Title: "Danger Zone"

Rated: T

Summary: The bad thing about being an engineering prodigy at a "very" young age is, you're bound to come across the Mafia. One way, or another.

Warn: Somewhat AU, ooc may or may not occur, not updated with the latest information from the episodes of the series, weird, absurd, not beta'd.

Disc: I don't own PaF.

Two months ago

Inside a mansion on the the outskirts of southern Rome, hidden deep in the drapes of the small Italian jungle, was a lone hooded figure; leaning forward to the outside of the balcony from the third floor of the five-story mansion.

The figure sighed while fixing his/her hood from the sudden wind blowing from the front.

Pausing for a moment, s/he took out a small combat knife from his/her side pocket—hidden inside his/her cloack.

"Ehi, it's me." The figure sighed once more before putting away the combat knife back in its place; and looked from the corner of his/her right eye at the newly arrived other figure who leaned backward to the balcony.

"Ah," the hooded one started, "I heard padrone wants you to take on that mission from last meeting."

A sudden breeze flew through them, while the hooded figure fixed his/her hood once more.

"Nah, I think I'll pass." The other grinned. "You know I'm not really good at long-term missions. You are."

The hooded figure gave the other—who was a red-headed teenage boy—a raised eyebrow.

"And does this have anything to do with me? I think not."

"Oh come on," the red-headed teen groaned, "just do it; for me. Okay maybe not for me, but I'll do the paperwork for a month for you. Please?"

The other paused, and straightened his/her back; walking out from the balcony while fixing his/her hood—again.

"Make that three months, and it's a deal."

"Seriously?" The teen moaned. "Fine." While the hooded figure gave him a small smirk.

"See you in two months, Danno."

"What ever, Lupo." A small smile replaced the smirk from the hooded figure's mouth.

"Arrivederci."

"Mom! Phineas and Ferb are building a truck-sized frog in the backyard with mashed potatoes! And it moves!"

The said mother, Linda Flynn-Fletcher, paid no heed toward her daughter's antics and continued to cook for lunch.

"Honey, you're a fully grown twenty-one year-old college woman. Don't you think it's a bit childish for you to do this even after all these years?"

The young woman, Candace Flynn, pouted. "I'm not childish mom, just come on before it disappears again!" She tugged the older woman by arm and dragged her toward the backyard.

"See!"

Linda sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose; "well what I see is an empty backyard with two teenage boys and a platypus, dear."

Candace gaped and moaned, "dammit!"

"Well, if you need me; I'll be in the kitchen."

After Linda left, Candace glared at the two teens and stomped her way toward them; already preparing to throw a tantrum at them.

"How the Hell did it disappeared again!? I thought it was perfectly glued onto the ground!"

Both Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher gave their sister a confused look.

"Technically, it wasn't glued on the grass; but rather got stuck on it, sis."

"Oh don't get smart-pants on me, Phineas!" she snapped, "one of these days, I'll get you two!" then declared as she left the two—minus their pet platypus, Perry—in the backyard; blinking.

"Okay…" Phineas turned his head toward his step-brother and grinned, "so what's next on our project Ferb?"

Ferb only shrugged and pulled out his notepad and showed it to the oranget.

Even after twelve years of knowing the teen, Ferb still wouldn't converse more words than a skylark* would say in twenty-four years.

But one day, I'll make him talk more than one sentence! I swear! Phineas promised to himself as he took the said notepad in hand and opened it.

While he was examining the notepad, Perry suddenly stood up and went behind the tree. Leaving the backyard unnoticed by the two boys.

"Good to have you back, agent P;" Major Francis Monogram greeted when Perry landed on his chair and "prr"ed back as his acknowledgement; "our resources told us Doofenshmirtz's building an inator, yet we still could identify it; so your mission is to stop Doofenshmirtz before it's too late."

"Monogram out."

Perry saluted before pressing a button and turned his chair into a helicopter-like machine, then flew out through the roof.

As the animal agent was gone, Carl Karl, the O.W.C.A.'s intern—even though he's not a college student anymore—came into view to look at the—now empty—secret HQ.

"Wow! It worked sir!" while Francis rolled his eyes in distaste.

"Yes-yes, now got back to work Carl."

Looking dejected, Carl ducked his head and walked away, "yes sir."

"This is why I don't like taking interns," the major sighed then noticed a loose paper inside his jacket, "what's this…?"

He took it out and read it thoroughly, "we're getting another intern?" he said aloud. A frown was visible on his face.

"Really?" Carl beamed from outside of the camera's view, "I'm not going to be lonely anymore!"

"Oh shut up Carl."

"…yes sir."

Meanwhile, in the Doofenshmirtz's evil headquarters; Perry had already defeated the said—self-proclaimed—evil scientist and set the self-destruct mode on the the inator.

"Curse you Perry the Platypus!" shouting his usual tantrum at the rolling eyed secret agent while being tied on the floor by a pair of cuffs.

"Prrr," Perry replied, as he left Heinz Doofenshmirtz alone, as usual.

At the Flynn-Fletcher household, Phineas wondered where their pet platypus went but shrugged it off as he showed Ferb the idea he thought they could do for the day.

"I think this is a great idea Ferb," pointing at the marked in red letters at his step-brother, "a 4-D play, I bet the guys would want to join this!"

"Hey, how about we make this play at school? I'm sure the principal would agree with us!"

Ferb then thought about the timid and shy principal's** personality and also the hot-headed and bad-tempered vice-principal***, but inwardly nodded.

Phineas beamed and grinned, "well, I guess we should do this tomorrow; since tomorrow's Monday—want to grab some snacks Ferb?"

The Brit nodded again as they walked inside the house and saw a—still—fuming Candace and their mother at the kitchen.

"Hey mom, what's for lunch?"

"Hamburgers if you don't mind, since your sister here accidentally made me half burnt the tacos earlier."

"It's those boys' fault mom!" Candace protested as Linda gave her a blank stare.

"Candace," she sighed, "don't blame it on the boys, they didn't even do anything bad earlier."

"Mom!"

Phineas and Ferb only stared at the two, and then shrugged while walking and sat down on the chairs of the dining table.

As always, the Flynn-Fletcher house would always be lively when the older sister came home.

At least we're all together, Phineas smiled.

While unbeknown by them, a pair of binoculars was observing them from afar.

"Got you now~"

*, **, ***: It's actually a pun; if you're a KHR fan, you would probably know who I was referring to. But for the last two, they're completely different people…more or less.

END: There's a difference between "END" and "THE END"; "END" means the end of a chapter, while "THE END" means the end of the story. I hope you're not confused with this…

A/N: …hmm, it's been three months since I last write on this account; oh well. Anyway, I'm not so sure about continuing this, but I'll try. Sorry if it's not clear or weirdly written or even updated about the seriesas you know, I'm not really following the series; too many episodes and the numbers of the episodes are really jumbled up here; anyways, any kind of reviews would be lovely, thank you. :D

Have a nice day.
