asleep/unconscious, injured heroes. Since I had no where to go, I always slept in an empty hospital room in Mighty Med.
I would never admit it, but at night in Mighty Med it could get spooky. I was getting up to get some water, and couldn't help but hug myself with fright. Some hospital room doors were open, and I couldn't help but gawk over the scars stretching along the superhero's bodies, or the various weapons protruding from their sides.
Suddenly, I heard a loud groan of pain. The groans were getting louder and louder. I dashed down the hall to see what the matter was. But when I got their, I couldn't see anything, except a pair of blue eyes. I looked at the sign by the door. This was Solar Flares room! She had come in a few days ago after being stabbed by Dreadlock! At first, I thought Boji was hurting her. Hey, I was suspicious of that wolf. But then, I saw the flickering of a pink tongue, running over the knife wound, cleaning it.
"Just relax," murmured Boji, "You'll be fine, you are okay, stay strong, it will all be over soon."
Sure enough, Solar Flare stopped groaning and settled down. I dashed off before I got caught. Who needs water, anyways? I dashed down the hall and back into my room. What was in that wolf's saliva? I had heard dogs had healing powers in their saliva, but this was ridiculous!
In the morning
Nobody's POV:
Oliver and Kaz burst through the doors of Mighty Med, all ready for a full day of work. It was the weekend, so they had all day to hang around the superhero hospital. They were surprised when Skylar ran towards them, and ushered them into her room.
"You won't believe what I saw last night!" shouted Skylar.
"Was it…" started Kaz.
"Kaz I don't want your guess, I know it will be ludicrous." she quickly added.
"Fine, whatever." said Kaz, sounding annoyed.
"Boji was caring for Solar Flare! Maybe what we've been thinking of her is wrong!"
"What about Fang?" asked Oliver.
"I don't know." replied Skylar, "Maybe he was there, but either he was in their room, or I didn't see him, but my guess is the first is correct. He isn't a healer so he probably wasn't needed." Skylar took a deep breath. She had been talking fast, nonstop and needed to get some air.
"I think we've got to observe Boji and Fang. Maybe we can see them for real, or gain some information on them." announced Oliver.
"So it's settled." said Kaz, "Tonight we spy on Boji and Fang and finally learn the truth about them!"
That's the ending of that chapter! I might have made this one longer, but it is like, eleven thirty and I am getting tired. Luckily, tomorrow I have a day off from school, so I can write. Did any of you see Stop Bugging Me (the new episode of Mighty Med?) I thought it was kind of boring. Not enough Skylar! (She is my favorite character.) But the ending was HILARIOUS! :) Well, it looks like you can't judge a book by its cover, Boji and Fang may be very nice. Who knows! Do you think Boji and Fang are good or evil. Leave a review for your answer. Bye!
