AN: YAY! Here's the first chapter! It's very short and very weird. But I'm only 11 so I don't care!
On a dark night in November, a man and woman sat across from each other. In hushed voices, they spoke about the little baby beside them. The woman was Artemis, goddess of the moon. The man was a mortal named Jacob Powers. The baby was Luna Talia Powers. Luna was only a day old. She had blond hair, blue eyes, and a smile.
"She's my greatest gift for you, a brain child." Artemis said.
"But I don't want her." Jacob said.
"I'm sure Percy Jackson didn't want to fall into Tartarus, but he did, and his girlfriend's mom loves him now." Artemis said.
Artemis kissed Luna on the forehead, and then walked out of the room. She went back to her hunters. Luna looked curiously at her father. He scowled at her. She giggled and fell asleep.
Luna wasn't like most kids. She was aware, though she was only a year old. She knew that she didn't have a mommy, and she knew that her daddy didn't treat her right. She didn't like it much either. But she endured it for a while. Her dad wasn't abusive, just negligent. But that all changed when the step monster entered the picture.
AN: So how'd you like it? Sucks, right? I would prefer you to review, favorite, follow, but I couldn't care less if you didn't. Thank you for reading!
Life is a story, so why shouldn't we write it down?
