As we walked further down the path, looking for any indication of where we should be, we were greeted by a fat, smiling raccoon who was carrying an over filled cardboard box reading "Decorations" written in a small messy handwriting.
"Oh, hello there, you must be the mayor's new secretary, yes, yes." He said, pulling me over. "The mayor would like to see you in the town hall. It's just over there, to your left."
He walked us down the stone path to a large building with a green cobbled roof.
"Thanks" said Digby.
He smiled and started walking up a large set of cobblestone stairs. I ran ahead of him up to the town hall while he tagged behind, taking in his surroundings. I took a deep breath and flung open the door...
