Chapter One - Down The Rabbit Hole

Dear Sora,

I am sending this letter to you because you must go on a very important mission. It's about a world you visited on your first journey. Wonderland. Something... strange has happened to it. We're suddenly getting many huge readings of something... dark there. It can't be Heartless, they're all gone. We have no idea what it could be. It's up to you to go and find out what's going on. Enclosed in this envelope should be a small gummi piece. Once you pick it up, it should activate and turn into a full gummi ship. You can use it to go to Wonderland, it's your very own gummi ship. But, this should not be used for fun, it should only be used in emergencies or when I've sent you on a mission. Anyway, I'm afraid this is a mission you must do on your own, so please be careful. So, please find out what this darkness is and try to eliminate it. We're all counting on you, Sora. Good luck.

I watch all of the worlds and stars zoom past me as I fly threw space on my new very own gummi ship, with a huge grin on my face. I was so excited, I was going on my very own mission all by myself with my very own gummi ship! My friends, Riku and Kairi, we're pretty disappointed that they couldn't go, but King Mickey specifically said I had to go on my own. They were pretty worried too, but they know I can take care of myself. I've defeated hordes of Heartless, defeated many Organization Members, saved several worlds. This would be a piece of cake.

I then realized I was nearing the world, Wonderland, and slowed down. The world came closer into view, and soon I was right above it. It looked... completely different. It was almost unreconizable. Was this really Wonderland? What happened to it? First of all, it was a lot bigger. It had way more places, one of them even looked like a city. And all of the other places were... strange and... scary. Mickey sure was right, something dark and twisted really was happening. Well, here we go I guess.

I found myself standing in a... forest of sorts. It was beautiful really, much different from the other places I saw on the gummi ship. All of the plants were huge and seemed really... alive. Some of them were glowing, some of them were very brightly colored, and all of the trees were so tall that you couldn't even see the tops of them. It was like being in a fairy tale.

"Wow..." I breathed, and started to explore.

I walked around the clearing I was in, looking at all of the strange plants, when suddenly I heard something strange behind me. It was like a sucking, gurgling noise. It sounded pretty gross. I made my keyblade materialize in my hands, and I spun around to face the noise. I thing I saw was the most horrifying thing I've ever seen in my life, and that's really saying something. It was a huge monster that seemed to be made of black ooze, shaped into a body of sorts... and the face... was the worst part... it was the face of an old baby doll, with black, empty, souless eyes.

It started to stumble towards me, and I readied myself, about to jump and slash at it, but suddenly I heard sharp stabbing sound, and the creature stopped in it's tracks, and fell apart and splattered to the ground in a puddle of ooze. Standing behind where the monster once was, was a girl holding a knife covered in ooze. She looked older than me, with long black hair and pale skin, and wearing a blue dress. She looked oddly familiar... Could she be..?

"...S-Sora? But... you can't be here... Y-You're not real!" The girl exclaimed in shock and panic, backing up away from me.

...Alice?
