Two chapters, One Day. I must be getting good (I hope). Here is the second chapter of The Real Naruto Uzumaki. Enjoy.

Naruto, Lee, Neji and Tenten had just gotten back from Ichiraku's Home Cooking. They each order their favorite, Naruto's was Fried Chicken and Fries (Menma will be the ramen fanatic but even likes a good bowl of ramen every one in a while), Neji got Hot Dogs with Chili, Mustard and Onions, Lee had a Bacon Patty Melt with Fries and Tenten ordered Fettuccine Alfredo.
Now they, alongside 9 other teams, were waiting for their sensei. Naruto and Neji had learned some interesting about their teammates. Rock Lee was an outgoing boy who didn't have many friends and could only use Taijutsu but was determined to prove he could be just a good ninja as others. He also believed in a concept called 'Youth', which to him meant physical training and the refusal to give up despite others claims. Tenten was the daughter of the owner of Higurashi's Weapons Shop, one of most well-known weapon stores on the island of Kami. Her dream was to take over the shop from her father when it was time and eventually learn to create weapons out of legends. Both of them were very likeable and stable, so it seemed to Naruto and Neji that this team could work out.
While they were waiting, Lee asked Tenten questions on weapons while Neji plugged his headphones into his Sony Walkman and listened to music. Naruto, meanwhile took a nap and entered his mind to talk to his friend. Not tenant or prisoner, but friend.
"Hello Kurama.", greeted Naruto as he waved at the Nine-Tailed Kyuubi.
"Sup, kid.", he greeted back as he turned from his oversized novel.
Naruto had met Kurama at the age of 5. Despite being only a little kid, he wasn't scared of the giant fox sealed inside him. Instead, he was interested and about his history. Kurama, pleasantly stunned at the boy's intrigue, decided to give him a chance. Over the next 6 years, the two became close friends and Kurama helped Naruto learn a decent amount of jutsu and even allowed him access to his chakra. In return, Naruto changed the atmosphere from a filthy prison cell to a nice looking home, complete with a full-stocked kitchen, library and TV.
"Not much. Waiting on my sensei and I got bored so I decided to talk to you.", answered Naruto
Kurama smirked before he spoke, "Well, not the best decision when you have new teammates but I'm complaining."
Naruto let a half-real, half-sarcastic laugh
"Looks like your sensei is approaching.", noted Kurama, "Better wake up or you won't make a good first impression."
"True. Later, Kurama.", agreed Naruto
Naruto woke up just before his new sensei entered the room. He was a tall man about 6 feet tall, with a Black bowl cut, wearing a green, long-sleeved shirt under his jonin vest and blue pants. He had thick eyebrows like Lee but otherwise was slightly intimidating.
"Team 9, come with me.", he said
Naruto and his teammates walked out of the room with their new sensei. He lead them up to the roof. The newly made genin sat down on the benches while the jonin stayed standing.
"Today, you're introduce yourselves to me.", he said, "You'll state your name, likes, dislikes and goal for the future."
The genin nodded in comfirmation
"I'll start. My name is Might Guy.", he began, "I like training, the concept of Youth, donuts and books or movies based on adventure. I dislike traitors, bullies, sea travel and rap music. My dream is to stay a ninja as long as I can, helping people and protecting the village from enemies."
Might Guy flashed a grin, while his students now had a new respect for their teacher.
"You there.", Guy said pointing at Neji, "You go."
"My name is Neji Hyuga.", he stated, "I like my family, training, hot dogs and being with friends. I dislike the Hyuga Counsel of Elders, bullies, leopards and romantic comedies. My goal is to improve the Hyuga Family by removing some of the more negative traditions from our history with help from my sister, Hinata."
"Interesting. A good start.", thought Guy before he pointed to Tenten, "Now you, miss."
"I am Tenten Higurashi.", she started, "I like weapons, training, all forms of pasta and reading the great myths of the past. I dislike girls who care more about appearance than personality, bullies, ice cream and romantic comedies. My goal is to succeed my dad and take over the family shop when he retires."
Tenten makes eye contact with Neji and they both abruptly look away, with barely noticeable blushes. Guy, Lee and Naruto suppress a chuckle.
"Uh-oh. Neji's got a crush.", thought Naruto
"I think these guys might be an ideal team. But what about the other two?", thought Guy before pointing to Lee, "OK, mini-me. Go ahead."
"My name is Rock Lee.", he states with a small laugh, "I like training, Taijutsu, all forms of burgers and the concept of Youth. I dislike bullies, arrogant people, flying and jazz music. My goal is to become a splendid ninja without using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu and hopefully make some real friends."
Everyone gave him sad looks before turning into genuine smiles and nodding at his goal.
"Finish us off, blondie.", joked Guy, earning a mock glare from Naruto
"I am Naruto Uzumaki.", he began, "I like my family and friends, hunting, training and fried chicken. I dislike bullies, traitors, overly loud music and those who believe that they are entitled to stuff. My goal to become Hokage, like my father, great-great grandfather and great grand-uncle."
"These four will do wonders.", thought Guy happily before clearing his throat, "Alright. Congratulations, you passed my test."
"What?", they all exclaimed
"After graduation, every team assigned to a sensei is put through one final test.", continues Guy, "A test that proves whether or not they are compatible as a team and henceforth, worthy of being a true ninja
The four genin stared at their sensei, listening to him
"My test was to see if you guys had anything in common and if your goals were all bent on changing the world.", clarifies Guy, "All of you like training, dislike bullies and strive to make the work a better place. That in my eyes, is a worthy team of ninjas."
All four smiled, with all but Neji having tears threatening to spill.
"As of right now, Team 9 is formed.", finishes Guy, "Meet up at the Hokage's Office for your first mission tomorrow at 8 am sharp."
"Yes, Guy-Sensei.", they all said and they all went their separate ways for the day.
Naruto was smiling on his way back home, thinking this was one of the best days of his life. However, before his day could end, he had to deal with one more thing. Something quite ridiculous but hysterical.
Cliff-hanger! LOL! So, Team Guy or Team 9 for now, is official. As you can tell, Guy and Lee's concept of youth is much more normal than in the real series and Neji is not a pompous jerk. I did this to make the story more realistic. Anyways, in the next chapter, Naruto deals with another ridiculous problem involving Menma and his friends at home. Find out tomorrow when I post the next chapter. Peace!
Author's Note: I couldn't give this story a certain genre because it involves all of them. Also, Naruto will not be the only one with a foreign accent. I wonder who? Anyways, bye.
