Author's Note: Hello Simply Hopeless and I thank you for reviewing. Lol I only wrote it as a gag story because I thought people wouldn't review or if they did review nine times out of ten it would be to flame me. But since I have gathered so many reviews I'll continue. Well I hope you enjoy and please comment.

Chapter Two: Inuyasha's Older Sister

"Sango and I will take her back to camp," Miroku quickly volunteered.

"I'm sorry but none of us trust you Miroku even with supervision," Kagome frowned at Miroku before turning to Inuyasha. "Do you mind caring Sesshomaru? I know you don't like him... I mean her but still you don't actually want to see Miroku get killed when he finally gropes Sesshomaru."

Inuyasha growls in irritation at Sesshomaru before moving to heft her over his shoulders. Sesshomaru let out a growl of irritation in her sleep before settling down, her head lay limply against Inuyasha's back, her long hair falling down to hide her face.

"Inuyasha you really aren't going to carry Sesshomaru like that, are you?" Kagome looked at Inuyasha in disapproval. "I mean her blood is going to rush to her head."

"It's not my problem. Sesshomaru should be glad that I'm carrying her period," Inuyasha said before quickly starting off for the camp so that he wouldn't hear Kagome's complaints anymore.

Kagome watched helplessly as Sesshomaru's head bounced lightly against Inuyasha's back as the hanyou ran deeper into the forest. "I guess we'll just meet Inuyasha at the camp," Kagome said sullenly before making her way to Kirara.

"Yes of course," Sango said quickly and leapt on Kirara, followed by Kagome and Miroku. "Let's just hope he won't do anything rash before we get there."

AT CAMP

Kagome looked nervously out into the edges of the forest wondering what was taking Inuyasha so long but sighed in relief when she saw Inuyasha appear with Sesshomaru

"I thought you got lost or something," Kagome quickly said as Inuyasha laid Sesshomaru on the ground.

"No you were worried that I killed Sesshomaru and left her body. I should of," growled Inuyasha in irritation. He sat down a little away from Sesshomaru; far enough to be away from Sesshomaru but close enough to keep her in his line of sight.

Kagome knelt beside Sesshomaru and brushed the Western Lord's silver hair out of her face. "Poor Sesshomaru lost her Rin and I bet it was to Kagura," Kagome frowned.

"She's not a poor anything. She's a cold-hearted youkai and the fact that she actually cares for somebody, especially a human is just a fluke," Inuyasha crossed his arms. "What! What are you staring at Miroku and Sango? And why are you frowning at me Kagome?"

"Why didn't you ever tell us that you had an older sister?" Sango frowned in disapproval.

"I thought we were friends," Miroku looked slightly hurt.

"We all did," Kagome turned her head so she wouldn't have to look at Inuyasha. She was hurt that he would keep such a secret from her. 'Did he ever tell Kikyou that his brother was actually his sister?' thought Kagome bitterly.

"You don't understand," sighed Inuyasha before looking at the campfire. "It's bad enough that I'm a hanyou but if people found out that I also get beat about by my sister, a GIRL, then they will think less of me," Inuyasha spoke sullenly.

"Inuyasha..." Kagome was at a loss for words as she turned to look at Inuyasha by the fire. She could see him looking steadily at the fire with a frown on her face, trying his hardest not to look at anyone.

But before Kagome could properly find the words Sesshomaru let out a groan before stirring.

"Where the hell am I Jaken?" Sesshomaru opened up her golden eyes to look blearily at the starry night sky.

"I'm sorry but your little lackey isn't here with us," Inuyasha smirked at his sister as she sat bolt upright.

"Are you okay Sesshomaru? You hurt yourself pretty badly, maybe I should dress your wounds and—" but Kagome was cut off by Sesshomaru.

"I need no ones help human. I can heal quickly on my own. What I need to know though is why am I here?" Sesshomaru growled low resting her hand on Tokijin in case she needed to make a quick grab for it.

"You shouldn't be talking to Kagome like that. She was concerned about you. I don't know why the hell she was but she is," grounded out Inuyasha standing up.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome scolded looking from Sesshomaru to Inuyasha to Sesshomaru again. "I owe you my life twice. You helped me the first time with Kanna when she had hold of Sango. And you helped me the second time when we were falling down the cliff... well actually Tensiaga did but it was like the same thing," Kagome smiled sheepishly.

Sesshomaru tried to stand up but winced and fell back gasping for air. "You shouldn't move Sesshomaru!" cried out Kagome in concern and pushed her all the way back to a laying position.

Sesshomaru growled in irritation but didn't make a move to swipe her. "You shouldn't be messing around with Sesshomaru!" Inuyasha took to steps forward, ready to pull Kagome away from his sister.

"Why are you a female Sesshomaru instead of the male that I have been seeing ever since I met you?" Kagome asked as she looked again at the injury on Sesshomaru's.

Sesshomaru quickly closed her kimono top and look at Kagome with irritation. "Why should you care? Besides I bet my half brother has filled you up with lies about why I did it," Sesshomaru sat back up and grounded her teeth when she felt the place spinning sickly around.

Kagome grabbed Sesshomaru's shoulder to steady her before looking in concern at her sweaty face. "I'm concerned about you Sesshomaru, whether your our enemy or not. If I don't at least clean your injuries you might have an infection," Kagome bit her lip anxiously.

Sesshomaru growled in irritation and lifted her shirt up unabashed so that Kagome could see the injury. "If you will stop talking then I will allow you to at least clean my injuries," Sesshomaru looked away from the human girl in irritation.

Sesshomaru turned her head in irritation when she noticed that the monk was staring at her. "What do you want!" Sesshomaru growled out lowering her shirt when she was sure that Kagome had finished dressing that injury.

"No... nothing!" Miroku said quickly looking away blushing.

"Please don't be your perverted self Miroku!" Kagome said in annoyance before she starting working on dressing the injuries on Sesshomaru's arms. "Wouldn't you like to tell us at least how no one else knew that you were a woman besides Inuyasha? I mean it is odd especially when you probably grew up as a girl in your castle," Kagome studdered.

"It was easy. When she got it into her head to be a man, she killed all the others who she thought would reveal her secret and swore the others to secrecy on pain of death. That's how cold hearted she is. Right dear sister?" Inuyasha smirked loving the way he was pissing her off.

"If you want to tell my life's story, then get it the hell straight!" Sesshomaru jerked her arm from Kagome's tending hands before she stood up on wobbly legs.

"So are you going to tell us why?" Kagome said hopefully as she stood up quickly in case Sesshomaru might need a shoulder to lean on.

Sesshomaru looked at Kagome with those cold, collective eyes of hers. 'She's still the Sesshomaru I used to know even though she is a girl. That's not a good thing,' thought Kagome warily.

"No," Sesshomaru said calmly yet it had a tinge of steel in it that spoke of her irritation at the human. "No I can not waste my precious time speaking to you people. I must go off to find Rin before she gets herself into more trouble in the woods."

Sesshomaru took two steps towards the woods and had to stop and rest. "You idiot, don't you know by now that had been taken by Kagura?" Inuyasha watched as Sesshomaru looked at him with narrowed. "Don't look at me like that because I speak the truth. Why do you keep a human pup anyway Sesshomaru? You probably beat her at night and—"

"STOP!" roared out Sesshomaru she had crossed the distance from where she was to Inuyasha with ease. She was holding him up by his throat, her eyes already starting to bleed red. "I may be injured but so help me kami if you talk about Rin I will kill you before you are finished," spat out Sesshomaru.

"Ahhh, Sesshomaru has found herself a pup she could intend to. Her feminine side has crept on her even though she denies she has one," Inuyasha smiled despite Sesshomaru's warnings and the tightening of Sesshomaru's hand against Inuyasha's neck.

Sesshomaru held one of her hands back, her claws already oozing with poison. "I warned you! Too bad you didn't listen!" Sesshomaru smiled to show her fangs that grew longer before she began to strike.

Only thing was that Kagome had grabbed her arm and held it tightly to her chest making sure she stayed away from her poisonous claws. "Please don't fight. Please don't kill him Sesshomaru. He's your brother," Kagome began to plead.

"And what if he is, he is only my half!" she jerked her arm free knocking the miko down by accident but she ignored that as she turned to Inuyasha. "Now you," Sesshomaru held her hand back and was ready to strike but then she felt the place spinning sickly like a merry-go-round.

She felt the wounds take toll on her and she quickly let Inuyasha go to clutch her head. "Why in the hell is this happening to me!" she fell to her knees in pain, "I am the Great Sesshomaru. Lord of the Great Western lands."

Inuyasha looked at his sister uncertain on what to do as he rubbed his sore neck. "Your screwed up big time sister," Inuyasha managed to croak deciding to back away from Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru growled at him in irritation and made an effort to stand up so she could get to Inuyasha but as soon as she managed to get to her feet she fainted and fell back to the ground.

Inuaysha reached quickly for the Tetsusaiga ready to kill his crazy sister before she woke up and killed them. He growled in irritation when Kagome flung her body across Sesshomaru's, looking up at Inuyasha pleadingly.

"Move Kagome!" he tried to say calmly but it didn't come out right, it was more growl then words. He took a step forward towards them, ready to strike Sesshomaru when Kagome moved but she didn't, only continued to look at him.

"I won't let you kill Sesshomaru. I will not have Rin lose someone who actually cares about her," Kagome began to cry as she looked at him with determination through her tears.

"She is our enemy!" Inuyasha growled out letting his Tetsusiaga transform.

"She is your flesh and blood!" cried out Kagome. She scrambled up and walked to Inuyasha. "Please don't. I know we should just let him... I mean her die but she saved me. Let me return the favor to her?" Kagome looked at Inuyasha anxiously.

Inuyasha looked at Kagome as if he was ready to push her out of the way and walk over to Sesshomaru to kill her but he stopped himself before he could start. "As soon as Sesshomaru is healed I want her out of our camp. You got that Kagome?" Inuyasha looked at Kagome in irritation wondering how she had made him give her this little request.

"Of course Inuyasha," Kagome smiled through her tears. She went up and hugged him before he could shrug her away in irritation. "Thank you," she murmured against his kimono.

A WEEK LATER

The next few days for Sesshomaru were a blur. All she really knew was that she was really sick, probably with a fever, and that someone was actually caring for her. Sesshomaru tried her hardest to push away the soothing hand that checked her forehead, dressed her wounds and brushed her hair.

Sesshomaru felt awkward at the thought of someone helping her after she had been so dependent on herself. She went in and out of dreams of Rin, her brother, her father and the caring miko.

She wondered why Kagome looked at her with compassion and concern when Sesshomaru called vainly for Rin. 'She can't be gone. Inuyasha was just lying. She's back home with Jaken, I'm just late for home,' she thought feverishly but in her heart she knew the truth.

Sesshomaru closed her lips as Kagome tried to feed her some misao soup. "Sesshomaru you need to eat," Kagome scolded Sesshomaru lightly. She tried again to push the spoon to Sesshomaru's lips but the Western Lord shook her head and felt as the spoonful of misao soup dribbled down her chin then down her shirt.

"I can... I can feed myself," croaked Sesshomaru looking at Kagome in irritation and reached to take the spoon from Kagome's hand but the spoon felt so heavy in her grasp.

"I know you don't want my help but you need it for right now to get stronger for both Rin and your sake," Kagome said kindly as she took the spoon gently from Sesshomaru. "Now please open your mouth so I can feed you," Kagome asked nicely, smiling at Sesshomaru before placing the spoon near Sesshomaru's lips.

Sesshomaru wanted to look at Kagome in irritation but she knew that the miko was trying to help. She sullenly let her mouth fall open slightly so Kagome could trickle the warm broth down her throat.

"There, was that so hard?" Kagome smile brighten.

"You know she'll say yes," Inuyasha commented from somewhere Sesshomaru couldn't see from her half sitting position on the ground.

"Inuyasha, please don't," Kagome looked up at the tree where Inuyasha was resting with his back to it.

Sesshomaru let out a feeble growl of irritation at her brother but seeing that talking would be useless to someone so stubborn she decided to speak to Kagome. "If you're going to feed me then continue. If not then you leave me alone," Sesshomaru said collectively.

Kagome looked from Inuyasha to Sesshomaru in surprise before nodding her head. "He's a jerk most of the time, isn't he?" Kagome said companionably as if she was talking to a friend not one of her enemies.

Sesshomaru looked at Kagome as if she had grown two heads then nodded slightly in agreement before accepting the broth Kagome held to her lips. "I can at least agree with you on that," Sesshomaru said reluctantly.

"I know you two are talking about me," growled Inuyasha in irritation.

"And what if we are!" Sesshomaru managed to say before sitting up straight.

"Come up here and say that to my face," Inuyasha challenge looking at his sister.

"Your biting off more than you can chew little brother!" Sesshomaru growled out as she tried to stand up. She could feel the place around her spinning but held it back willing herself to stay strong before taking a step forward.

"Knock it off you two or I'll have to say the subduing word on both of you!" cried out Kagome as she set down the bowl of misao soup to glare at Sesshomaru and Inuyasha.

"What do you mean subduing word?" Sesshomaru said but her fingers ran across something around her neck. She ran her fingers over the small black prayer beads and claws identical to the ones her brother wore. "What the hell are these things?" she said in irritation and tried to pull them off in vain.

"They are just insurance by Lady Kagome that you don't attack us," Miroku said from a corner of the camp. Sesshomaru looked at the monk askance and Miroku glady continued though nervously. "When the person who put that necklace on you says a specific word, whenever they say it slams you to the ground," then quickly when he heard the audible growl from Sesshomaru, "Inuyasha suggested the idea."

"Coward," grumbled Inuyasha as he jumped down from his tree. "I suggested a lot worse for you but at least Kagome had enough since to listen to me in this," Inuyasha smirked. "How does it feel to be in a human's control?"

"I don't know, tell me Inuyasha?" challenged Sesshomaru lifting a delicate eyebrow before pulling out her Tokijin.

"I won't have you two fighting!" Kagome cried out.

"Is that a challenge dear sister," Inuyasha pulled out his Tetsusiaga and allowed it to transform before circling Sesshomaru.

"Of course it is dear brother," Sesshomaru smiled coldly before they both lunged at each other with their swords then...

"SIT!" "LAY DOWN!" ripped through the air and then Sesshomaru found herself slamming into the ground and kissing the dirt along with her brother.

'Do not Call me Lady Anything!' is the next chapter if you review me. It's bad enough for Sesshomaru that she is stuck with Inuyasha and his human friends. But now she has to deal with both Moyuga and Jaken too. Will Sesshomaru be able to be her regular cool and indifferent self or will she snap like a twig to her rage? Well hope you enjoy and hope you review.

A/N: Hey , this is your longtime authoress Simply Hopeless here. I've been on since 2003 and I'm thinking about hanging up my keyboard for good. I've danced around the subject off and on for three or four years now, but I'm honestly thinking about doing it for real this time. Maybe I've lost my edge or something, but I don't think I love fan fiction writing as much as I did when I first started out. Back then three reviews could have spurred me to write even if it was 'I like, update, more'. Sure I wasn't the best writer then, but I know I've grown leaps and bounds, despite my grammar. I'm still growing and I'm proud to say that a lot of people have favored my stories and me as an authoress. But as my skills improved I've found that I desire reviews that will help push me to improve and/or encourage me/ stroke my ego. That, however, has sorely been lacking for a lot of my stories and the alerts/favorites frustrate me because it shows that you guys like it, but won't put in the effort to tell me why.

So long story short, for better or worse, I'll try to update 6 times in 5 months for a few of my stories from different fandoms. By the beginning of June 2014, if I feel dissatisfied, I'm going to hang up my fanfic writing hat for good guys. If I do find that I'm loved I'll start writing again in August 2014 in time for an anime convention in Baltimore. I've thoroughly enjoyed my ten and a half years of writing and growing as an author, but I don't think I can put up with the disappointment of writing and feeling like some of my readers don't care. It doesn't mean I think all my readers don't care. I know there are tons of people out there who have written well thought out reviews from one or two sentences to mouth-watering paragraphs that have made me just itch to write just to see what you might say next. But as I look back at some of my reviews for inspiration for a new chapter I've realized that some of my reviewers write the same thing over and over again and I'm beginning to question why bother agonizing day in and day out how you might react to something in the story if no one tells me.

So if you have ever liked any of my stories, please remember to review. It doesn't have to be fancy but I need to know that I shouldn't retire. If I do retire, I'll keep my stories up for the rest of the year before deleting my account on here and the other websites. This might leave a lot of stories with unresolved endings but I will not be giving any of the stories up for adoption. I've put a lot of effort into my work, they are my children and I'd feel hurt to see someone else continuing on where I left off. So if I find anyone trying to adopt and finish my stories for me I will report you. But hopefully it won't come to that. =/
