Chapter 2
First Encounters
Nobody could prove anything. There were no remains or traces of the five boys that had once attended the elementary school in Surrey; the only person that was left at the scene was a young child of nine by the name of Harry Potter. His clothes were ripped and torn and yet his body had no signs of any form of abuse, the only thing that might have hinted at a conflict was small samples of his blood on the ground.

"I want to find out where that energy surge came from now!" shield agents scrambled to find the source of the power outburst while Director Nick Fury shouted orders for them to follow.
Fury could feel the cold sweat that ran down his neck as he remembered the readings that their scanners gave for the event that occurred in Surrey. He was contacted by various members of the magical community including the Sorcerer Supreme, Stephen Strange. The messages that he was receiving left him in near panic as even Strange deemed this power to be on cosmic levels.
(Avengers Tower)
Tony sat down, still getting flashbacks from his space 'adventure' during the New York City invasion. In one moment a phone rang and a Stark fell from his chair. Getting up, he got Jarvis to patch through the phone call.
"What do you want Fury?"
"I want you to find the source of the energy outburst that happened this afternoon."
"I happen to still be on vacation, get one of your lackeys to do it for you"
The phone clicks and leaves a very angry S.H.I.E.L.D. director.
(Asgard)
Odin frowned as he pondered the feeling of the energy that spawned from Midgard. He knew that energy, and yet also knew it was impossible; his thoughts were further backed by the fact that the Infinity Gauntlet was still in his vault. He strode to the royal repository of Asgard with purpose, ready to reassure himself with the knowledge that the gauntlet rested safely within his palace. And so it was shock and fear that clouded his face when he opened the doors of his vault and approached the stand that once housed the gauntlet.
Face red with anger, Odin issued a command that's consequences would echo for the rest of time.
"Destroyer, retrieve the gauntlet." Thus, the mighty goliath that stood guard in the vault activated, ready to carry out Odin's orders.
(Over the Atlantic Ocean)
A man clad in red and gold metal zoomed through the air towards England. His destination was a police station in Surrey where Harry Potter waited being questioned by the police. Finally arriving in front of the station, Tony got prepared to meet this kid (for his own curiosity mind you). Landing dramatically at the front gates, he walked into the station to meet a blubbering officer at the front desk.
"Are you going to let me see this Potter kid or am I going to have to call someone above you?" Despite asking the question Tony walked past the guard and moved straight towards the interrogation area.
"S-Sir, you can't just walk in here." The blubbering guard tried to keep pace with Iron Man while hesitatingly giving reasons, though very valid, why he couldn't just meet Harry Potter.
As Tony and the officer walked closer to the holding room, a large boom echoed through the building.
"What was that?" Tony shouted while hurrying towards the room where Harry was kept.
"I-I-I don't know sir!" at this point the guard was ready to pass out as he failed to keep up with the Iron Man suit.
What they found after they opened the door shocked them to the extreme. In the middle of the room resided the completely destroyed remains of what used to be the destroyer armor and next to it was a boy huddled and scared. But the most interesting thing was not what the remains of the Destroyer or Harry, for on the young lad's left hand was a golden gauntlet with a yellow gem in the very center glowing protectively over its ward.
A/N: The Infinity Gauntlet that TOAA sent into the marvel cinematic/HP universe that the story is currently taking place in absorbed both native gauntlets and the gems did the same. The Gauntlet's power is similar to what it is during the pinnacle of the Infinity Gauntlet comic. The Thor movie did happen, Odin merely rebuilt the Destroyer (Shame it was destroyed…again)
