"Gray?"

"Hm?"

There was a young woman with navy colored hair, tied back in one long braid, along with a camoflauge-colored army dress, an overseas cap of the came color, and dark green, metallic boots. She was quite small, for someone wearing significant amounts of armor. She wore a worried and confused expression on her face, crimson eyes shimmering from the overbearing sunlight. "Are you alright?" she asked, her gaze shifting towards the lanky, silent, navy haired boy. He wore a board expression, and a dark academy uniform, with the DWMA's trademark insignia woven on the front.

"I'm fine."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. You can stop asking me now, Jade."

Jade pouted, and looked away from the, mostly silent, young man known as Gray. Unlike Cherry and Violet, the two had little emotional connection. Even though the two were siblings, they spoke to each other like they were strangers. "We're almost at Death City." Jade informed him, scooting a bit closer to the silent boy. "Mhm." Gray muttered, his matching crimson eyes peering out the train window.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Jade asked once again, this time with more persistance. Gray released a deep sigh and nudged his sister away. "Yes." he grumbled, this time with more annoyance in his breath. "Stop pestering me." he added as he gave Jade a harsh look.

Now arriving at Death City. Thank you for traveling with us!

The train's attendant informed the riders that they have reached their destination. The two couldn't wait to get off the claustrophobic train, cluttered with new students ready to enter the DWMA. Jade grabbed her luggage and hurried off the train, dragging Gray along with her. Once the two had exited the train, Jade turned to Gray once more.

"Gray?"

"Jade, can you please stop-"

"You left your luggage on the train."
