Chapter 2: The Plan
True to their words, Severus and Lucius observed the child's welfare and almost every day Severus had to comfort the sobbing blonde. He hated how the child was treated by his "family". When questioned on how he looked, Lucius would snap and glare at people. It wasn't their business on how he looked. He grew angrier and hated Dumbledore more an more by the day. He wanted to barge into that cursed house and steal the boy. Severus also became nasty in temperament and he was itching to hex people.
It was Draco's eleventh birthday and he received his Hogwarts letter. He ran into his father's study and waved the letter excitedly. Severus and Lucius looked at each other then smirked. This was the perfect opportunity. The Potter baby was a month younger than Draco so the boy would receive his letter as well. The adults nodded and escorted an excited Draco to Diagon Alley. Severus went to the apothecary shop while Draco was instructed by Lucius to get his school robes while Lucius got his books. After fifteen minutes, Draco met his father in front of the book shop. Draco looked unhappy.
"Draco, what's the matter?"
"I met Harry Potter and he didn't want to be my friend." His son said with a pout. Lucius sighed. He knew that Draco's mouth would go before his brain at times, this was one of those times.
"What did you say to him Draco?"
"Father, I..." Draco blushed deep red and Lucius knew exactly what his son had done. He insulted the ravenette in some way. Like the boy doesn't go through enough crap? He glared at his son and escorted him away, by the ear!
"Ow! Father, let go!" Draco cried, trying to break away. Lucius tightened his grip and walked faster as he felt his face coloring. The older blond was embaressed and he wasn't going to let Draco go scot free. He blocked out his son's cries and pleas until they returned to Malfoy Manor. As soon as they reached Lucius' study, he released his son's ear and crossed his arms.
"I'm waiting Draco." Lucius warned icily. "What did you say?"
"I said that he didn't want to hang with the wrong sort and that I can help him there. I also insulted the Weaselys." Lucius' glare darkened.
"You fool!" He growled. "That boy has been through enough without you adding to it. You will not embaress me, do I make myself clear?" Draco gulped and put his head down. He hated disappointing his father and this, was a huge disappointment. It was through his aunt Bella's encouragement that he'd be an ass to the boy who lived. However, his father didn't approve at all. Why? He kept quiet as his father lectured him on proper manners. His mother and Severus came in and blinked. They could already tell that Lucius was pissed to the deepest hells. Narcissa pieced together that her big bad husband was hiding a secret and when she saw how he really looked, she squealed in delight and they became bosom buddies. But like Severus, she never betrayed his secret. When Draco was dismissed, leaving with Severus, Narcissa turned to her husband.
"Ok Luc, what happened this time?" She asked, erecting a Silence Ward and Privacy Ward. Lucius sat down and sighed, dropping his illusions. She gasped and blushed. Although he was still male, Lucius was unearthly beautiful and mistaken for a female at times. His silvery blond hair was passed his knees when it was loose. He wore it in a high ponytail. His voice was to die for. Lucius was not exactly, human. He was a Seraph (Short for Seraphim). He found out about his powers at a young age, when he accidentally incinerated a nasty tutor. His father was still alive and after covering up the accident, Abraxas explained and showed Lucius the family history and it turned out that a Seraph, before he became corrupted and fell, fell in love with a Lady Malfoy who was widowed and bullied. He protected her, loved her and gave her what she always wanted: a child. God found out about it and in addition to the Seraph's corruption, cast him out and he ruled the darkness as he once ruled the light. Lucius was descended from that liaison, tracing back to his ancestors. But only Lucius showed his other form and powers. However, after that incident, his Seraph became dormant. Which was why the Dark Mark was able to be on his arm. A Seraph would've banished it. Lucius wondered why he was dormant and he came up with the only logical answer, his mate wasn't around yet. Maybe I don't have one. He thought sadly. It's been over forty years. He looked at Narcissa and blushed. He had been wool gathering and he had forgotten that she was there.
"Sorry 'Cissa, it's just that Draco was being a fool again."
"Who did he insult this time?"
"Oh just the Boy Who Lived and the youngest Weasely boy."
"So, he is alive, Luc what you going to do?"
"As Govenor I can watch him and monitor him. Severus is also going to watch him. I would've asked Draco to do the same but thT plan is moot."
"He can still observe and write back his findings."
"I suppose, we will tell him to do just that. Until he learns to grow up."
"But Voldemort has come back, you nor Severus could interfere too much without putting your necks out and Severus is already toeing a very fine line. You would get caught quicker than he."
"I just can't sit back and do nothing 'Cissa." His wife looked at him thoughtfully then smirked. Lucius blinked and thought uh oh.
"You are beautiful Luc, you can go in the guise of a woman..."
"You've been thinking of this for a while haven't you?" His wife smirked and nodded. Lucius rolled his eyes and smirked. It wasn't a bad idea. I mean how bad can it be?
"Ok, let's do it." The aristocrat said. His wife smiled as if Christmas had come early and he gulped. What have I done?
"NARCISSA! I'm going to kill you!" The blond shrieked as he was held hostage on a footstool with three very flamboyant wizards. He tried to get down but the trio was just too strong.
"Sweetie, I wouldn't move if I were you."
"Oh come on, all I have to do is throttle my wife and...Ow! Watch it you old queen!" The wizard at his feet smirked and laughed a bit,
"I told you not to move princess." He retorted, causing the other two to laugh. Lucius grumbled and let them work. One did his hair, the other his makeup and the pin happy one did his clothes. While they worked they gossiped. Lucius was ready to throw a bitch fit until they started talking about Harry.
"He has the most beautiful emerald eyes. I haven't seen those since his mother."
"That poor dear, she was so sweet. Looks like the son has the same nature."
"I've seen him, the poor darling looked starved and abused. Dumbledore should be ashamed to think that he's alright and happy with those Muggles."
"I hope he beats that old crow to death, if Voldemort doesn't beat him to it..."
"Cecil, you're supposed to say you know who..."The Makeup Wizard said. "Oh darling you have beautiful cheekbones let's put a light rose and summery tones on you. Can't look heavy or you'll be mistaken for the local tart."
"Well I don't give a fuck, Voldie can suck my dick I'll say what I want dammit." The Tailor Wizard said and despite himself, Lucius snorted. These three were a riot.
"Oh dearie, your hair, I am so jealous. What would you prefer, loose, ponytail, braid...ah, I know, a French twist! I'll be right back." Lucius gulped. Please don't bring back shears... He prayed. He listened to the other two, they were talking about Harry.
"That boy, if given the right help will grow into quite a man. Remember his father?"
"James, yes, that boy was quite a prankster. But Harry has this dark allure to him. And he's very powerful, Mark my words, when he comes of age, that boy will have men and women at his feet." At this Lucius growled. He didn't want anyone toućhing his Harry. He blinked when the two men looked at him and smirked knowingly.
"Uh oh, looks like our princess has staked his claim." At this Lucius blushed and remained quiet. Damn right I do. He's mine! The two laughed and continued. The hairdresser returned with a brush and a beautiful silver and blue hair clip. Lucius examined it. Is that a peacock on that? The hair dresser hummed and worked on his hair, putting it into a beautiful French twist.
When they were done Lucius didn't recognize himself. He made an attractive woman! His white blond hair was in a French Twist, with gentle waves framing his delicate features. He was dressed in a black pants suit with a cobalt blue blouse. Black high boots were on his feet. His makeup was light with dusky rose, honeys and cream tones.
"Oh wow," Narcissa sighed. "If I was a guy I'd so do you Luc. You are a knockout." Her husband chuckled and turned to her. She had a jewelry box open. She looked him over and picked up a peacock broach and put it on him. He blinked at that. What is it with the peacocks? She backed away and smiled. "You're done. Now we just need a name for you. Nothing too close to your name. And you'll be working with Severus." Oh great. "How about Angelique?" Lucius shook his head. He was not keen to it. "Hmmm, Shelia?" He looked scandalized. "No...oh, Helga..." He looked ready to kill her. "Ok ok, Delia." He calmed. "Yes, Delia Ravenmare. Dark and alluring isn't it?" Lucius chuckled and set everything up. He would go before their son as the teachers did and meet the children at school. She hugged him and wished him luck. He turned to the trio and smiled.
"You three, can work for me anytime."
"We look forward to it princess." Cecil said with a smirk. The other two nodded. "I'm Cecil Black, these two fairies, are Duncan and Simone Zambini." Lucius blinked. Black and Zambini?
"Our families moved us before hell broke loose." Cecil said. "When we became strong enough to fend for ourselves we made our debut."
"How did you three meet?"
"We worked for the same modeling agency. We've been together ever since. Duncan and Simone are married I'm the loner. Simone's maiden name is Prince." Wow. Severus has a relative! Cecil handed Lucius a business card. "Tap it three times with your wand and we will come. Good luck Lord Malfoy, oh sorry Lady Ravenmare."
"That's Professor Ravenmare!" Lucius corrected. "I'm off." With that he made his way to Hogwarts. This is going to be quite a year.
