"I know, Rose, I know…I'm..I'm gonna go work on the car" Emmett got up leaving Rosalie staring after him.

"Fine!" Rosalie fell backwards onto the couch and laid still for minutes. Or hours. She couldn't tell the difference of passing time anymore. She drifted into her daydreams, when she realized someone was standing at her door.

"Yes, Alice?" Rosalie said without budging.

"Well, Carlisle wanted me to tell you, that we were all going to the field tomorrow night." Alice said. Rosalie could detect the Alice had something more to say other than what she was saying. She sat up and looked Alice in her deep golden eyes.

"Why?"

"Well…Bella is gonna come over. And I know you don't like her, but Edward loves her and-" Alice couldn't finish her sentence.

"I know, so do you. And Esme. And, Emmett too. It's just, she has no clue what she's getting into." Rosalie was standing now, right in front of Alice, who had too tilt her head slightly to look at Rosalie's face.

"So you're fine with it then?" Alice said, hope filling her voice.

"Yeah, sure." Rosalie answered. She then left the room, thinking about how she'll have to be silent again. And keep her thoughts restrained as much as possible so Edward's night with Bella isn't ruined.

That girl is gonna bring nothing but trouble to us.

"Oh, Rosalie, I hardly think she'll bring much trouble to us." Edward said. Rosalie turned around to see him, hardly startled by his presence.

"I don't know Edward; I just don't think it's a great idea. To invite her to our world. You'll see Edward. Something will go bad." Rosalie said, and turned to leave the room.
