Chapter 1

"And that's it! It's over! Yusei Fudo has won the Fortune Cup! Within the blinding flash we missed the ending of the reign of the King! Yusei! Take a victory lap!" announced the M.C.

"Turbo dueling. I can only dream of that" says Destin

Destin begins walking through the park, todays plans were to obtain a device to register normal spells as Speed Spells.

"You are such a worthless excuse for a duelist!"

"Huh?" Destin runs towards the direction of the ongoing dispute. He arrives to find a little boy laying over his deck crying

"Please mister, please don't take my cards!" the boy cries.

"Adam the Thug will take as he pleases! Nothing you do will stop me! Hmm?" He looks up and spots Destin "What? You want to lose your cards too?" Adam taunts.

"I'm really concerned for you, you are bullying a little boy, but I'll wager my luck if you'll let him go." Destin responds.

"Fine! I need a better duel than from this worthless kid," Adam activates his duel disk,"Now I'll be sure to make this quick."

Destin activates his duel disk,"I just watched the Fortune Cup, I need a duel."

"LET'S DUEL!" they both shout.

Adam's life points- 8000 Destin's life points- 8000

"I'll take the first move!" Adam says.
"I'll activate the spell E- Emergency Call to add Elemental Hero- Avian to my hand! Next, I'll summon him in attack mode!"
A bird like humanoid appears on the field Avian's Attack: 1000

"Next I'll activate Mask Change on Avian so I can summon Masked Hero- Divine Wind in attack mode!"
Divine Winds attack- 2700

"I end my turn, let's see what your made of pest."

"Well that is definitely a strong start, no matter, I draw! Hmm, I'll set a monster, then I'll play 3 face downs, that's all from me."

"Really? That's it? Pathetic, I draw! Divine Wind attack that face down monster!" The Masked Hero leaps at the card and strikes it only to reveal a Shield Wing, the creature remains unharmed.
"

What?! It only has 900 defense points!"

"Oh I'm sorry, but Shield Wing can't be destroyed twice per battle" Destin explains.

"Then I guess I end my turn" Adam looks annoyed

"My turn, I draw. Hmm, I think I'll end with that"

"Don't make me laugh, I draw! And I'll activate H- Heated Heart on Divine Wind! This raises his attack points to 3200 as well as gives him the piercing ability! NOW GO! SHOW THIS PEST THE FURY OF THE WIND!"
Divine Wind punches Shield Wing and sends a blast of wind towards Destin.

Destin's life points 8000-2300=5700 Destin stumbles

"Well, I felt that one"

"Hah! First damage goes to me! Looks like I'm on the road to victory! I end my turn"

"My turn, draw. I'll send the Quillbolt Hedgehog from my hand to the graveyard in order to summon Quickdraw Synchron from my hand. Next, I summon Junk Synchron, and I'll use his ability to revive the Quillbolt I just send to the grave,"

Adam looks annoyed. "Hurry up! I have to finish beating you so I can take your cards too!"

Now Destin looks annoyed,"Not going to happen, since I normal summoned this turn I can special summon Turbo Booster from my hand, and with that I tune level 5 Quickdraw Synchron with level 2 Quillbolt Hedgehog and level 1 Turbo Booster, in order to Synchro Summon, JUNK DESTROYER!" A robotic like figure with for arms appears Junk Destroyers Attack- 2600 "And with his ability, I can destroy Divine Wind without battle!"

The Masked Hero explodes in front of Adam. "What?!" Now Adam seems terrified.

"Next I'll use Quillbolt Hedgehog's ability to revive it back to the field, and with that, I'll tune level 3 Junk Synchron with level 2 Shield Wing, in order to Synchro Summon, JUNK WARRIOR! And thanks to his ability, he'll gain the attack points of Quillbolt Hedgehog!"

Junk Warriors Attack- 2300+800=3100

"Next I'll equip Junk Warrior with Megamorph. This will double his attack points to 6200 since my life points are lower than yours"

Adam looks shocked,"There is no way you will beat me in this one turn!"

Destin smirks "I knew borrowing this kids card would win this quickly, now go! Junk Warrior attack!"

Junk Warrior leaps foward and punched Adam straight in the gut.

"No! Stop!" He begs.

Adams life points- 8000-6200=1800

"Now Junk Destroyer, end this!"

The other warrior leaps foward to kick Adam, reducing his life points to zero.

Adam now looks terrified, "This is not happening! I WILL GET YOU FOR THIS!" He grabs what little dignity he has left and runs off.

"Here you go," Destin hands the kid his card back. "How did you slip this in my deck?"

The little boy looks at him "I can't tell you that, it's part of the magic trick! Thank you mister!"
The kid runs off the opposite direction.

Unknown to Destin, the duel had an audience, one that will be sure to give him a dueling challenge.
