Star Wars Rebels: True Love

Two weeks later, while Kanan, Zeb and Chopper were stealing a shipment in a mission that had been deemed too dangerous for Ezra, and Sabine had hidden in her favorite hiding spot until they were gone. They had taken the Phantom.

"Okay. Ezra, can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Would you like to move in with me?"

"I feel like I would be encroaching on your space."

"No not at all. After all, I invited you to move in."
"Okay," The former pickpocket said, trying not to sound as eager as he was.

"I have something for you, Ez."

Ezra laughed at the nickname as Sabine pulled out an item. She handed it to him. It was a small box the color of his eyes. He opened it. There was a locket inside. The locket was in the shape of the Ghost. He opened it. Inside was a painting of Sabine and him holding hands and smiling.

"It's beautiful, Sabine."

"Thanks, Ezra."

"I'm sorry I don't have anything for you."

"It's fine."

Ezra put on the locket and placed the box in his bag. Unaware that the Twi'lek pilot had stopped in the doorway of the cockpit, he kissed Sabine.

"Well, it's about time," the Twi'lek said, smiling at the sight of the two teenagers kissing.

They broke apart, blushes spreading on their faces.

"HERA!"

The Twi'lek laughed.

"Don't worry. I won't tell anyone. I think me and Kanan might be on the edge of having a relationship, so it wouldn't be fair for me to get you in trouble for it," Hera said. "Besides, I already knew about both of your feelings."

"What," Sabine asked.

"Ezra came to me and told me about his feelings for you! And, Ezra, Sabine came to me and told me about her feelings."
"Hera also helped me make the locket."

"Look. I just got a message saying that the Phantom is on the way back. I'll move the ship, but you should hurry up and get going on moving your stuff, Ezra. I don't know how long I can stall this."

"I think we should just tell," said Sabine.

"I don't know, Sab," Ezra said.

"What's the worst that can happen?"

"Okay. Fine. Zeb might even appreciate me moving out of the shared room."

The two walked to the back of the ship, and started to move Ezra's belongings to Sabine's room, then they heard the sound of the smaller ship docking with the Ghost. They walked out to the front of the ship, Sabine slipping her hand into Ezra's. Kanan turned from his conversation with Hera. His eyes ran over the two, stopping when they came to the two's joined hands.

"There's something we need to tell you all."

C1-10P made a noise.

"Shut up, Chopper. Anyway, me and Ezra are dating."

"Congratulations."

"Well, kid, I knew this was going to happen," Said Zeb.

"And, Zeb, you get to move back into your room and avoid me. I'm moving in with Sabine."
