The raven's lips curled upwards as his fingers threaded in Tenma's spiky brown hair that had been plucked from its ponytail to fall loose onto the pillow. He brushed loose strands from her face as he stared down at her peaceful sleeping face.

Tenma was always an amusing person to watch as she slept, she'd often roll and mutter in her sleep, she'd even fall off her bed occasionally. A shared childhood of memories was enough for Hades to know everything he needed about Tenma

For example, Hades allowed his hand to trail to a spot just behind Tenma's right ear, where her head became neck. With slight pressure, he stroked the spot and in response, he got a soft peaceful sigh as she curled up into a ball while simultaneously leaning into his fingers.

The brunette mumbled incoherently and licked her dry lips before they parted as she let out a breath.

Amusing indeed.

The raven fixed the slightly disturbed blanket, his dark cerulean blue orbs locking onto Tenma's left wrist that peeked out of the cover. A smirk of satisfaction made its way onto his face as he stared at the place where Sasha's flower bracelet had usually sat. Instead of the ring of purple crocus, Tenma now wore a dark purple bracelet with a familiar pentagram carved into it.

Hades chuckled, he had burned the wretched wilting flower bracelet with the fire of Tenma's resurrection. It was all to sever the last tie that connected the Pegasus Saint to her beloved Goddess Athena. To… Sasha.

Tenma woke to a pounding head and a sore throat. She slowly pushed herself up, despite how much her body protested at the action. She grabbed her head as the world seemed to spin before her. Her body ached all over and she felt sick to her stomach.

The feeling was familiar to her, especially since she started her Saint training. Tenma would usually wake up with multi-coloured bruises covering her body…. But it was strange, the brunette couldn't remember training with Dohko recently. Coming to think of it… her tea-brown eyes darted around the unfamiliar room, confusion showing in them.

It was a grand and lush, dark in colour bedroom.

Tenma frowned, glancing down at her lap as she struggled to remember what had happened to her, all the came to her were a jumbled mess of flashes and images. She could remember Alone-Hades-Alone saying something along the lines of joining him. Then there was Yato and Yuzuriha who were yelling loudly, what she couldn't quite remember before a burst of purple flames had cut them both off middle speech.

After that, she could only remember flashes of fire, excruciating pain, and a smooth and silky voice whispering words of reassurance. She remembered a cold floor but feeling hot, too hot and screaming, a lot of screaming, and there pleading for someone to stop the pain. Then there was another short burst of pain that felt like a wound being sewn together before a sense of calmness took over her and she was lifted against a soft dark clothed chest as her consciousness faded.

"It seemed you've finally awoken."

Tenma was blatantly startled by the new presence that suddenly made itself know inside the grand room. She whipped her head around quickly to look at the person, that it was a surprise she didn't receive some sort of whiplash pains. But she cared little because she recognised whose voice it was but still needed to see the person. Her actions, however, put strain on her already weakened body as the world before her began to spin once more. The young sixteen-year-old winced, giving a groan in pain as her brain pounded inside her skull.

"Don't force yourself." The dark-haired Alone walked quietly to the groaning Pegasus. "You just had your soul re-attached to your body. It wasn't an easy process. You might be feeling sick while your body adjusts."

Struggling to move her protesting body, the young female Saint looked up to the God. Re-attaching her soul?

"Wha...?"

"Shhh..." Hades voice was surprisingly tender as he gently pushed the brunette down and covered her with the blanket again. His hand reached up and began to thread through her messy hair again. It lulled the already exhausted Tenma to a half-sleep state. "For now, just rest. Once you awaken, you'll feel better."

The young Saint was having problems staying awake, especially with Alone-Hades-Alone's hand in her hair, rubbing a soothing circle which soothed the pounding inside her head. Tenma found herself leaning into the touch, it had been so long since she had felt her Alone's touch. It was comforting and Alone felt so warm that it chased away the pounding headache and soreness in her body.

She gave a half-hearted groan of protest that barely past her lips.

The Lord of the Underworld ignored her. Tenma's eyes were already half closed, showing how close she was the sleep. She was just being as stubborn as usual, the thought amused him.

"Sleep, Pegasus."

With another dazed look at her childhood best friend, her eyes slide shut and her body released its tension. The raven wasn't sure how long he continued to rub circles in Tenma's hair, watching as she slept but he was stopped when there was an abrupt knock on the large wooden door to the room.

"Come in."

I write Hades name as Alone-Hades-Alone as although Tenma knows that it's Hades, she is still seeing Alone. So, it's a subconscious thing. I hope you know what I mean :')

I don't know how else to explain it lol.
