"Link! Are you ready!?" I shout at him because the laws of nature say that the girl should be taking longer then the man but not to Link. Me and Etoile have been ready to head to Gerudo for a few minutes and we are still waiting for Link.

"I'm ready!" I look towards the reply and smile. Link is all fancy because of his and dad's bet. He thinks that I don't know but I do. I can't wait to see dad's face. Because Etoile is a male Gerudo he will be the next heir to the throne by law. Even if I and Link weren't part of the royal family my son would still be the heir because males are very rare in our society. If more are born then the one with the closest ties to the current king will be crowned.

"Finally, I'm going to get Ilia and ninja so just wait with Etoile for a little while okay?" I hand him over and Link does like I ask. Ilia and Sheik married very recently but they are the god-parents to Etoile. They also live on a farm outside of Ordon. I get on Winter and ride quickly over there, hoping that they are already ready.

I get off Winter and see Ilia waiting outside for me with two horses ready, at least this is a good sign.

"Where is ninja?" I ask.

"Ninja..? Oh you mean Sheik, he is getting all dressed up for that dumb bet," Ilia says annoyed but with a smile.

"I can't believe that they don't know that we know. You would think that they would have found out by now," I say and she nods. Sheik comes out with a more formal sheikhan attire. We ride back to the field to see Link riding with Etoile with him, not so bad but the jumping with him on there wasn't. I get Winter beside him and grab Etoile before he is injured. Link complains and says that he wasn't in any danger because he did the same thing before but you can tell that he fell of that horse at some point to think that that was a good idea.

We make our way to the fortress and it takes a while with having to ride slowly. Etoile is only a year old because we didn't want to have in such a fragile state when traveling, but I still worry that if we ride to quickly that he we get hurt in some way. Also with his pale skin the desert would burn him easily so we have to make sure that it was dark when we got to the desert. When we get to the border a group of guards come to greet us. They actually follow Link now because he has a title know but he would never be the king. Manly because he has the status of a duke not a prince, that is little star's title.

Dad is asleep when we get there but he didn't know that we were coming the first place. I really wanted to mess with him and all the servants are in on it. We plan on waking up really early and making it seem like we have been there for weeks and he just forgot about it.

I see dad walk in and stare at us strangely like he is trying to put something together. "Is something wrong dad?" I ask and he sits down with us.

"I didn't know that you were coming," He says and starts eating. We look at each other like he is crazy and he notices. "What?" He looks at us.

"We have been here for a week. How do you not remember?" I tell him and he looks really confused.

"No you haven't. I would remember something like that." He looks like he is deep in thought and I see the other's breaking a little in laughter. I motion that they should eat and they do so. I call one of the servants over.

"How long have we been here?" I ask and dad looks up. She has a taken aback look to her but she replies, "You and your family have been here for a week princess." Dad looks even more confused and the servant walks away. At this point we all can't hold it anymore and start bursting laughing. He gets the joke and hits my head lightly.

"That was cruel, Summer," He growls.

"Well I'm not here to do small pranks anymore so really big ones are better!" I laugh and he rolls his eyes. Link gets up and gets Etoile. He has a smirk on his face but I see dad light up.

"See Ganon, a male! I win the bet!" Link yells and Etoile giggles, while Sheik smiles. I see dad slump at this but straightens as I hand him the child. Now Etoile was fairly happy but when I handed him to dad he flipped. He started crying really loudly and I take him back to calm him down. Dad takes his crown out and his hair falls down, and Etoile calms down immediately. I hand him back and he plays with dad's crown, looks like he won't have a problem when he has to wear that when he is older.

I hear the others giggling and I come by them. "What is so funny?" I whisper.

"Ganon looks like a girl with long hair!" They almost get louder but hold it in. I can't believe that I'm married to him sometimes.
