Regina had finally finished her papers and was retiring for the day. Her nausea had settled a little bit but she still hadn't eaten anything and was feeling quite dizzy. She didn't want to work late today and had to text Emma to pick up Henry but know all she really wanted to do is to get home and relax before collapsed on the floor. Just as Regina put on her black trench coat an knock on the door came. wondering who it could be as most of her colleagues had gone home and won't dare to talk to her just before she had to leave. "Come in."

As the office door opened Regina was greeted by the one person she didn't what to see at this time of day. "Sidney, why are you here?"

Sidney was standing by the office with his Nikon camera in his hand. "I came to take a picture of Storybrooke's madame mayor for the daily newspaper." Walking further into office Sidney took off his hat and placed it on her desk." Regina are you okay you look like you've seen a ghost." Sidney said with concern.

"I am fine Sidney. Now lets gets this over with."Regina said with annoyance. As Regina posed formally for the photo she felt unsteady and woozy. The flash from the camera only made everything worst as the dizzy spells invade her mind with intense pain. Before Regina could move to sit down everything went black.

Emma and David were at the sheriff office as they finished last paper work they had to do. Just as they was about to leave Emma's phone went off. To her surprise it was Sidney and Sidney never called Emma phone.

"Hi Sidney how can I help you." Emma said she put her sheriff badge away in her desk drawer.

"Miss Swan I need your help urgently, Regina has past out in her office and I can't seem to wake her up." Sidney's voice was filled with so much concern and stress.

Emma looked at her father who was now looking at her. " I'll be right over, did you call the ambulance?"

"yes of course I did but they said they will be here in 10 mins, she looks so pale Miss Swan."

"Don't worry I will be right there." quickly putting her phone her pocket Emma rushed to her Yellow Bug. Rushing to to unlock her car she was pulled aside by David.

"Emma what's going on?"

"Its Regina she collapsed in her office."

"Is she going to be alright?"

"I don't know dad but I need to go I promised Henry I would fine out what worry."

Emma finally arrived at Regina's office by then Regina was already in the ambulance van and Sidney Made his way to her Car. Stepping out of the car Emma pulled Sidney aside.

"Sidney what happen?"

"I don't know, we were in her office and I took a picture of her for the Daily newspaper and within minute she was on the floor." Sidney was filled of confusion.

before Emma could respond the medical man came over. " Sorry to interrupt but we need on person to come with us to the hospital to help support Regina Mills.

Sidney turned to Emma. "you should go we both know she'll be more happy to see you then me.

With a nod Emma entered the ambulance van were Regina was laying with a oxygen mask over her face. She had never seen Regina so white and her eyes had huge black circle around them as her make up was removed due medical tests. Henry was right to be worried. Something wasn't right.
