Well, it's after Christmas, and I actually have Animal Crossing New Leaf in real life! And I'm gonna bring in a new villager for Orville.
I don't own Animal Crossing, but I own the village and the main character.
I wake up with a sigh, and I get up. I remember hearing Isabelle's voice tell me there's a new Villager in the town. But with a small annoyed look, I see the boring old tent, and then a light bleeds through and hurts my eyes, I then stumble out of the tent, and see a pelican deliver me some mail. After a moment, I feel someone hand me a washcloth and it allows me to dab my eyes, and soon they clear out. "Ariga-AH! What in the world?!" I exclaimed, seeing that it was some sort of mole who handed it to me.
"'Sup, you the new mayor?" he asked, and with a confused look, I give a nod "yes". He then simply replies "I'm Reseti, I work as the mayor's right hand man who oversees the city,"
"Uh... huh. Nice to meet ya..." I replied, trying to be nice, as Reseti took his leave. I sighed, before walking over to the office... honestly feels like it's been almost been two months since I was last here. I sighed, as I found a new house nearby. I choose to be nice, as I walked over to it, only to fall into a hole of sorts, I squirmed around, trying to get free. I finally got freed, as I walked over to the new house, and knocked on the door for a bit...
Only for the front door to smack me in the face! I wince in pain, and saw who walked out of the door, and it was a pig wearing a green and white striped shirt. "OH! I'm sorry, I didn't hear anyone knocking!" he apologized.
I gave a sigh at this, and rubbed my bruised forehead. "It's okay... I'm Blair Yuai,"
"Nice to meetya Blair. I'm Curly." he said, introducing himself, as I smiled. "Nice to meet you too Curly. Now if you don't mind... I'm gonna go and look for some medicine before this hurts anymore..." I told him as I walked towards Main Street, keeping a hand over my bruise. I took not of a tree, and then smiled, since some Bells have come out of trees that didn't have our native town fruit, oranges, in them. "I kinda guess that's why it's Orville after all," I muttered, as I walked over to the tree, and gave a good shake, only... for a beehive to fall from it! I screamed and began to run for it, but I tripped, hurting my right leg, and then the bees got me... really bad. After I was able to get up, and see my reflection, I saw I was a mess... and I began to sob.
I was simply crying, as tears ran down my cheeks, and blood rushed from my scraped knee, I was there for about two minutes, when someone walked over to help me up. It was Maple, she helped me to her house, and then put a bandage on my knee, helping me move around a bit, as I headed for home, seeing the now empty beehive on the ground, I carefully picked it up, as I walked over to Re-Tail to get rid of it, and I did just that. I didn't see much else, and I took my tired and hurt self up to main street and over to the Nookling Junction.
"Hello May- oh my! What happened to you?!" Tommy asked me. I sighed, a little bit sad. "Got a door slammed into my face, got a bee sting, and I scraped my knee." I told him, as he quickly took out a package of medicine and gave it to me. "Don't worry about paying for it... you need it really bad." Tommy informed, as someone else walked into the room, it was Timmy, the other guy who worked at the Nookling Junction. "Did you just give away merch?"
"He needed badly." Tommy replied. I sighed and then took out a sum of 50 Bells, just enough to pay for the medicine and then I walked on out of the door.
It wasn't easy going about the day... I did some small favors here and there, I ended up getting some... mixed responses about the sting on my face, before remembering the medicine, but... I felt like I should save it.
I had began to write in a journal I had to write in about my time, it wasn't all that much. All it ends up being at the end of the day is a sum of what I did that day. The first page summed up what I did when I arrived here, the second page summed up today.
After putting the book into my back pocket, I noticed something on the ground, and picked it up. There was a name on it, but I couldn't make it out, so I did the normal thing and began to walk around trying to find the owner. I first knocked on the door of Boomer, only to see he wasn't even there.
"Honestly..." I sighed, as I walked off, and saw Boomer by a tree with a net. "Oh hey Boomer, is this yours?" I asked, showing him the box, he looked at it for a moment in thought. "Nope... this ain't mine. Sorry," he said, as I sighed. With that, I continued on my way.
The next person I found was Bianca, I showed the box to her... and she thought for a moment. "Sorry, this isn't mine," I gave a small growl, as I walked off. Two down, five to go. I noticed Axel walk over like he was looking for something. "Hey Axel! Is this yours?" I asked quickly, running over to him, and handing the box to him.
Axel looked at it for a moment and then said "YES! I thought I lost this thing forever!" he said with joy, as he put it away. "Must've been quite the workout getting it here, take these Coins as a reward," he said, taking out some oddly styled coins and handing them to me, there were five of them total, and then he smiled. "Well, thanks for that. Whonk," he replied. Yea... I almost forgot, the animals here have catchphrases, and that was Axel's... honestly for whatever reason, I can hear him say something else in my head. "Got it memorized," I muttered as I walked off.
With a small and somewhat eventful day out of my way, I walked to my tent, and sighed. I walked into it with a sad look, as I sat down in my sleeping bag to write in the journal a bit. "It was a quiet day for the most part, and I wanted to try and talk to get to know the people a bit better. Sure... while I was able to get some equipment to try and pay that loan off." I spoke as I wrote.
Taking a moment to fiddle with the pencil, I continued. "I ended up getting hurt, badly. But it's nothing serious, and then I returned a Lost Item to Axel... and I got these odd looking coins as a reward..."
I thought that was good enough, and I put the book away and went to sleep...
(Unknown POV)
I was sitting around... waiting. A knock came from the door, and then my assistant, who is always loyal to me. "Hey boss. I saw the new guy today... he's not gonna last a week. He's living in a tent, and has the worst luck I've ever seen!" he told me.
"Good... so then... keep an eye on him," I told him, and then he took his leave.
Hmm... that was interesting. Yea... I'm establishing a villain, it just makes sense to me is all. Anyway, what I kinda brought to light was the Lost Items, the beehives, and then I also brought in Reseti. He'll play a bit of a big role in the story, despite not being at the Reset Center.
Well that's it. Just Live More!
